Romans 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

John 13:34 Jesus said, “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.”

Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God. Let Your good spirit lead me on a level path.

Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Isaiah 9:2 The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned.

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

John 13:14-15 If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. 15 For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you.

May you return to the Lord Almighty, leaving each practice, each manner of thinking, each behavior that goes its own way and exalts itself against obedience to Christ, for then you will find that the Lord will return to you, drawing you closer as each stronghold is overcome and each independent trait is submitted to the Lord, for His words and decrees are eternal and stand established in justice in heaven as well as in earth. Zechariah 1

May you receive the kind and comforting words of the Lord after a season of discipline and a time of training, for He will return with mercy and build up with eternal stones what He has torn down of wood, hay, and stubble, and you will again see your life overflowing with His blessings of spiritual abundance and the fruitful harvest of the Spirit. Zechariah 1

May you rest assured that those spiritual powers who afflicted you, and influenced those around you to disdain and torment you during the discipline of the Lord, will be themselves afflicted and covered with shame so that they cannot come against any other child of God again. Zechariah 1

My child, I have given you that which is most precious to Me, My only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ. He with Whom I have had unbroken fellowship through eternity, He to Whom My heart is in unity, He in Whom My Spirit resides completely, He is the One Who has willingly obeyed My commandments fully and has been judged worthy to be My living Word, by Whom creation was spoken into existence and through Whom you have been given eternal life as by faith you have received Him and been renewed, revived, and regenerated.
He is the sacrifice of My covenant with you. His willing obedient life and death in the flesh has sealed the everlasting, divine, reliable, dependable, trustworthy, unfailing, unquestionable, unchanging, immutable, unbreakable promise to YOU which I have spoken with My own lips.
By My covenant of adoption with you, I make it possible for your release from the impoverishment of your oppression into the abundance of the Spirit that is My gift prepared for you.
By My covenant, the brokenness of your feelings and your thoughts, caused by the lies of the enemy, can be bound up and healed, bringing wholeness to your life.
By My covenant, the chains of oppression, which have held you back from what I created you for, fall away and you emerge from the imprisoning darkness that has hidden My truth from you, changing your mourning and depression into dancing for joy in My presence.
Come to Me, My child, in celebration of your acceptance through My Son, Jesus Christ, into your loving family!

May you draw near to God, learning to dwell by praise and in faith in the heavenlies, that you will be ready for the time when the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for that is when he who accuses the brethren day and night before God is hurled down to earth, having been overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony, since you, following Jesus’ example, no longer regard your life enough to shrink back from death to self. Revelation 12

May you turn to the Lord for rescue when evil men of violence devise wicked plans in their hearts and stir up war against you every day with tongues sharp as a serpent’s and the poison of vipers on their lips, for He will keep you from the hands of the wicked and protect you from those who set traps along the path to snare your feet in the cords of their net. Psalm 140

May you proclaim to the Lord that He is your God as you cry for mercy to the Sovereign Lord, your strong deliverer, Who shields your head in the day of battle, that He would not grant the wicked their desires or let their plans succeed, lest they grow proud. Psalm 140

May you know that the Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy, for then the righteous will praise His name and the upright will live before Him, while the heads of those who surround you to cause you trouble will be covered with the trouble their lips have caused, being thrown into the pits, never to rise, as disaster hunts down men of violence, not letting slanderers be established in the land. Psalm 140

December 20

Proverbs 3:11-12 When the Lord corrects you, my son, pay close attention and take it as a warning. The Lord corrects those He loves, as parents correct a child of whom they are proud.

1 Samuel 12:20 “Do not be afraid,” Samuel replied [to the people of Israel]. “You have done all this evil; yet do not turn away from the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart.”

Exodus 33:15,16 Then Moses said to him, ‘If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.’ What else will distinguish…Your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?

2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time.

May you know that the Lord will be with you as you turn your efforts and give your time to building the spiritual house of God, to preparing your heart and turning your thoughts to the work of the Lord, to equipping His people and building up the body of Christ, seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then you will harvest much from what you plant, you will eat and drink your fill with enough for others, the cold will not touch you and your wages will meet your needs and be a blessing to others. Haggai 1, Matthew 6, Luke 12

May you be strong in working as the Lord directs, for He will be with you as you follow His Spirit in obedience and do not fear. Haggai 2

May you look forward to the day when the kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of the Lord and of His Christ, where He will reign forever and forever. Revelation 11

May you give thanks to the Lord God Almighty, the One Who is and Who was, because He has taken His great power and has begun to reign. Revelation 11

May you rejoice when the time comes for judging the dead and for rewarding His servants the prophets and His saints and those who reverence His name, both small and great, and for destroying those who destroy the earth. Revelation 11

Walk in faith before Me, turning not to the right or the left. Dwell in My Word, so that you may, indeed, walk in My faith. Abide in My Spirit and see how My faith springs up within you.
Realize that this cannot be done by your understanding, or through thoughtful consideration, or because of careful study. It is the result of surrender, yielding, confessing the impossibility of achieving it through the means you have available to you, admitting that you are not, can not, and will not be, able to work it up from within or pull it down from heaven above.
It is My gift to you, given in grace, because I love you. I have prepared for every need you will have, and provided for every situation you will encounter. It is My pleasure to give good gifts to My children, equipping each one for the path I have assigned.
Trust in Me; turn to Me; learn of Me; lean on Me. I will never fail you or abandon you, for you are My child, whom I will always love with an everlasting love – in that, you can have faith.

May you understand that the Lord has searched you and knows you, perceiving your thoughts from afar and discerning your sitting and standing, your travels and your rest, and is familiar with all your motives and choices, thoroughly aware of each word before you even say it, and knowing all that you choose not to say when you have to bite your tongue, for He has you hemmed in, surrounded, and His hand of blessing is laid upon you to preserve, protect, and defend you. Psalm 139

May you take comfort in the assurance that you cannot end up in a place that is devoid of the Spirit of God, for wherever you go, there He is, and His hand will guide you, and His strength will support you, making even the darkness that threatens your thoughts to shine like the day because of His presence. Psalm 139

May you praise Him for you have been remarkably and awesomely made by the Lord as He created your mind and your heart and then wove a body in your mother’s womb to contain your soul, and all the days ordained for you are written in His book even before the first one came to be. Psalm 139

May you value and treasure the precious counsels of God concerning you and your well-being, for as amazing as His deeds are, they are based on and take form from His thoughts and intents, His will and His merciful compassion towards you. Psalm 139

May you welcome and invite the Lord to search you and know your heart, testing you and knowing your concerns and anxious thoughts, for by your choice, He can point out anything that will be hurtful to you, leading you in the steps that will distance you from it and bring you into the way that endures through the ages. Psalm 139

December 19

Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Galatians 4:4-5 God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Revelation 4:11 You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created.

Ephesians 1:11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for He chose us in advance, and He makes everything work out according to His plan.

May you turn to the Lord fully, abandoning all other powers, seeking only the face of God and desiring only His will to be done in your life, for to divide your allegiance, or to split your time, to be inclusive of other names in your affection, is to neglect the counsel of God and turn back from following His ways, and all who do so will have the hand of God stretched out against them. Zephaniah 1

May you listen for the voice of the Lord which will speak to your heart, calling and drawing you closer by His love, leading you and directing your thoughts and affections to be focused on the God Who is revealed in His Word, bidding you to come aside as ones He has called out and invited to His sacrificial feast, for He will punish those who reject His robes of righteousness and choose to walk under the covering of other authorities, following the traditions and behavior of those who have seen God’s power but not accepted His ways. Zephaniah 1, 1 Samuel 5

May you not be complacent or satisfied with the way things are are in your life, but be deeply desirous of knowing the Lord ever more intimately, learning of Him Who willingly gave Himself for you while you still rejected all He stands for, for the great and terrible day of the Lord is near and coming quickly in which He will search the hearts of every person and punish those who traffic in religion for profit and those who deny the Lord’s burning love for His own. Zephaniah 1

May you be drawn in obedience to come together, seeking the Lord’s righteousness in humility and repentance, that He may shelter you in the day of His anger which will sweep the land at the appointed time, as He awesomely destroys the gods of those who threaten God’s people, for the Lord your God will care for you and restore your fortune, and all the nations will worship Him. Zephaniah 2

May you fear the Lord and accept correction so that your dwelling will not be cut off nor His punishments come upon you, for the Lord, Who is righteous and does no wrong, dispenses His justice, morning by morning without fail, yet so many obey no one, accepting no correction nor trusting the Lord enough to draw near to God, and therefore He will consume them with the fire of His jealous anger, which will purify the lips of His people that they may call upon His name and serve Him, standing shoulder to shoulder. Zephaniah 3

May you be glad and rejoice with all your heart, shouting aloud to the Lord your King, for He has left the meek and the humble alive and living in His presence, all those who trust in the name of the Lord, and has taken away your punishment, turning back your enemy, for He is with you, abiding among you, and you will never again fear any harm since He is mighty to save and takes great delight in you, quieting you with His love and rejoicing over you with singing. Zephaniah 3

May you look forward with confidence to the time when the Lord removes the burden and reproach of religious traditions and obligations from you, dealing with those who have oppressed you, rescuing the wounded and gathering all who have been driven away, giving you praise and honor in the places to which you have been scattered and removing your shame as He brings you home and restores your fortune before your very eyes. Zephaniah 3

Walk in the light I have given you, My precious one.
Obey the word I have spoken to you. Practice the discipline I have shown you. Exercise the gift I have entrusted to you. Do it now – do not wait to ponder it and believe you can execute it better if you think long about it.
Follow My prompting in your heart and step forth when I direct you. You will not be satisfied with the way you express what I lay on your heart, and I will be ready to guide you in adjusting and fine-tuning your understanding. You are not perfect, but practice will bring you there. You will grow from the milk of babes to the meat of laborers as you participate in the work of the Father.
Do not fear that you will bring reproach to My name, for My Spirit is with you and in you to guide you. Only a deliberate choosing and prolonged effort to grieve the Spirit will permit you to cross the boundaries of My love; you will not overpower My Spirit or exceed My grace by accident.
Commit your ways to Me, and let My Spirit lead you, for the joy of a job well-done.

May you be willing to take what is offered from the Lord, Who is always mindful of His covenant and Who stores solemn and terrible realities for their own time, knowing that His Word is a double-edged sword and His truth, while sweet for those who accept it, holds bitter regrets for all who reject it. Revelation 10

May you praise the Lord with all your heart in front of the powers that resist God’s will and reject His authority, as you bow toward His holy temple, thanking the Lord for His love and faithfulness because He has exalted His name and His word above all things. Psalm 138

May you call to the Lord, for He will answer you and make you bold and stouthearted. Psalm 138

May you praise the Lord when you hear the words of His mouth and sing of the ways of the Lord for His glory is great. Psalm 138

May you know with certainty that the Lord will fulfill His purpose for you, for though the Lord is highly exalted, He takes note of the humble and regards the lowly, preserving your life though you walk in the midst of trouble and saving you with His right hand for His love endures forever, not allowing Him to abandon the works of His hands. Psalm 138

December 18

Galatians 1:3-4 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age…

Isaiah 57:1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of YHWH our God.

Psalm 107:9 for He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.

Romans 8:35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean He no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?

Philippians 2:13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose.

May you persist in patiently trusting God and His promises, and rest in confident assurance of the Lord and His loving care for you, after you have cried out to Him about the violence and destruction that is before you. When the abounding strife and conflict paralyzes the law and never allows justice to prevail, permitting the wicked to pervert justice by hemming in the righteous, He is going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told. Habakkuk 1

May you faithfully stand your watch at your station on the ramparts, looking to see what the Lord will say to you, though you do not understand how the Lord, Who is eternally righteous and cannot tolerate wrong, remains silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves. Habakkuk 1

May you not trust in your own creation for it has no value; it cannot speak, and there is no breath or life in it, neither is there truth or guidance in it. Only the Lord, who is God, is worthy of trust. Habakkuk 2

May you understand that the righteous, who are made that way by the finished work of Christ, can only live by His faith, which is a gift from the Lord. Otherwise, except by the grace of God, we would each follow our own carnal desires and be consumed by the woes which are coming upon the earth, until it is filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2

Be diligent, My child, to remain alert for you are in territory claimed by the enemy. I have legally ended his power and legitimately refuted his claim by paying in full his stated asking price – My death.
By that payment, I have given you authority to declare victory, and power to walk as an overcomer. But the arrogance and hubris of the enemy will not allow him to quit fighting against My commands or cease resisting My will.
Therefore you must stay attentive to My voice and remain conscious of My leading, lest the lies of the enemy divert you from the tasks I assign you. Do not let the smoke of his deceit blind you to the truth of My Word, or the murky darkness of his fraudulent pretense lead you to error.
Remain in My Word, receive life from My Spirit, rejoice in My Presence, and go forth as I send you to rescue the prisoners still bound by lies, to heal those wounded by deceit, to nourish those starved by hoaxes, to clothe those left in rags by thievery, to encourage those lost in doubt by deception, for I am with you always.

May you be silent in reverence before the Lord, Who is in His holy temple. His deeds are awesome, and He will renew them in your day, making them known in your time, when He remembers mercy to His own in the midst of His wrath being poured out upon the world. Habakkuk 3

Though your heart pounds and your lips quiver at the sound of all that the Lord is doing among the nations, may you yet wait patiently for the day of calamity which the Lord will bring upon His enemies. Although the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, although the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, although there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet you will still rejoice in the Lord and be joyful in God your Savior. He is your strength and makes your feet like the feet of a deer, enabling you to go on the heights. Habakkuk 3

May God grant you His seal on your forehead and on your thoughts, that you will be kept safe from the agony that will come upon those without it. Revelation 9

May you consider the spiritual Jerusalem, the place where God places His name and chooses to dwell, as your highest joy, though for now you dwell as a pilgrim in a land foreign to it. Psalm 137

December 17

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Psalm 121:7 The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life.

Romans 12:17-18 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

Proverbs 3:32 For the devious are an abomination to the LORD; But He is intimate with the upright

Hebrews 2:1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

May you never forget that the Lord is a jealous and avenging God Who takes vengeance on His foes and maintains His wrath against His enemies, for though He is slow to anger, He is great in power and the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished, for no one can withstand His fierce anger or endure His indignation. Nahum 1

May you always remember that the Lord is good, a strength and a stronghold for you in the day of trouble, for He recognizes, accepts and cares for those who trust in Him. Nahum 1

May you be willing to bring the good news of peace to those who live in fear and constant dread, sharing the truth of how God sent Jesus Who willingly died to defeat death and was given life again by the Father, destroying the power of the grave for those who believe on the Son of God. Nahum 1

May you gain wisdom from the experience of those who forsake and reject the guidance of God as they grasp instead for the power and might of the world, for though they express pride in how much they have gained, it will not benefit them in times of distress and it will cost them their souls in the day of God’s wrath. Nahum 2

May you be confident in the promises of God, knowing that although the enemy, like a lion, seizes his prey and none escapes, the Lord is the One Who determines which prey is seized, and He protects and hides His own, until the fullness of time when He declares an end to unrighteousness and destroys the powers of wickedness. Nahum 2

May you rejoice in the city of God, overflowing with life, filled with His truth, full of the blessings of God ever poured out to the poor and needy who come there and are never turned away, the voices of the people raised in praise to their Lord and God, as the peace of God permeates the hearts and minds of those who dwell there, multitudes without end, each supporting and encouraging their neighbor, all because of the love of the Father and of His Son Who gave His life for you that you may walk in the light and the joy of His freedom. Nahum 3

You seek to know Me, My child, and I welcome you.
Your sight is dim, but I help you find and touch My face. You have trouble hearing what I say, but I gladly speak in many different ways to your heart.
You are slow to learn My lessons, but My love for you is not based on your performance. You are feeble, but I supply you with My strength to do the tasks you are assigned. Your legs tire quickly, but My back is ever strong to carry you. Your hands are clumsy and without skill, but I am always by your side.
You weep because you cannot come to Me in perfection and holiness, but I bring you joy as I come to you in your need, bearing gifts. Lean on Me, depend on Me, abide in Me, wait on Me, that I may be your Beloved Who accepts you as you are.
I transform you in your shortcomings, making you a witness before the world to the riches of My glory, that I may draw whosoever will, for I am not willing that any should perish.

May you wait in silence before the throne, attentive and anticipating, until God gives you the message to speak, for His Word, spoken in His time, will accomplish His purpose, be it blessing upon His people who have prepared their hearts to receive Him or judgment upon His enemies who persistently embrace a lifestyle of arrogant rejection toward His rightful authority. Revelation 8

May you be awake and aware to the things God does in the world, ready to respond to the prompting of the Spirit, knowing that He makes a distinction between His people and the world, placing a boundary that the enemy cannot cross, for as you are in the world, but not of the world, so you can be His witness in the midst of turmoil, testifying to His goodness in the presence of wickedness and demonstrating His compassion in the aftermath of evil. Revelation 8

May you give thanks to the Lord for He is good and His love endures forever. Psalm 136

May you desire of the Lord to keep falsehood and lies far from you and to give you neither poverty nor riches, but only your daily bread. Proverbs 30:8

December 16

Psalm 13:1-2 How long, O LORD? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and every day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me?

Psalm 13:5-6 But I trust in Your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in Your salvation. I will sing to the LORD, for He has been good to me

1 John 2:24-25 Be sure, then, to keep in your hearts the message you heard from the beginning. If you keep that message, then you will always live in union with the Son and the Father. And this is what Christ Himself promised to give us — eternal life.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

James 1:25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.

Revelation 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.

May you know that you are the blessing of the Lord to the people around you, to the folks among whom He has placed you as you journey on your pilgrimage to His kingdom, that through you He may bring the refreshing of the morning dew and the renewing like showers on the grass, that anyone who has a hunger in their heart for the things of God will know where to turn and Whom to seek as you pass among them. Micah 5

May you know that you are strong in the Lord against the spiritual enemy which resists the will of God and rejects the word of God, for through you He is like a lion among the beasts of the forest, like a young lion among flocks of sheep, overcoming all the powers of spiritual evil and none can stand, none can rescue, so that your hand will be lifted up in triumph over the enemies of your soul, and all the principalities of your foes will be destroyed. Micah 5

May you know that the Lord will destroy all that draws people from Him and demolish all that people replace Him with, so may you release those things from your hands and reject them from your thoughts, casting them out of your heart, allowing the discipline and rebuke of the Lord to have its complete renewing and cleansing work, lest when His vengeance and wrath destroys His enemies, you be found in their camp, having continually resisted His call and rejected His wooing and the drawing of His Spirit. Micah 5

May you know and understand what the will of the Lord is for you, obeying willingly and joyfully what He has shown you to be good, and following with gladness and alacrity what He requires of you: act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. Micah 6

May you watch in hope for the Lord and wait for God your Savior, for God will hear you and, even though you have fallen, He will strengthen you to rise, and though you sit in darkness, the Lord will be your light, causing your enemy to see it and be covered with shame. Micah 7

May you come to understand that there is no God like the Lord Who pardons sin and forgives transgression, Whose anger does not endure, but delights to show mercy and will have compassion on you, treading your sins underfoot and hurling all your iniquities into the depths of the sea, for He will be true to His promises and show mercy to all who love Him. Micah 7

Walk in purity, My child, desiring My holiness and pursuing My righteousness. Know that you will not achieve it through any effort of your will or listing of your labor and deeds, but through your love of Me and as you devotedly hunger for and seek after My heart.
I bring you into My holiness as you wait in patient adoration, yielding up your plans and dreams and hopes; I grant you to walk in My righteousness, extending it over you and enveloping you in Me. I will attribute to you that which is Mine, as you cease from your works and lay down your tools, your understanding and strength, committing your time and will to commune with Me, hearing Me, learning of Me through My Word and by My Spirit.
Know that I despise, and will bring judgment on, all who have dishonest scales and use false weights in their dealings with others, using a short measure in what they give, but taking a long measure in what they demand. Your scales and weights, your understanding and judgment, your knowledge of right and wrong, your sense of what is fair and unfair, are imperfect and flawed; you cannot be pure and holy, righteous and honest, within yourself.
You must come to Me, for only I have the life-giving abundance that loves impartially and accepts uncritically, even while knowing fully and discerning completely. You must learn to walk with Me, in agreement and obedience, not retaining your own choices and opinions. Accept My yoke, for it is light and easy; learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble; rest in Me, for My grace is sufficient.

May you be among the great multitude that no one can count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb, holding palm branches in their hands and wearing white robes, crying with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God, Who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” Revelation 7

May you praise the Lord, for He is good, and sing praise to His name, for that is pleasant, because the Lord is great and greater than all gods, doing whatever pleases Him in the heavens, on the earth, and in the seas. His name endures forever and His renown continues through all generations. Psalm 135

May you treasure and value every word of God, for they are flawless and will be a shield to all who take refuge in Him. Proverbs 30:5

December 15

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Romans 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.

Hebrews 10:36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

3 John 1:11 Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of God, but he who does evil has not seen God.

1 Timothy 4:12 Be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity

Colossians 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.

May you plan kindnesses and plot good deeds as you lay down and when you rise up, seeking to carry them out at the morning’s light, as God makes it possible by opening the doors you need and preparing the paths you follow, for He will pour out His blessings on those who walk in His will and show forth His love. Micah 1

May you choose to walk uprightly and follow the ways of God, so that the words of God will bring you benefits and give you comfort, for the Lord does not change, nor is He limited in any way. Micah 2

May you follow where He leads, for as He gathers His own together as sheep in a pen, the Lord will also break open the way by His strength and go before you, making a way where there was none and showing you the way where you have never gone before, so that you may walk in His victory as an over-comer. Micah 2

May you truly be filled with courage and strength by the Spirit of the Lord to stand in commitment to the might of the Lord’s justice before the people who call themselves by His name and declare to them their disobedience and rebellion, that they may know the fear of the Lord and turn in repentance and be accepted by the Lord. Micah 3

Do not be motivated, My child, by the urges of the flesh or the reasoning of the mind, nor directed by the influences which are felt from the world’s principalities and powers.
As you grow in your relationship to Me, My close one, you will come to know how love is foremost in My mind and thoughts, and you will learn to see how compassion underlies My deeds and choices. With this mature understanding, you will be able to go forth as My representative, My envoy, My ambassador.
You will be speaking for Me because your motivation is pure and your behavior is constrained and focused in My Spirit, not the spirit of the world.

May you go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of God that you may learn His ways and walk in His paths, for His law will go out from Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. Micah 4

May you walk in the Name of the Lord your God for ever, without fear of man, when He judges between peoples and settles disputes between strong nations, who will then beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks, no longer training for war or arming themselves against each other. Micah 4

May you rest in the Lord and trust the promises of God, for though you have been stripped of all you relied in, having all you counted on taken from you, brought low in the sight of others and dependent on the help of those around, He will gather those He has disciplined and assemble those He isolated, and will make of you who endured to the end a strong nation, transforming the weak and lame into survivors and restoring to them the former dominion, over whom He will rule. Micah 4

May you know the thoughts of the Lord and understand His plan, for the Lord will give you horns of iron and hoofs of bronze to break to pieces spiritual powers and principalities which stand against the plan and people of God, plundering the enemy and devoting their ill-gotten gains to the Lord. Micah 4

May you rely on the Lord for your needs, for the sustenance of the world will be broken and the necessities of the earth will not be found when the judgments of God go forth, so know the Lord Who loves you enough to make full provision for you in heaven, obeying Him in all He has for you on earth, and let Him be your testimony before men that they may know where to turn, if they choose. Revelation 6

May you lift your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord as you minister by night in the house of the Lord. Psalm 134

May the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, bless you from Zion. Psalm 134

Psalm 69:30-32 I will praise God’s name in song and glorify Him with thanksgiving. This will please the LORD more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs. The poor will see and be glad — you who seek God, may your hearts live!

Psalm 8:3-4 When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers— the moon and the stars you set in place— what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?

Psalm 71:14 As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.

May you run to the Lord in trust and obedience, not looking at the task and its challenges, but at the Lord and His provisions. What He sends you to will be greater than your strength, larger than your capacity, and heavier than you can bear – otherwise, you would do it on your own and have the glory for yourself. Jonah 1

May you know that if you make a wrong turn in your walk with the Lord, that God will always be able to make a way back for you, if you come before Him in humility and repentance. Jonah 2

May you understand that although affliction, on its own, can drive a person from God, the power of His grace in the midst of adversity is what will draw a person, through repentance, back to their work and duty, to go where the Lord sends them and come when He calls them, doing what He bids them. Jonah 3

May you rejoice with the heart of God over sinners who hear the word of God and turn from destruction, rather than be angry in your heart over the blessing your distasteful neighbor receives. Jonah 4

Declare My praise, My child, do not hold back or stint the measure you give to proclaiming My goodness.
Let your expression of gratitude for My mercy and loving-kindness be whole-hearted and full-fledged. Offer the sacrifice of praise to Me before the congregation and in the midst of the assembly, My love, even as I have shown My dedication to you in the view of all while on the cross.
For as you continue to give honor to Me with all your heart, My dear one, I will cleanse you of all iniquity, giving you victory over each burden of the flesh and every challenge of the soul. By making for Me a name of joy before all the people so they will hear of the good I do for them, I will draw all men to Me in this time of harvest.
As you sing the glory of My name, confessing My majesty and holiness, magnifying Me with thanksgiving, I will renew your life, taking you from strength to strength, making you stronger and stronger, enabling you to endure every affliction that you encounter.
As you delight yourself in Me, I will change your desires to perfectly align with and correspond to My will for you, and when you pray, you will have what you ask, for you will not ask amiss, and My will shall be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

May you rejoice with the multitudes around the throne of the Lord over the Lamb of God, the Lion of Judah, Who is found to be worthy to receive all honor and all power from the Father because He was slain and His blood purchased you for God, and He has made a kingdom of priests to serve God and accept the responsibility of the task of upholding His justice on earth. Revelation 5

May you find how good and how pleasant it is when all the members of the Body of Christ are united in the anointing of the Spirit which Jesus, the Head, has sent to cover us like the dew, bestowing life evermore, which is the blessing of the Lord. Psalm 133

May you recognize that true justice is handed out in the spiritual realm from the throne of God, not in the natural realm from the hand of man, so seek His face before seeing the magistrate. Proverbs 29:26

Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour out water to quench your thirst and to irrigate your parched fields. And I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your children.

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

May you support your brother in the day of his misfortune, not rejoicing in his distress, but providing succor, shelter, defense, and encouragement, for the Day of the Lord is near, and as you have done, it will be done to you. Obadiah 1

May you join the multitude in worship in the Spirit before the throne of God, in the splendor of His majesty, giving glory, honor and thanks to Him Who sits on the throne and Who lives for ever and ever, submitting all power and authority to Him and proclaiming His holiness and worth to receive praise as eternal God and Creator. Revelation 4

Receive My grace, My child. Rest in it. My grace is sufficient for your needs, and I provide it without measure. Accept My grace, My beloved. It is My daily provision to you.
I know your frame, that it is dust, so do not walk in pride or arrogance, rejecting My grace which strengthens you, but humble yourself under My mighty hand. Even as I take you through pressing trials that reveal hidden sins in your heart, I also provide grace that allows you to do My work.
Do not think it strange that you can minister to others from My Word through My Spirit and then be called before My throne to weep for and repent of an attitude, choice, or behavior that circumstances have brought to view.
You are salted by My grace, and as salt preserves by killing infection, My grace covers you as you grow into maturity. Draw closer to Me, dropping burdens and leaving baggage you have been carrying. Become more familiar with My voice, gaining wisdom through experience. Be shaped into My image as your nature is cleansed and purged.
Thank Me for My work in your life, because your praise, lifted up during the fiery ordeal, when salted with My grace, brings a savory aroma to Me. See with the eyes of faith the work of grace, knowing that My plans are to do you good and to give you hope. Rejoice with Me in the fellowship of My suffering, as many brethren are brought into the perfection of maturity.

May you be much in the presence of God, conversing, rejoicing, sharing, receiving, hearing, repenting, understanding, grieving. Amos 7

May you grow into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Him, learning to trust the Lord as you show your trustworthiness, being shown His love while learning to show His love. Amos 7

May you know that He will let you intercede for others, standing in the gap, praying for those who are unknowing of what is coming upon them for your effectual fervent prayer will prevail greatly. Amos 7, James 5

May you gladly walk in the righteousness of the Word of the Lord, humbly obedient to the Holy Spirit. Amos 7

May you attend for a season, as He leads, in prayer for the serious need of His people, calling for workers who will enter the harvest. Amos 7

May you willingly sorrow for the sins of the nation, even though most will not understand the gravity of His charge and their pressing need for intercession. Amos 7

May you gently decline when others urge you to come to their joyous festivity and laughing celebration, realizing that they little know it soon will be removed and sorrowful ruin will take its place as the Day of the Lord approaches. Amos 7

May you trust in the One Who has called you though you have no qualifications. Amos 7

May you realize that God selects those who are poorly possessed by principalities and are weak in the ways of the world so that He is the Source that you will seek to meet the responsibilities He assigns. Amos 7

May you purpose to ensure that the glory will go to God as you see that He has prepared your path from the very beginning. Amos 7

May you be willing to let God speak to you from everyday events and common issues, for He has walked with you from the beginning and is familiar with your thoughts, knowing your heart. Amos 8

May you be confident that God will use what you have in your hand to accomplish His purpose, and will explain His truths through the knowledge you possess, for by doing this He entrusts His glory to your earthen vessel and shames the great of the world by using the mundane. Amos 8, 1 Corinthians 1, 2 Corinthians 4, Isaiah 29

May you assist the needy and help the poor of the land, honoring the time the Lord calls you apart to Himself. Amos 8

May you anticipate with joy and gladness your time alone with the Lord so that you can return to the marketplace bearing the stamp of His presence. Amos 8

May you demonstrate God’s presence by dealing with others in honor, acceptance, integrity, and purity, lest the Lord be required to reveal Himself through anger and darkness, bringing distress and fear, causing the land to tremble and the people to mourn. Amos 8

May you delight in the living Word of God and savor the time you spend studying it, learning, obeying, growing, harvesting kernels of truth from the passages and mining treasures of wisdom from its pages, enriching your heart and mind while strengthening your daily walk. Amos 8

May you be prepared for the day which will come when the Sovereign Lord will send a famine of hearing the words of the Lord upon the land, lest you be among the people who will stagger from place to place searching for, but not finding, His truth. Amos 8

May you be willing to surrender the shame you worship and reject the dead works you delight in lest you fall, never to rise again. Amos 8

May you know that the eyes of the Lord are fixed upon you, the Lord Almighty Who touches the earth causing all whose lives are based on and involved in the earth alone to mourn but those who inhabit the palace of His presence rejoice. Amos 9

May you understand that this is the Lord who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them over the face of the land, bringing destruction to those who are of the earth’s kingdom but refreshing to those who have entered into God’s kingdom. Amos 9

Though He has broken the bonds of slavery for all tribes and nations, may you realize He will destroy those who reject Him, separating them from those who cling to Him, just as the chaff and the grain are shaken together in the sieve, causing the chaff to fall to the ground but not a single grain be lost. Amos 9

May you rejoice in the promise by the Lord and partake in the realizing from the Lord when He restores the ruins of David’s fallen tent and repairs its broken places. Amos 9

May you give praise to the Lord who will cause the harvest to be plentiful and the peace to be great so that the seasons are spent gathering the fruit rather than waging the war which trampled the vines and scattered the sheep. Amos 9

May you look forward with joy for the time when His people will be gathered, the cities rebuilt, and His kingdom will never be uprooted. Amos 9

Can a fish in a pond understand the world outside the water around it, a world that it is not equipped to experience, an environment that it could not survive? Can a hamster in a box succeed in comprehending the principles of economics and processes of manufacturing that work together to bring the food and water to it daily? Nor can you, My loved one, succeed in putting Me into the box in which you live.
Do not waste your time and effort attempting to define Me by the four walls of your existence – depth, width, height, and time; rather, allow Me to grow and mature you, to cause a metamorphosis within you, to equip you to live for now in both time and eternity, until you have learned and practiced how to walk in My Spirit in the heavenlies. Truly what I have created you for, though you are in the world, is not of this world.
Wear this world loosely; do not grasp the things around you tightly. It shall all pass away, and you shall emerge into eternity with those you love, where you will be forever. Learn of me now through the truth of the Word and the experience of prayer as your obedience to the prompting of My Spirit brings life to the dead letter, refreshing to the dull repetition, and joy to the dreary exercises as you pass from death into life everlasting and full of fellowship in My Father’s house.

May you keep the Lord’s command to endure patiently so that He may keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. What He Who is holy and true and holds the key of David will open for you, no one can shut, and what He will shut for you, no one can open. He knows that you have kept His word and not denied His name, though you have little strength, therefore, if you hold to what you have, overcoming the one who would take your crown, God will make you a pillar in the temple. You will bear the name of God and of His city, coming out from heaven, and carry the new name of the Lord Jesus Christ; all will acknowledge that He loves you. Revelation 3

May you embrace the love of God, accepting His discipline and receiving His rebuke, in earnest repentance, for the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Ruler of God’s creation, is standing, knocking, at your door. He knows from your deeds that you are lukewarm, that you are content with what you have, but ignorant of what you need, yet He is willing to come in and eat with you, if you will open the door. He will counsel you on how to gain His true riches, how to dress for His courts, and how to live in His health, lacking nothing, but walking in His victory as an overcomer. He invites you to share His authority, given Him by the Father God. Revelation 3

May your eyes not be haughty nor your heart proud before the Lord, concerning yourself with matters too great or things too wonderful for you, but putting your hope in the Lord both now and forever more, in the quietness and stillness of your soul, trust and accept His loving care for you as you grow and mature in His Spirit. Psalm 131

May you desire and seek the same lowly spirit that Jesus taught by example, willing to strive and struggle to discard and turn away from the pride that will bring you low, so that in the controlled strength of meekness you may gain honor, not by seeking it but by your actions attain it, and approval in God’s sight. Proverbs 29:23

December 11

Romans 12:11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.

Habakkuk 3:17-18 Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior

Colossians 3:23,24 Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men, because you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Psalm 143:8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

May you turn to God in humility and repentance when your sources dry up and your resources run short, when your hunger grows and your thirst increases, when illness arrives and accidents strike, for He Who forms the mountains, creates the wind and reveals His thoughts to man, turning dawn to darkness and treading the high places of the earth, the Lord God Almighty, is drawing you, in His mercy and love, away from the sin and evil that brings death and bringing you to Him, in Whom resides life. Amos 4

May you seek the Lord and live, turning from the places where God once was and which will fall, and seek the face of God Himself, touching His heart and learning His ways, upholding His righteousness by your deeds and by your actions maintaining the justice of Him Who made the Pleiades and Orion, turns blackness into dawn, flashes destruction on the stronghold and brings ruin to the fortified city. Amos 5

May you seek good, and not evil, that you may live, for then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say He is, for if you hate evil and love good, esteem the one who reproves and maintains justice in the courts, respect the one who tells the truth, assist the poor and supply their needs, help the righteous and present the poor justice in the courts, perhaps the Lord God Almighty will have mercy on those remaining. Amos 5

May you understand that to long for the Day of the Lord, without preparing your heart through repentance and humility to accept His cleansing and purging, is to long for a time of darkness and disaster, of accident and violence, of the destruction and loss of cherished tradition which only gives lip-service to the Lord but does not truly honor Him or lead others to experience His love, but for those whose hearts burn with a hunger for His Word, and whose spirits thirst for nothing less than the living water of God, justice will roll on like a river and righteousness like a never-failing stream! Amos 5

May you not be complacent, taking your ease and enjoying your comforts, but turn, while there is time, to hear what the Word of the Lord is saying and experience what the heart of God is feeling, for He grieves over the ruin of His people and the lack of justice for His beloved, He abhors the pride of those who devour the poor and consume the helpless, He detests those who turn justice into poison and the fruit of righteousness into bitterness, and all who are lukewarm and uncommitted in their hearts will be spewed out and rejected. Amos 6, Revelation 3

Are you prepared, My child?
Seek Me while the choice remains, for then I will give life. Confess Me as Lord and bend your knee to My majesty freely, while My accepting compassion and mercy are available. Shake off the complacency that this world system drapes over you and reject the enemy’s false “peace” that causes your spirit to slumber.
Speak My name to others and draw them urgently as you see the darkness approaching, for I am there in the streets and byways, offices and stores, everywhere the captive and bound, the weak and lost, the hungry and thirsty are to be found.
I am speaking to each heart by the Spirit, convincing and convicting each one of sin and righteousness and judgment. I need only to have you come and speak the words you know, the words I have already given you, the words that will bear witness to each person of what I am speaking to them in the privacy of their minds and spirits, drawing them to Me. Not all will respond, but you will have obeyed.
Prepare yourself, My child, by seeking Me and obeying, for time is short.

May you know that the Son of God, Whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze, is He Who searches hearts and minds, repaying each according to their deeds, knowing your love and faith, service and perseverance, seeing how much you have grown, and is now requiring you to no longer tolerate immorality and disobedience in your midst, but to cleanse your heart of all uncleanness and simply hold on to what you have until He arrives, overcoming and doing His will to the end, when He will give authority and reward. Revelation 2

May you hear the words of Him Who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars, for He knows your deeds, and though your reputation is for being outwardly alive and active, He knows you are dead inwardly in your love and desire to obey His Word, so wake up and strengthen what remains of your commitment to Him from your first love and don’t let it die but work to complete your deeds in the sight of God by remembering what you have received and heard and then obey it in a spirit of humility and repentance so that you may welcome Him when He comes to dress you in white like one of the worthy ones who have overcome and whose name is in the book of life, ready to be acknowledged before the Father and His angels. Revelation 3

May you cry out of the depths unto the Lord Whose ears are attentive to your plea for mercy, for He keeps no record of sins, since if He did, who could stand? But with Him there is forgiveness, and therefore He is reverently obeyed and respectfully praised. Psalm 130

May you wait for the Lord and put your hope in His word as your soul looks for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning. Psalm 130

May you put your hope in the Lord, with Whom is unfailing love and full redemption, for He Himself has redeemed you from all your sins. Psalm 130

December 10

Isaiah 40:8 Yes, grass withers and flowers fade, but the word of our God endures for ever.

2 Corinthians 9:15 Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

Psalm 71:6 From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother’s womb. I will ever praise you.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Romans 8:35,37-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?…No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

May you know that to come against the people that God has chosen is to invite the fire of God to destroy your defenses and break down your strength, but to reject the law of the Lord is to cause Him to destroy your fruit above and your root below, for the swift will not escape, the strong will lose their strength, and the warrior will not survive. Amos 1,2

May you accept that just as the Lord has chosen to bless you and draw you closer to Him than others, so you will be held to a tighter standard than others, for the finest garments will be reserved for the momentous occasions, but are subjected to the most rigorous cleaning. Amos 3

May you recall that nothing happens without a cause, for two cannot walk together unless they have determined a destination, made an appointment to meet and agreed on the way to get there, for without friendship in God there can be no fellowship with God. Amos 3

May you be assured that for every action of the Lord there is a certain and predictable reaction among His people, for just as the Lord will do nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets, even so when the Lord speaks, who can refuse to proclaim His message if they have His fear in their thoughts, His glory in their view, and His love for others in their hearts? Amos 3

May you always practice the righteousness of God with the generosity of God, not hoarding, with closed fists behind locked doors, plunder and loot from your own efforts, but sharing, with open hands, the abundance of God’s love out in the marketplace with those who need it most. Amos 3

Look to your goals, dear one, and understand where your treasure is. My purpose is for your soul to be prosperous and your spirit strong; too often your purpose is for your account to be fat and your status secure.
These things can, indeed, come to pass, My child, for I control all the riches of this world and the next, and I possess all authority in heaven and earth; I raise to power those I chose and I humble those I will. But My desire is that none should perish and that all should be saved. What is your desire?
Would you willingly give all that you hold dear to make it possible for even one to know Me as Redeemer? I have. Would you gladly accept the scorn, the shame, the ridicule, the mis-judgment, the disrespect, the misunderstanding of the public as well as the elite and respected of the world for even a single one to be accepted by the heavenly Father? I did.
With this Mind in you, then material wealth carries no value and social status has no attraction. With your desires set on the spiritual riches of heaven, you will be prepared for eternity, and not distracted by the vanishing benefits of the world.
Seek Me first, My beloved, and rejoice to do the service of My kingdom. Then, whether I assign you riches or poverty, strength or weakness, authority or submission, they will each be but tools for the work that is left to be done. You will be sealed in Me and seated with Me in heavenly places, enriched with unfading treasures of My Spirit and blessed with unending joy in My Presence.

May you turn again to your first love and make the Lord your one desire and the focus of your heart. Revelation 2

May you know that though you cannot tolerate the wicked and have discerned false apostles, persevering through hardships for His name’s sake without growing weary, it is only by overcoming that Christ the King will give you the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God. Revelation 2

May you not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. Though you have been afflicted in your poverty and slandered by the self-righteous, and though you will be tested by prison and persecution for a time, you need only remain faithful to the end, and Christ the Lord will give you the crown of life. Revelation 2

May you turn from accepting and permitting the teachings and practices of the enemy to coexist with the truth of God. Though you remain true to His name and refuse to renounce your faith, even during extreme persecution, unless you separate out the wicked and the false from your midst, the Lord Himself will speak against them; yet to each who overcomes will Christ, our Redeemer, give hidden manna and a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it. Revelation 2

May you endure through the oppression of the enemy so that they will not gain the victory over you. The Lord is righteous and will cut you free from the cords of the wicked. Psalm 129

May you love the things of the Lord, and set your affections on what delights Him, for then you will never be ashamed of your choices. Psalm 129

May the Lord plant you in good soil that is well watered so that you may grow vigorously and produce a bountiful harvest, causing those who pass by to say, “The blessing of the Lord be upon you.” Psalm 129

May you walk before the Lord as a son who is learning his Father’s business, hearing the Word of the Lord and obeying it, and not as a servant who cannot be corrected by mere words which he understands but will not respond to. Proverbs 29:19

May you be slow to speak and swift to hear, giving thought to what you say, so that the words you speak may be framed in God’s grace and carry God’s love, for the man who speaks in haste has less hope of pleasing the Father than a fool does. Proverbs 29:20

May you know that the Lord is in His chosen land, the land of His inheritance, and that He is your God and there is no other; never again will you be shamed. Joel 2

May the Lord pour out His Spirit upon you to give gifts of ministry even as He shows wonders in the heavens and the earth so that everyone will hear of the Lord and each one who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Joel 2

May you find the Lord to be a refuge and a stronghold in the day of trouble, so that you will know that the Lord your God is near, and dwells within you. Joel 3

Turn your eyes toward Me and focus your attention on My Word. Seek the riches of My eternal wisdom and understanding mingled with the treasures of My boundless mercy and grace.
Those who depend on the diversions of the world for satisfaction and seek out the riches of the nations for strength and security will fall as the nations fall and be devoured by fire as the world is burned in My purging and My cleansing.
But as you fall at My feet willingly, you will not be broken as the arrogant. As you humble yourself in response to My majesty, you will know My compassion and lovingkindness rather than My anger and wrath.
Be not of the earth as the pot of clay that receives the rod of iron to shatter it, but learn to live in the heavenlies as My servants do, gathering My harvest and withstanding My enemies, binding the wounds of My flock while overcoming the lion and bear that would attack them.
I have much that needs to be done, and I will ensure that it is accomplished – walk with Me and see what I will accomplish through you.

May grace and peace be to you from Him Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come, and from the seven spirits before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. Revelation 1

May you give glory and honor and praise forever and ever to Him who loves you and has freed you from your sins by His blood and has made you to be part of His kingdom, and a priest to serve His God and Father. Revelation 1

May you fear the Lord and walk in His ways for you will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Psalm 128

May you see the prosperity of Jerusalem and live to see your children’s children as the Lord blesses you from Zion all the days of your life. Psalm 128

May you gain the understanding and receive the revelation from the Lord to accept and embrace God’s restraint, that you may be blessed as you walk in the law of God and follow after the ways of the Lord. Proverbs 29:18

Luke 12:8 I tell you, whoever acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man will also acknowledge him before the angels of God.

1 Samuel 15:22 So Samuel said: “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams.

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

2 Timothy 1:7 God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

John 20:21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”

May you sow for yourself righteousness and reap the fruit of unfailing love, breaking up your unplowed ground, for it is time to seek the Lord until He comes and showers righteousness on you. Hosea 10

May you be able to perceive the cords of kindness and ties of love with which God has always led you. Hosea 11

May you understand how involved God has been in your life from the earliest moments to the present, always there, upholding you in times of weakness, training you in times of learning, strengthening you in time of adversity, healing you in times of illness, feeding you in times of hunger when your soul sought for that which you did not know, never speaking of Himself but always attending to your needs, that you may revere Him and humbly acknowledge His loving Lordship over you. Hosea 11

May you return to the Lord, trembling, from where you have wandered, following Him when He roars like a lion against the spiritual forces that seek to attack you, that He may settle you in the place He has given you to protect and care for you for He cannot give you up or hand you over to the enemy. Hosea 11

May you see how His compassion for you is aroused and His heart toward you is changed within Him so that He will not carry out His fierce anger nor turn and devastate you, since He is God, the Holy One with you, and He will not come against you in wrath. Hosea 11

May you return to your God, maintain love and justice, and wait for your God always, for the Lord God Almighty, the Lord of renown, is the One you have sought throughout your life in every struggle from the womb to adulthood. Hosea 12

May you realize the the Lord is the One your heart has desired all along, and so turn from feeding on the wind which cannot fill and will not satisfy. Hosea 12

May you leave off lies and violence, no longer giving your resources to those who cannot help, and come before God’s throne in humble repentance and full acknowledgment of His majesty and worth, quieting yourself before Him and waiting patiently in His house, learning of Him as you converse with Him. Hosea 12

May you know that the Lord is your God, it is He Who redeemed you, and may you acknowledge no God but Him, no Savior but Him, for He cared for you when you had nothing and fed you when you were hungry. Hosea 13

May you not forget the Lord when you feel safe and full, without needs, and proud, lest you become like the morning mist that disappears with the dew when the sun rises, like chaff swirling away in a light breeze from a threshing floor, like smoke escaping through a window to dissipate and never been seen again. Hosea 13

May you receive the Gift of God which ransoms you from the power of the grave and redeems you from death, removing the plagues and destruction which has been the power that all your life has kept you in the bondage of fear, but now has been broken by Christ Jesus. Hosea 13

May you return to the Lord your God and confess that your sins have been your downfall, asking that He forgive all your sins, for He will receive you graciously as you offer Him the fruit of your lips in praise, acknowledging that your strength, and the strength of others, cannot save you, and the works of your hands are not to be trusted or relied upon. Hosea 14

May you know that in Him the fatherless find compassion. Hosea 14

May you be wise, so you can realize Who He is, and may you be discerning that you may understand what He does, for the ways of the Lord are right and the righteous will walk in them, but the rebellious will stumble. Hosea 14

May God heal your waywardness and love you freely, causing you to blossom like the lily and send down roots like a cedar, making your splendor like that of an olive tree and your fame like fragrant wine from the vine. Hosea 14

May the Lord answer you and care for you, and your fruitfulness come from Him. Hosea 14

The way of a child starts with utter dependency, requiring all needs met, just as you in your sins could not redeem yourself, My dear one. Therefore, I have watched over you, given you constant care, been ever attentive to your needs, loving you, encouraging you, nourishing you.
As a child grows by having their needs met, so I have provided for your needs, My precious one. Look back and realize it is so.
My joy now is for you to step forth in strength, My loving one; not a strength of your own, but the strength you receive from My love, My Word, My Spirit.
Let your child-like dependency develop normally, appropriately, joyfully, into maturing trust and faith, My growing one. Thus, you can stand in the day of trial, knowing I am your rear-guard, and rescue those who are bound and captive, pointing them to Me, the Redeemer of whosoever will.

May mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. Jude 1

May you contend for the faith that has been once and for all entrusted to God’s people, and do not allow the grace of God to be changed into a license for immorality, lest you deny Jesus Christ, your only Sovereign and Lord. Jude 1

May you recall that God first delivered His people from Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe, and realize that the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home have been kept in darkness and chains for judgment, learning from their fate, drawing close to God, casting aside all that hinders and distracts. Jude 1

May you build yourself up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit, keeping yourself in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life, being merciful to those who doubt. Jude 1

May you trust and depend on the Lord in all that you do, for unless Lord bless your work, the labor is in vain. Psalm 127

May you mentor and disciple those the Lord brings to you, giving to them the experience and example of your obedient and trusting relationship with God, so that they may grow in the grace and wisdom of the Father, practiced in loving service and trained in spiritual warfare, for in later days they will prove to be a heritage and a reward to you from the Lord. Psalm 127
