October 15

Jude 1:20-21 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Judges 10:15 But the Israelites said to the LORD, “We have sinned. Do with us whatever you think best, but please rescue us now.”

Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Psalm 35:27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

May you stand every place God directs you and speak all of the words He gives you to each of the people He brings you, whether it be words of comfort or of rebuke, of acceptance or of warning, for He desires that none would perish, and takes no delight in the death of the sinner, seeking only for them to turn from their own way and be obedient to Him, that He may relent from the disaster that evil requires, and instead bring the blessing that obedience permits. Jeremiah 26

May you clearly discern between that which is sacred and that in which the sacred dwells, giving the vessel honor but giving the Lord praise, seeking the One Whom you cannot see, and not settling for the vessel just because you can see it. Jeremiah 26

May you trust in the hand of the Lord to provide for and protect you, not choosing to leave the work He has assigned you or responding in fear to the anger of man or God’s enemy, not trusting your own understanding or depending on the strength of the arm of flesh, for the Lord Almighty watches over His word to perform it and will rescue you through ways you cannot see by paths you have not known. Jeremiah 26

May you submit, in meekness, to the powers God designates and obey, as unto Him, the authorities God chooses as His servants, for they have a role to play in His plan, and no will shall be established on earth save for the will of the Father. Jeremiah 27

May you have confidence in the Lord that He is faithful and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one, and that He will direct your heart into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance, delivering you from wicked and evil men as you work to honor and spread the message of the Lord rapidly. 2 Thessalonians 3

My child, do not expect physical or spiritual ease during harvest season. I assign both workers and warriors for the field, for this is the season in which the raiders are seen in the land, seeking to steal the harvest for themselves, and destroy any part of the harvest they cannot steal. I am calling you to long hours, hard work, extreme conditions, full alertness and constant watchfulness.
Expect the barricades to be in your way, My laborer, for that is why I have empowered you to scale a wall. There will be troops of robbers riding through the land, My warrior, for that is why I have prepared you to run against a swarm of thieves.
Though I teach your hands to war and make your feet sure like hinds feet on high places, do not trust your skill with the bow to rescue you or your strength with the sword to save you. Seek Me for direction, ask Me whether a battle is yours to fight, for at times I will tell you to stand by and see the deliverance that I will bring you. At other times, I will give you the strategy by which the enemy will be routed, but always know that the victory is Mine to give you in order that you can manifest what I have worked in you.
Whether you find yourself engaged in spiritual battle from sunrise to sunset, or need to endure no greater challenge than stacking the sheaves of grain that have been reaped in the field, you are called to demonstrate and exercise the divine nature that has been worked in you through your submissive yielding to My Spirit and My Word.
I set the boundaries across which the enemy cannot cross, but I do not shield you from the requirements I expect of My children as My representatives, My ambassadors, members of My family who bear My name and My honor before the world.

May you always follow Christ’s example in all you do, living according to the teaching of the Word which godly people have demonstrated for you and the Spirit has made life to you, ever laboring in the work of the Lord, not seeking to exercise “rights” but to walk alongside others as a model, never tiring of doing what is right. 2 Thessalonians 3

May the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way, and be with you always. 2 Thessalonians 3

May you be certain that the Lord will forgive the iniquity of His people and cover all their sins, setting aside His wrath and turning from His anger as they turn from following their own ways with sorrow and repentance, humbly confessing their wickedness and seeking the Lord with their whole hearts. Psalm 85

May you listen to what God the Lord says as He promises peace to His people and to His saints, if they will not return to their folly, for He will restore His people and put away His displeasure, showing His unfailing love and granting His salvation, which is near to those who fear Him, that His glory may dwell in the land. Psalm 85

May you allow faithfulness to spring forth from your heart while righteousness looks down from heaven, as it goes before Him and prepares the way for His steps so that the Lord can indeed give what is good and the land will yield its harvest, once love and faithfulness meet together, and righteousness and peace kiss each other. Psalm 85

May you exercise moderation in your enjoyment lest indulging excessively cause you to despise it. Proverbs 25:16

October 14

Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Exodus 3:12 God said [to Moses], “I will be with you.”

1 Peter 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Romans 6:4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

May you be with the Lord in His intimate presence, hearing and receiving His truths and desires, for then you will be able to proclaim His words to others and show them how to turn in repentance from their evil ways and wicked deeds as they receive the life which the Spirit brings to them. Jeremiah 23

May you faithfully speak the word of the Lord which He has given you, for it will be like fire that consumes the chaff, leaving the grain, and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces, accomplishing all that the Lord desires and confirming His will on earth, convicting the world of sin and righteousness and judgment. Jeremiah 23, John 16

May your heart be toward the Lord and your thoughts ever on His word, desiring His will and obeying His command, for His eyes will watch over you for your good and He will bring you into His promise, building you up and not tearing you down, planting you and not uprooting you, giving you a heart to know that He is the Lord, so that you may be one of His people, and He will be your God, when you seek Him with all your heart. Jeremiah 24

May you turn to God from your own ways and choices, following His ways and receiving His promises, serving only the Lord of lords and worshiping only the King of kings, obeying Him with clean hands and an open heart, for then He will receive you and protect you from all harm. Jeremiah 25

My child, the Father sent Me to earth to do a job and accomplish a task. I willingly agreed and gladly obeyed. For that, My Father loves Me and has accepted the work I have done, granting salvation to you as you follow Me in faith, accepting that the Father has sent Me.
Yet, if you look at the work that I did on earth with your natural understanding, you would not see the love that the Father and I have for each other. I was born into poverty with rumors, gossip, and accusations following my birth and my earthly parents. I had no earthly wealth, nor did I achieve any worldly status. I was without a place to sleep or food to eat, dependent on the goodwill and generosity of others. All the ordinary, visible indications of a father’s love for his son were not to be seen.
The culmination of My work was arrest, beatings, false accusation, expressions of anger, hatred and fear, mockings, shame, and finally a painful, torturous death, alone, abandoned by My closest friends. Only the kindness of others provided a place My body would be protected from the ravages of wild animals and scavengers.
My Father’s love was never absent. He and I abide, dwell, remain in and with the other, just as I have sent My Holy Spirit to dwell in and abide with you so that you may have One within you greater than the one that is in the world. The work that I did, the office that I held, the responsibility I was given, is not where the Father’s love rested. His love is for Me, just as Our love is for you.
The work, the path, the assignments I give you to do will be hard, but the effort it requires and the pain that you feel, the despair that you experience is not a measure of My love, for I love not the tasks you accomplish – I love you in the midst of what I send you to do.

May you love the truth, and so be rescued, for from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth, calling you to this through the gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ; therefore, stand firm and hold to the truth of the teachings you have received, and you will be redeemed. 2 Thessalonians 2

May the Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God the Father, Who loves you and by His grace gave you eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your heart and strengthen you in every good deed and word. 2 Thessalonians 2

May your soul yearn, even faint, for the courts of the Lord, and may you let your heart and flesh cry out for the living God, for even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest, where their young may be near the altar of the Lord Almighty, your King and your God. Psalm 84

May you ever be praising God, desiring to dwell in the house of the Lord, for as you set your heart on pilgrimage to the city of God, passing through the valley of tears, it will become a place of comforting springs as you go from strength to strength in the joy of the Lord. Psalm 84

May you find more joy serving as a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord than with the finest furnishings among the dwellings of the wicked, for their house will come down as a tent in a windstorm, but the Lord God is a sun and shield for those who love Him and He bestows favor and honor, withholding no good thing from those whose walk is blameless, making one day in His courts better than a thousand elsewhere. Psalm 84

James 3:13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

Exodus 36:1 Bezalel and Aholiab and every wise-hearted man in whom the Lord has put wisdom and understanding to know how to do all the work for the service of the sanctuary shall work according to all that the Lord has commanded.

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.

Psalm 19:1-2 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the earth shows His handiwork. Day after day they utter their speech, night after night reveals knowledge

Hebrews 1:2 God has in these last days spoken to us by His Son

Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

May you do what is just and right, rescuing from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed, doing no wrong or violence to the alien, the fatherless or the widow, not shedding innocent blood, for if you are careful to carry out these commands, then God will honor you and sustain you, protecting and defending you from the destroyer. Jeremiah 22

May you be satisfied with what you receive from the hand of God, food and drink enough, clothing and shelter sufficient, and do what is right and just, defending the cause of the poor and the needy – for that is what it means to know the Father. Jeremiah 22

May you faithfully tend to the Lord’s sheep that He assigns you responsibility for, to comfort them that they will no longer be afraid or terrified, nor will any be missing, for as He Himself gathers them and draws them, providing them pasture where they can be fruitful, He will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land, for He is the Lord Our Righteousness. Jeremiah 23

May you be overcome by the Lord and His holy words, though your heart be broken and you tremble in the fear of the Lord, lest you find yourself on the dark, slippery path of those who claim to speak in the name of the Lord, but encourage evildoers so no one repents of their wrong, speaking from their own understanding, not from the mouth of the Lord, proclaiming peace to those who despise the Lord, and safety to those who reject the the leading of the Spirit, causing ungodliness to spread to all who follow them, for the storm of the Lord’s anger will burst out in wrath, whirling down on the heads of the wicked, not turning back until He fully accomplishes the purposes of His heart. Jeremiah 23

Do you debate Me, My child? Do you ask, “Why should I?” or “Why shouldn’t I?” to the voice of My Holy Spirit, speaking to your conscience?
Though you could not imagine committing a “great” sin, do you find that you play with and entertain “small” indulgences, retaining your “right” to that which you enjoy although the quiet voice of My Spirit calls you away? Does not the little viper carry enough venom to bring death to those bitten as certainly as the largest of serpents?
Return to and remain at the foot of My cross, My love, where godly sorrow was given and genuine repentance was received in your heart by a work of grace through My Spirit. Let true mourning over sin make you jealous over the words that come from your lips; let the memory of previous sin cause you to shy away from any action that would offend just as the recollection of a burn causes you to fear the flame.
Let the sincerity of My Spirit and the genuineness of My Word be the goal of your striving, and not the building of an outward righteousness that is missing the true inward work which brings glad submission and humble obedience in immediate response to the gentle leading of My Spirit.
You will reap as you have sown, My dear one. You will gather little if you sow little, and you will reap to the flesh if you sow to the flesh. Let My Spirit open My Word to you and reveal how to sow liberally to the spirit even as you persist in the daily routine in the world.
In this way, you can remain unspotted by the flesh as you enjoy so sweet a bitterness as My acceptance and fellowship that is brought through the daily sorrowing and suffering of a repentant heart and a contrite spirit.

May you receive grace and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ that your faith may grow more and more, and your love for others may increase as you persevere in the face of persecutions and trials that you faithfully endure. 2 Thessalonians 1

May you be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are striving and pressing in, for God is just and will pay back trouble to those who trouble you, and give relief to you when you are hard-pressed. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with His powerful angels, punishing those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus, shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of His power, punished with everlasting destruction, on the day He comes to be glorified in His holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. 2 Thessalonians 1

May you be counted worthy by God of His calling and may He fulfill by His power every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith, so that the name of the Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1

May you call upon God to arouse Himself on the behalf of His people because His enemies are astir, plotting and conspiring with cunning cruelty against those He cherishes, seeking to make their name, which was lovingly given by the Father, to no longer be remembered or known so they may claim the good inheritance which the Lord has given His chosen; may God make His enemies like straw and chaff, whirling away like dust in the wind, pursuing them with His terrifying tempest, covering their face with shame so that men will seek the name of the Lord, knowing that He alone is the Most High over all the earth! Psalm 83

May you seek the heart of God that He may give you His words of life for the needs of others, aptly spoken, bringing the treasures of encouragement and hope, life and strength, needed grace and sought-after mercy, desired direction and loving correction, giving refreshing and renewal to the soul and spirit of all who hunger to know God. Proverbs 25:11-12

Psalm 94:18-19 When I said, My foot slippeth; Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me Thy comforts delight my soul.

John 14:27 Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Hosea 10:12 Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until He comes and showers righteousness on you.

Psalm 51:6 Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Proverbs 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

May you submit your plans to the oversight of the Lord and give your dreams into the hands of God, yielding your hopes into the control of the Spirit, even though they may be dashed to the ground and broken into pieces, smashed beyond repair, for only when we release that which we hold on to can we receive what the Lord is offering; He Who is filled with mercy and compassion has already made full provision, and has promised to complete that which He has started. Jeremiah 19

May you sing to the Lord and give Him praise for He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked. Jeremiah 20

May you speak the word of the Lord, though many mock and the words you speak are violent, for if you choose to speak no more in His name, hoping to avoid the insult and reproach from those who hear it, you will find that His word is in your heart like a fire, and you grow weary in your very bones holding it in, and indeed, you cannot; but the Lord is with you like a mighty warrior. Since you have committed your cause to Him Who examines the righteous and probes the heart and mind, you will see your persecutors stumble and fail, thoroughly disgraced. Jeremiah 20

May you give justice every morning to those you encounter and rescue from the hand of his oppressor the one who has been robbed, restoring to them, from the abundance you have been given by the Spirit, what the enemy has taken — strength, joy, faith, mercy, trust, kindness, compassion, acceptance, dignity, self-worth — lest the anger of the Lord break out like fire, for He is setting before all the way of life and death so that each can make their choice, according to what is in their hearts. Jeremiah 21

My child, do not despair in your imperfections and failings.
Though you mourn your transgressions and shortcomings, do not fail to rejoice at the same time that they will never be mentioned against you. I will not remember your sin, for I have paid your debt. When a debt is paid, it ceases to exist; the note is torn up, the pieces are burned to ashes, and the dust is scattered to the wind.
Therefore no power or authority can re-assemble them to bring valid accusation against you. You are accepted in Me before the Father as Adam was in his innocence, and more, for you wear My divine righteousness.
In all the misery you can look at in your life, all the despair you feel in your situation, all the helplessness that you have known, I want you to realize, My cherished one, that you are a child of God. With God as your Father, My power is present and at work within you to accomplish infinitely more than you might ask or think.
My purpose shall be completed in you by My hand, which is more than sufficient to meet the need, conquer the shortcomings, and triumph over the failings that you are reminded of throughout the day by the enemy. He speaks to you of the flesh and the carnal nature, which will soon disappear; My work in you is in the spirit, which will remain through eternity to My glory.
There is no place where you cannot feel at home in My presence. Abide in comfortable fellowship with Me, wait in expectant patience before Me, receive with gladness My truth which works life in you.
Know more and more each day greater depths of My love, wider expanses of My mercy, and higher heights of My compassion, sufficient to meet the needs of any I send you to as My witness.

May you not be like others, who are asleep, for you are of the light and of the day, so be alert and self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate and the hope of salvation as a helmet, for I did not appoint you to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through Me, therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you, holding them in the highest regard in love because of their work, living in peace with each other, and warning those who are idle, encouraging the timid, helping the weak, being patient with everyone, ensuring no one pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone one else. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you be joyful always, giving thanks in all circumstances, praying continually, turning all things into a prayer, making your thoughts into a conversation with God, abiding in His presence, and letting Him dwell in your praises, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you not stifle or extinguish the Spirit’s fire as it cleanses and purifies the heart and mind from the stain of sin, and may you not treat the testimony of Jesus, the utterance of the Spirit, the encouragement of the Father, the forth-telling of the scriptures, and the fore-telling in the scriptures, with contempt or rejection out-of-hand, but test everything against the written Word, holding on to the good and avoiding every kind of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5

May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through, so that your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, for the One Who calls you is faithful and He will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5

May you defend the cause of the frail and fatherless, maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed, rescuing the weak and needy, delivering them from the hand of the wicked, executing the judgment of the Father, Who will rise up and judge the nations of the earth. Psalm 82

October 11

1 Timothy 6:17 As for those who in the present age are rich, command them not to be haughty, or to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but rather on God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

Ecclesiastes 11:1 Send out your bread upon the waters, for after many days you will get it back.

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Luke 14:13-14 When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you.

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to the which also ye were called in one body; and be ye thankful.

May you be available to the Lord, your Strength and your Fortress in time of distress, when people seek Him and confess the worthlessness of their own gods, so that God Himself may send you to teach them His power and might, for then they will know that His Name is the Lord. Jeremiah 16

May you trust in the Lord and place your confidence in Him, that you may be like a tree planted by the water, sending out roots by the stream with no fear when heat comes and never failing to bear fruit even in a year of drought. Jeremiah 17

May you live in the knowledge that the Lord searches your heart and examines your mind to reward you according to your conduct and according to what your deeds deserve; therefore hide your life in Christ Jesus through the cleansing of His blood and the washing of the Spirit that He may see the acceptable sacrifice of His Son. Jeremiah 17

May you find sanctuary before the glorious throne of the Lord, the Hope of Israel, exalted from the beginning, for though all who forsake Him will be shamed and all who turn away will be written in the dust because they forsake Him, the spring of living water, yet the Lord will heal you and save you, for He is the One that you praise. Jeremiah 17

May you be willing clay in the hands of the Potter, following the leading of His Spirit in humility and acceptance, yielded to His will, obedient to His word, doing only what He does, speaking only what He says, not stealing His glory nor holding His praise as your own. Jeremiah 18

May you never forget the Lord, giving your richest praise and choicest worship to your Creator and Redeemer, the One Who gave His all for you, for He guides you in the way you should go and strengthens you in the journey, making a way in which the blind can follow and the lame will not stumble, leading you by cool waters and through refreshing paths, sheltering you from the storms of the wicked and the derision of evil-doers as His faces shines upon you, dispelling the darkness and bringing encouragement and hope to your heart. Jeremiah 18

Pray, My child, without ceasing. You ask, “How can I always pray? I have work I need to do, things I need to take care of. I cannot kneel by my bed and close my eyes all day!” But I ask, “Why would you choose to face the challenges and choices of the day alone? Why go into battle alone? Why abandon your most stalwart Companion and forsake your most sincere Advocate?”
Let your prayer be a continual conversation with Me in all you do, wherever you go. Walk in acknowledgment of My presence constantly; yes, I am always with you, but unless you remain constantly with Me, your mind and heart lose focus. When a need arises, you must struggle to get back to the nearness which allows you to hear Me.
You are like a bird, My dear one, beautiful on your feet, but majestic on your wings. You are making a pilgrimage through this world, My love, but you do not belong here and do not fit in the world system, experiencing awkwardness and discomfort in its midst.
You have been reborn for the heavenlies, My cherished one; when in prayer to Me, you soar in My Spirit and span the world with intercession. My glory works through you as we join in prayer, as you pray My Word back to Me, as you speak My Word into the lives of those I bring to your mind, far and near.
As a newly hatched fledgling, My love, you bore special feathers to warm you for you were not ready to fly. But as you have grown in maturity through reading My Word, praying in My Spirit, and fellowshipping in My Body, the downy feathers are gone and your prayers carry the authority of My Name and the power of My Truth, lifting you high above the darkness of the world and carrying you swiftly through the attacks of the foe.
When the storms rage, My precious one, draw safely under My wings and feel My heartbeat as you stay close. When the sun shines, My love, rise on the wings of prayer throughout your day, even as you have seen birds fly for the sheer joy of the flight, and remain in My presence.
A bird whose feathers have been plucked is a shameful, miserable creature indeed, awkward on the ground, and without access to the air. Why would you ever want to avoid a time of prayer, and end up giving the enemy such satisfaction?
Though you go through the same issues, problems, concerns, anxieties, illnesses, and trials as those who know Me not, when you give them to Me in prayer, other people see how you soar through the rain while they plod through the mud.
Understand, My little one, you are not better than them, but through prayer, I have made you better off than them, for I have given you the privilege, the grace, the inestimable gift of spiritual prayer to bring you into My Holy of Holies.
Use it, My child, without ceasing, and rejoice in Me always.

May you avoid sexual immorality, learning to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in the way of the heathen who do not know God, for the Lord did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life and be sanctified. Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, Who gives you His Holy Spirit. 1 Thessalonians 4

May it be your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. 1 Thessalonians 4

May you be encouraged by the hope from God’s promise that those who have fallen asleep in Christ will return with Him, and we who are still alive and left till the coming of the Lord, which will be as a thief in the night, will not leave them behind, but we will all be changed and be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4-5, 1 Corinthians 15

May your hope be in the Lord your God, for He is the One Who brings all blessings and sustains all life. Jeremiah 14

May you know that the Lord has promised to take care of you and give you freedom, strengthening you for a good purpose, and make your enemies treat you kindly in times of distress and disaster, for the Lord understands and will remember you in your need. Jeremiah 15

May you receive God’s words with joy when they come, taking them in and making them your heart’s delight, for you bear the name of the Lord God Almighty, Who is your gracious Redeemer and your loving Father. Jeremiah 15

May you serve the Lord and utter worthy words as His spokesman once He restores you through repentance and humility, so that others may turn to Him, following your example, even as you stand firm on the strength of God’s truth in the face of those who resist God’s will, for though they will fight against you, they will not overcome you since He is with you to rescue you and save you from the hands of the wicked and redeem you from the grasp of the cruel. Jeremiah 15

May you know that the victories and deliverances which God has previously wrought by His hand in your life will yet be overshadowed by the glad and joyful restoration of His promised and abundant blessings in your life when the power of His Spirit bursts forth against the enemy of your soul, overcoming the captor which has blinded, hindered and prevented you from receiving and walking in the fullness of your inheritance in the Lord. Jeremiah 16

My child, there is much for you to do, but it does not include the work which is Mine alone. You cannot save yourself, for only My sacrifice is sufficient for that. You must accept My gift by the choice of your free will, for I will not force it on you.
You cannot perform the work of My Holy Spirit in your life, or anyone else’s, for your personal righteousness is as filthy rags, tainting and staining what you touch. Each one must submit by their own choice to the conviction of sin which My Word works in each heart, and each one must come in repentance of their own sin as My Spirit breathes life into their hearts.
Only you can testify as My witness to the work in your heart and to your soul which only I can accomplish. Only I can sanctify you, but only you can yield to and permit the work of My Spirit in your heart.
I will not give you, fully-formed, the character and the fruit of the life of the spirit. That grows and develops in you as you walk, step by step, through the events and circumstances of your life, remaining connected to the true Vine, enduring and submitting to the pruning of the Husbandman of the vineyard.
You are dead in your trespasses, My earthly one; nevertheless, because I am the resurrection and the life, if you believe on Me, you shall never die. Because I am the bread of life, if you eat this bread, you shall never hunger. Because I am the light of the world, if you follow Me, you shall not walk in darkness.
Remove yourself from the chief seat of the feast, My child. You are cherished, you are precious in My sight, but you are not qualified to sit in My seat. Make much of Me, My lovely one, in the presence of others, and I will honor you in the sight of men.

May you live your life worthy of God, who calls you into His kingdom and glory. 1 Thessalonians 2

May you receive the Word of God, not as the word of the people who bring it to you, but as it actually is, life and strength from the Spirit, which is at work in your heart and mind. 1 Thessalonians 2

May you rejoice that the Lord knows you and tests your thoughts about Him, that you may be led into all truth by His Holy Spirit, finding freedom from oppression, refuge from the devourer, and strength to overcome your own desires, becoming a useful and productive servant about your Master’s service, working in humble obedience and resting in intimate relationship with the Father. Jeremiah 12

May you consider how you should behave when confronted by the present opposition and influence of the wicked, for in the times to come, when their power of presence will increase, you will be able to manage as you rely on the wisdom and grace of the Lord now, depending on the authority of His Word and the power of His Spirit as you walk in the truth of His promises. Jeremiah 12

May you see how so many of those who call on the name of the Lord but resist the leading of the Spirit and deny the truth of the Word, turning from the ways of God, are speckled with the pollution of this life, mixing the vanity of the world with the traditions of religion, bringing desolation to the land. Jeremiah 12

May you have the wisdom to see and recognize the confusion that results when the unrepentant seek to escape God’s judgment, for shepherds will pasture in vine-yards and thorns will grow where wheat is sown, the pleasant and productive land will become desolate and parched, and the people will bear the shame of an empty harvest, having nothing to show for their labor. Jeremiah 12

May you be willing to open your hands to those who were enemies and teach God’s truth with compassion to all who will learn God’s ways, for unless they listen, they will be doomed. Jeremiah 12

My child, would you be content to know your spouse only through a dating agency and never speak to one another apart from that time?
Do you feel satisfaction would be possible if a third party conveyed each side of your conversation to the other, with no direct contact, eye to eye, hand to hand, heart to heart?
How much intimacy would be lost by hearing from an official go-between about how your beloved feels for you?
How freely would you be able to pour out your heart into the ears of one who, though caring, diligent, and willing, is not your beloved?
My love for you, My precious one, is too personal to be conveyed through an agency or an organization; though you may hear of Me through others, you can only come to know Me through seeking on your own, heart to heart, and allowing My Spirit to open My Word to you.
Let relationship bind you to Me, growing with the experiences of each day as you bring them to Me and share your heart, the cares and despairs, the fears and joys, the triumphs and defeats. Let My Word give you wisdom and understanding for what is past that you may be strengthened for what is to come.
When you meet another one who also knows Me, you will each recognize the evidence of My presence in the other by the witness of My Spirit inside you. That which you have received of Me will be of comfort and strength to the other as you share with each other of My love and My glory.
The vision you have received of Me will be made more complete by what others testify to about Me. There is great benefit to fellowship between members of My Body, but only those who know Me personally, individually, can worship Me collectively. Together, there is strength in the unity that I bring out of diversity, but it is only between those who have submitted to Me individually by turning their hearts in contrition to Mine.
To know of someone, even when you study every detail about that one, is not to be known by the person, no matter how much you care. You must go to that one, face to face, and get to know them personally.
Do not depend on the experiences of others, My dear one, but know Me for yourself so that you may be known and accepted by Me.

May you allow the Lord to bind you to Himself as His own, for His renown and praise and honor, listening to the word of the Lord and obeying the prompting of the Spirit, lest you be distracted by the pride of your knowledge and “achievements” and led away by your desires and “entitlements,” becoming useless in His work. Jeremiah 13

May you hear and pay attention without arrogance when the Lord speaks, giving glory to your God Who brings the light of your hope lest your feet stumble in the darkening hills, for if you do not listen, your pride will leave you in thick darkness and deep gloom as the flock of the Lord is taken captive. Jeremiah 13

May you rejoice in that, while you are helpless against natural depravity and challenged by strong habits of sin, unable to master your headstrong appetites, the Lord urges you to seek help from Him Who is mighty to save and Who sends His Spirit to create in you a clean heart, for things which are impossible for men are possible with God, Who scatters the unclean like chaff before the desert wind but receives the humbly repentant with grace and compassion. Jeremiah 13

May your desire be to see the name of the Lord glorified rather than your comfort maintained; may you weep for the sins that sorrow the Lord rather than for the judgment that they bring; may you confess in humility the wrong-doing that permeates the society and turns the culture from seeking God’s forgiveness in times of distress, making the Hope of Heaven to be like a traveling stranger who stays only a night; may you dread the departure of God’s grace more than the loss of your pride. Jeremiah 14

May your work in the service of the Lord be produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 1

May you not only speak the words of God with your lips, but also feel the power of the Spirit in your heart as it mortifies the flesh, making the desires of the world grow dim, and lifting your spirit to dwell on heavenly things. 1 Thessalonians 1

May you not try to please men, but God, as you preach the gospel, not using flattery or masking greed, for the Lord tries your heart and will show you if you are seeking praise. 1 Thessalonians 2

May you turn to God in your time of desperate need, that His mercy may come quickly to meet you and God your Savior help you for the glory of His name, delivering you and forgiving your sins for His name’s sake, preserving, by the strength of His arm those condemned to die, that you may join with the rest of His people, the sheep of His pasture, and praise Him forever, always recounting His praise. Psalm 79

May you be a stranger to, and unacquainted with, the ways of the world and customs of the nations, seeking only to perfect your citizenship in God’s kingdom, walking in the fear of God rather than the terror of God’s creation. Jeremiah 10

May you revere the King of the nations, which is His rightful due, for unlike the works of men’s hands that are worshiped though they can do no harm nor can they do any good, the Lord is great and His name is mighty in power; no one is like Him, for He is the true God, the living God, the eternal King. Jeremiah 10

May you testify to the fact that the images made by hand are a fraud, and a shame to those who make them, mere worthless objects of mockery, but God is He Who made the earth by His power and wisdom, stretching out the heavens by His understanding, controlling the winds and the clouds by His will, sending the rain and the lightning to do His bidding. Jeremiah 10

May you know that your life is not your own, nor is it for you to direct your own steps, so may you turn to the Lord for correction and direction in His justice rather than His anger lest you be reduced to nothing. Jeremiah 10

May you listen to the terms of God’s new covenant with His people and obey them, to believe in His Son, Jesus, Whom the Father has sent to pay the debt of sin that, through the blood of cleansing, you may enjoy an intimacy of relationship with your Creator that you were fashioned for, and as you joyfully obey Him, He will fulfill His oath to you and give you blessings you cannot contain. Jeremiah 11

My child, I am stretching you today. My vision within your heart is causing your reach to exceed your grasp. The faith My Spirit is growing within your heart is filling you with a robust, vigorous trust in My love that you have never known before.
This is not a feeling of confidence that comes from your thoughts, but a certainty that springs up from the Rock into which your spirit sends deep its roots.
Pray in My Spirit, My child, submitting your members to My will, drawing the patient obedience I walked in while on earth into yourself as I perform My work within you. Pray My Word back to Me, My growing one, even as I prepare you to be My witness before peoples and families, clans and tribes, kings and rulers. Though they set their faces against you, My purpose will be accomplished through you.
Look deeper into My eyes of love, My cherished one, and draw nearer to My heart of compassion, trusting yourself into My hands to mold and shape your nature into My image as I add what is missing and remove what is not needed. Though it feels as though I may slay you, wait patiently for what I will reveal to you, for you will face many things that your strength is not sufficient for.
It is not merely a knowledge of what My Word says that will see you through the storm, My precious one, but it is an understanding of Who I am as revealed through Scripture, and the choice you make to draw near in intimate relationship with Me that will see you through, for I am the living Word of God who speaks life into you, making what you do in My kingdom prosper and bear fruit that remains.
My work does not require a title or a position in the religious order, My loving one. To do My work is to obey My commands – love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and thy neighbor as thyself. Do this, willingly and in obedience to the way I guide you by My Spirit and My Word, and you are My minister, My ambassador, My Father’s son, and you will be found doing the works I did, and greater, for you will be showing My glory to all the world.

May you walk in honest relationship with those around you as you learn to walk closer in relationship with the Lord, reflecting the depth you have experienced in the love of the Father for you, which gives you an increasing understanding of the value He places on others. Colossians 3

May you be subject to those who have authority over you on earth, obeying them in everything, not only when they are present to curry favor, but in sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord, working at whatever you do with all your heart as unto the Lord since you know it is the Lord Christ you are serving and He will give you an inheritance as a reward. Colossians 3

May you devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful, proclaiming the mystery of Christ clearly as God opens a door for the message, making the most of every opportunity with outsiders, being wise in the way you act, and letting your conversation always be full of grace, which is the salt that seasons your words, keeping them from corruption, that you may know how to give each person a fitting response. Colossians 4

May you not put God to the test by rebelling against the Most High and His statutes, but be loyal and faithful, like a trustworthy bow which does the bidding of the archer, and willingly endure the testing that comes to you, for it is the Father’s good pleasure to purify you in preparation for the wedding feast of His Son, Who deserves a bride without spot, wrinkle, or blemish, having prepared herself, and been made ready for the honor, even as David, who was taken from the sheep pens, and obeyed the Lord with integrity of heart. Psalm 78

May you walk with integrity toward your neighbor, speaking with honesty, and acting with the intent toward him as you would want him to do toward you. Proverb 24:28-29

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Jeremiah 10:7 Who should not revere You, O King of the nations? This is Your due. Among all the wise men of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is no one like You.

James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

May you not reject the word of the Lord or handle it falsely, claiming wisdom but looking for gain while ignoring the needs of those around you, lest the Lord put you to shame, causing you to be dismayed and trapped. Jeremiah 8

May you desire and embrace the word of the Lord, handling it with reverence and honor, willing to pay the personal price required to seek His truth and gain His wisdom, gladly sharing it freely to meet the needs of those you encounter, for the Lord will make you fruitful and extend His blessings to all you do and over all He gives you. Jeremiah 8

May you be valiant for the truth, that you may triumph in the land as you acknowledge the Lord, as you make ready your tongue to speak the word of God, joining together with the brethren, having the same spirit and the same mind, desirous to do what the Father is seen doing, and say what the Father is heard saying, that you may be strengthened in all that you face. Jeremiah 9

May you walk through the refining and testing of the Lord with grateful acceptance, allowing the trials to have their perfect work, bringing to light the attitudes and responses of the heart and mind that we hide from ourselves, and giving God permission to remove them, change them, replace the carnal human nature with His divine nature, bit by bit, so that you will be fitly equipped for His work on earth and suitably prepared for eternity with Him. Jeremiah 9

May you boast of your knowledge and understanding of the Lord, Who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, and delights in those who do, too, but let your pride and self-satisfaction not rest in your own wisdom, which will fail in a crisis, or your own strength, which will fall short of the need, or your riches, which will never be sufficient to ransom your soul. Jeremiah 9

To your heart, My child, I turn My attention. To your soul, My cherished one, I bring My focus. As the process of education shapes the pattern of your thinking, so the discipline of My Spirit patterns the shape of your being.
My work in your life is total, My dear one. You were created in My image, formed to take delight in My presence, and fashioned to enjoy the good things I have placed in the material world.
My redemption includes all of creation, but it is not yet in evidence to be seen. Just as happens when something is broken, the parts which were not affected still possess their beauty and functionality even though they cannot be used as intended until the injured part is repaired.
Submit to My training, My eager one, and allow My Spirit to lead you into the truth of My Word. Learn of Me, receive from Me, come unto Me.
Do not be distracted by the bits and the parts, My thrilled one. Let the eyes of your spirit settle on Me, for what bride would allow the gifts and the clothing and the noise of celebration to distract her from the single focus of her heart – the groom.

May you set your heart on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God, and set your mind on Him, not on earthly things, putting to death those things that belong to your earthly nature which, if followed, bring the wrath of God upon those who practice them. Colossians 3

May you clothe yourself, as holy and dearly beloved in God’s sight, with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience, bearing with each other and forgiving grievances with each other, even as the Lord has forgiven you, and over all these virtues, put on love, which binds them all together in the perfect unity of Christ’s body. Colossians 3

May you let the peace of Christ rule in your heart and be thankful, letting the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your heart to God, and do all, in word and deed, in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3

May you seek God, turning to Him eagerly, lest He afflicts you with futility and brings terror to your heart, remembering in humility that God is your Rock, and recalling with thanksgiving that God Most High is your Redeemer, not flattering Him with your mouth, but bringing your heart to Him in loyalty and remaining faithful to His covenant. Psalm 78

May you remember the power of the Holy One and how He redeemed you from the oppressor, displaying His miraculous signs and wonders in your life, as the things you used to value and put your trust in were shown to have no strength and be of no help when you needed somewhere to turn, but the Lord prepared a path, brought a band of ministering angels, and led you out like a sheep through the desert, guiding you safely, giving you peace, to a restful place where you can know His comfort and strength. Psalm 78

May you look to your responsibilities before you seek after your comforts, preferring necessities before conveniences, trusting God to care for you while you care for others. Proverbs 24:27

Isaiah 66:13 The Lord says, “As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you.”

Colossians 1:22 [God] has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation.

When you stand at the crossroads and look for the way to follow, may you ask in faith of the Lord Who is always with you where the good way is so that you may walk in it, for He is trustworthy and will lead you by His hand and His word, that you will find rest for your soul. Jeremiah 6

May you know with confident assurance that by really changing your ways and actions, and dealing justly with each other, not oppressing the person who appears to be alone and without a friend, not harming the innocent, and rejecting other powers as your source in need, then the Lord your God will give you the blessing of His inheritance for ever. Jeremiah 7

May you obey the Lord and walk in all the ways He commands you, for then He will be your God and you will be His child, and it will go well with you. Jeremiah 7

May you turn to the Lord, clinging to His truth, returning always to the Lord Who loves and defends you, speaking His Word in love, repenting of every fault and sin that so easily besets you, always seeking His face to follow His steps, that you may know and do the appointed tasks at the appointed times. Jeremiah 8

My child, will you be angry when I send a worm to attack the plant that I brought you comfort from, as I did with Jonah? Or perhaps you will fear that you have done something wrong to displease Me.
Be assured that what you have is from Me, when you submit your will to Mine and live in My lordship of your life. Be it comfortable or difficult, when you love Me to the full extent of your heart’s capacity, I make all things work to your eternal good.
I delight to bring good things into your life, My love. Think about it, and name the blessings that you have from My hand. Realize that My blessings do not always bring comfort and ease into your life.
When an athlete or a soldier is engaged in a struggle to win, they must stay with it to finish with the prize. Yet they do so willingly, even gladly, as they are pressed beyond endurance; the athlete looking for the fame and renown, the soldier protecting those he loves.
I am training you, My precious one, and refining you, strengthening you by removing that which weakens you, separating you from that which will hold you back once the true struggle begins. If simple acts and small occurrences exasperate you, increasing frustration, how will you endure the battle?
Focus on Me, now and through the day, to gain My perspective, My cherished one. Lift your eyes above the horizon and see clearly into eternity where My love for you fills all you gaze upon. Your feet are grounded and your hands are occupied upon the earth, but your heart can be carried away with Me.

May you stand firm in the knowledge of the truth of God’s word, seeing to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ. Colossians 2

May you know that you have been given fullness in Christ, Who is the head over every power and authority, for in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form. Colossians 2

May you not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink or with regard to a religious celebration or tradition, for these are but shadows of the reality which you find in Christ. Colossians 2

May you never delight in false humility or the worship of angels, losing connection with the Head, Jesus, from Whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow. Colossians 2

May you walk in the freedom of God’s truth, for He has made you alive with Christ, having forgiven you all your sins by canceling the written code and regulations opposed to you by nailing it to the cross, and through the cross, triumphed openly over powers and authorities as He disarmed them, for though they have the appearance of wisdom, they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence. Colossians 2

May you hear the teaching of the Lord, and listen to the words of the parables of His mouth uttering hidden things from earlier times, that you may share them with your children and tell the next generation of the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders he has done. Psalm 78

May you not willfully put God to the test in the wilderness and the desert place of testing and purifying of your heart, demanding and questioning God’s intents and ability, but let your faith be grown by offering thanksgiving for what you have and let your eyes opened to the working of His hands by giving praise for His deliverance which He works in your life, that you may live to worship your King and receive the bountiful inheritance that He desires to see you established in. Psalm 78

John 8:32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.

Colossians 1:13 For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves,

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

May you press in, with a sense of desperation, to know the Lord and to walk in His wisdom, for the hour is late and you will need His understanding to know how to do the good that will testify to others of the love and goodness, acceptance and mercy of the Lord when dark and difficult times come into people’s lives. Jeremiah 4

May you desire to know the way of the Lord, seeking Him while He may be found, that you may draw near the Lord in repentance and humility, where you will find acceptance in His Spirit, and can take on the yoke and bonds of the King Who protects and cares for you. Jeremiah 5

May you fear the Lord your God, and tremble in His awesome presence, for He is the One who gives autumn and spring rains in season, assuring the regular weather for each season, and setting the boundaries for the sea, preventing its encroachment on the land, but unless you plead the case of the fatherless to win it, and defend the rights of the poor to establish His justice in the land, He will remove the barriers and release the schedules, bringing chaos to the land. Jeremiah 5

May you hear the warning of the Lord without offense, and may you listen to the Word of the Lord with joy, understanding the seriousness of His charge and the deep, desperate need for healing in the people, but knowing His power to save and the strength of His truth to set free, so that the desire for gain and the practice of deceit, which is the target of God’s wrath, may be removed far from the hearts of the people. Jeremiah 6

My child, the salvation you have received from My hand is much more than the feeling of joy that fills your heart in My presence and relief from the burden of sin and fear which is removed from your life. That is your experience of salvation, but know that My salvation is so much more than your experience. It is not an idea you suggested to Me and I agreed to.
The Godhead, in entirety, from eternity past, has devised and agreed upon the parts We each would fill and the costs We each would pay to see the vastness of the reach and the immensity of the depth of the concept come to pass. Such an idea had never been conceived that Divine Holiness would redeem fallen creation by discharging the debt in full and join together Creator and creation.
You are an integral part, My precious one, of the plan that is beyond the scope of your imagining. You are being trained, My dear one, in ways you do not understand for work so much larger than you know so that in time you will eventually grasp the shape of it.
Remain focused on Me, My love, and simply reject the accusations of unworthiness and thoughts of doubts that flit around you. Do not be distracted by them, for you know their source; they can do you no harm for you are sealed by My Spirit to show My ownership. The only purpose they serve is to draw your focus from what the Spirit is saying to your heart by causing you to beat the air ineffectually.
You are Mine. Hear My Word. I will direct you when it is time to fight; until then, learn of Me, My redeemed one, for I have much to tell you.

May you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel, for God has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation. Colossians 1

May you proclaim Christ, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that everyone may be presented perfect in Christ, even as you work to this end, laboring with all His energy, which so powerfully works in you. Colossians 1

May you be encouraged in heart and united in love with the rest of the Body of Christ so that you may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that you may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in Whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2

May you continue to live in Christ Jesus as Lord, just as you have received Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. Colossians 2

May you cry out to God for help when you are in distress and seek Him, stretching out untiring hands at night when your soul will not be comforted, that He may bring to your recall the mighty deeds of the Most High and remind you of His miracles of long ago, so you can meditate on His compassion and mercy, His unfailing love and favor, and once more you may rejoice in Him with songs in the night. Psalm 77

May you be reminded that God’s ways are holy, for there is no god so great as your God, Who performs miracles and displays His power among the peoples, redeeming them with His might arm. Psalm 77

Isaiah 45:3 I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.

Hebrews 13:16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

John 1:13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Romans 8:37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame [the enemy of God] by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

May you have no desire to roam or wander, but to come to the Lord with every situation, finding Him to be a safe haven, a peaceful refuge, a sunlit meadow, the source of all you need, your treasure, your most cherished possession, that you may find rest in Him, strength for the day, peace in your thoughts and quiet confidence in your heart. Jeremiah 2

May you return to the Lord, Who is merciful, Who will not remain angry forever, acknowledging your guilt of rebellion against Him, for He will give you shepherds after His own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. Jeremiah 3

May you call the Lord “Father” and follow after Him in trust and obedience, for He will gladly treat you like favored children, giving you choice blessings, the most beautiful inheritance. Jeremiah 3

May you come daily, closer, to the Lord your God, in Whom is your salvation, turning from the idolatrous commotion of the world, which is deception, and turning with your heart, in a truthful, just and righteous way to the Lord, for He will bless the nations and in Him they will glory. Jeremiah 3,4

May you break up the unplowed ground of your rebellious will and do not waste good seeds among the thorns, but circumcise your heart, genuinely dedicating yourself to the Lord and getting rid of everything that hinders your commitment to Him, to prevent His anger from blazing up like a flaming fire that no one can quench. Jeremiah 4

My child, when you come before Me to intercede in prayer, know that you are entering in the Holy of Holies in spirit, into My inner chamber, drawing near to Me as I sit in My robes of judgment on My throne of authority.
Understand that you are in the presence of the awesome majesty that is greater than all of creation and the brilliant, pure holiness that outshines the brightest source of light man can know, penetrating beyond the posture of humility and the words of submission to the purpose of heart and motive of mind.
Do not think to bring personal agendas for religious rubber-stamping, and do not seek approval of pet projects. Empty your hands of your own works, clear your thoughts of your own rights, cleanse your heart of your own desires before the threshold. The flesh has no place in the eternity of My presence.
As you enter into My presence through the washing of the Word, by the atoning of the Blood, bearing only the sacrificial gift of a humble and yielded spirit with the incense of a chastened and repentant heart, I will give you the burden to intercede for.
As you bend your will to align with Mine, I will use you in prayer, in devotion, in mercy, in good works that I have planned out and created you to do in spiritual warfare and intercession. I will make you fruitful and productive in your going out and your coming in.
But you must be willing to leave that in which you glory outside of the Holy of Holies, and enter with nothing but an emptiness and a hunger for Me to fill. You must bear only My glory before men as you go forth by the leading of My Spirit to heal the brokenhearted and bind up the wounded, shining like the eternal city not made by hands, situated on top of a hill.
My own right hand and holy arm will obtain the victory in all I send you to do.

May you possess the faith in Christ Jesus and the love for all the saints which spring from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel that you have received, which is bearing fruit and growing since the day you understood God’s grace in all its truth. Colossians 1

May God fill you with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience and joyfully give thanks to the Father Who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. Colossians 1

May you know God, resplendent with light, more majestic than mountains rich with game, Whose Name is great in the land and Whose dwelling place is established, where He broke the power of the weapons of war and pronounced judgment from heaven, causing the land to quiet itself in the fear of the Lord, for His wrath against men brings Him praise and the survivors of His wrath are restrained. Psalm 76

May you fear the Lord and the King, not joining with the rebellious, for sudden destruction will be sent upon them from the throne and the heavens, and who can predict what calamities will occur? Proverbs 24:21-22

2 Corinthians 12:10 I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

Daniel 3:16-18 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar…even if [the God we serve] does not [deliver us], … we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

Deuteronomy 10:12 And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to Him, to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul,

1 Peter 2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 40:28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and His understanding no one can fathom.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18; 7:1 … I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters … Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

May you not be afraid of any to whom the Lord sends you, but go to them and say whatever He commands you, for before He formed you in the womb, He knew you and before you were born, He set you apart for the work He has appointed you to, therefore He is with you and will put His words in your mouth. Jeremiah 1

May you know that the Lord is watching over His Word, which He gives you to speak, to fulfill it, as nations and kingdoms are uprooted and torn down, destroyed and overthrown, built up and planted. Jeremiah 1

May you get ready to stand up and speak to others the words He commands you, not allowing yourself to be terrified by those who worship what their hands have made, or He will terrify you before them, for He has made you a fortified city, an iron pillar, a bronze wall, to stand against all, rich or poor, educated or not, weak or strong, who turn away from God’s ways and fight against you, but you have the Lord’s promise that they will not overcome you, for He is with you and will rescue you. Jeremiah 1

May you recall your first devotion to the Lord, how you loved to obediently follow Him wherever He led you, and continue therein with that devotion, to become holy to the Lord, the first-fruits of His harvest, so that He will cause all who come against you to be overtaken by disaster. Jeremiah 2

May you always ask, “Where is the Lord Who sought me, saving me from my sins, redeeming my life through His grace, and doing mighty deeds by His powerful mercy,” seeking God’s face daily to remind Him of His promises, and recall for yourself His goodness, that you may walk ever in a freshness of devotion and love for your King and Savior. Jeremiah 2

May you consider and realize how blessed and sweet it is for you when you worship the Lord your God and walk in the reverent awe of, and the respectful obedience to, the Lord Almighty, for He will bring you to drink from His spring of living water, and never allow you to become plunder, driving away the threats that would steal and spoil the blessings He has given you. Jeremiah 2

May you keep your face to the Lord, never turning away, but watching as a servant for the slightest signal of your Master’s hand, to be immediately obedient to the will of your beloved Owner, embracing the restrictions and boundaries placed for your safety, learning the protocols and methods of honoring your Lord, submitting and yielding to the purifying and cleansing that prepares you for service in His household after dwelling outside in the wild, so that you may leave behind the former shame and never feel disgrace as you live and work henceforth in His service. Jeremiah 2

My child, as you learn of My word, learn of Me. As you read the scriptures, let them point you to Me. Let the Spirit of God reveal Me, the life-giver, in the passages and from the pages, lest all you have at the end is a perfect memory of a dead letter by which you would minister death through anger and disdain.
Let your seeking in My word bring your heart to an overwhelming understanding of the compassion and mercy I have for you—a revelation of My desire for you—that softens your heart and turns your feet toward Me until you cannot halt the flow of praise and thanksgiving from your innermost being, streaming unchecked from your mouth, your hands, your choices, your conversation, your dealings with other people.
As you grasp the enormity of the depth and width and height and breadth of the value I place on you, My beloved, I want you to know first-hand how much I cherish the next person, as well. I would have you to see in them, no matter what they have said or done to you or yours, as they have done to Me and Mine, the eternal value I have placed on them. That is what causes Me to pursue them though they reject Me time and again.
You are My joy, My dear one, for your rejection of My gift has ended, and you have accepted My sin-removing grace and My life-altering love; they, too, may repent and be rescued when I send you to them.
Do not turn from My assignment or pre-sentence them to doom.

May you rejoice in the Lord always, and I say it again, rejoice, letting your gentleness be evident to all, for the Lord is near and you have no need to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, for the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4

May you put into practice whatever you have learned or received or heard from, or seen in, those who have shared God’s truth with you as you think on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy, so that the God of peace may be with you. Philippians 4

May you learn the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want, remaining steadfast and obedient to the Lord whether you have need or abundance, for you can do everything through the Lord Who gives you strength, and He will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4

May you give thanks to God, for His Name is near, and tell of His wonderful deeds, for it is He Who chooses the appointed time and judges rightly, holding the pillars of the earth firm when the world and all its people quake. Psalm 75

May you forever declare that it is God Who judges, bringing one down and exalting another for He will cut off the power of all the wicked but the strength of the righteous will be lifted up, and they will sing praise with you to the God of Jacob. Psalm 75

May you not rejoice with your lips when the person who hates you stumbles, and do not let your heart be glad when your obnoxious neighbor is in distress, but meet their needs in God’s love and show His compassionate mercy in their distress, for the Lord is more concerned with shaping your spirit than punishing your enemy. Proverbs 24:17-18

Romans 8:14 All who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.

James 2:17 Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

John 20:21 Again Jesus said, ‘Peace be with you! As the Father has sent Me, I am sending you’

Romans 8:34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

Zechariah 3:4 The angel said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.” Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put fine garments on you.”

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

May you be willing to become a part of the temple in which the Spirit of the Lord will dwell, Whose throne is heaven and Whose footstool is the earth, by answering when He calls and listening when He speaks, for God esteems the one who is humble and contrite for their sins, and reveres what He has to say. Isaiah 66

May you know that God overlooks the edifices built by men’s hands and looks with pleasure on the heart that sorrows for sin and with favor on the one who is poor in spirit, self-denying and self-abasing. Isaiah 66

May you rejoice when you see how the Lord completes what He starts and brings to closure that which He begins, for He will give strength to do what He wills and will extend peace to those that He calls, comforting and delighting you in His overflowing abundance as He makes His hand known to His servants. Isaiah 66

May you be willing to be sent to those who have not heard the fame of the Lord or seen the glory of God, proclaiming His honor to them and bringing brothers to the Lord’s temple as clean vessels bearing offerings of praise. Isaiah 66

May you view whatever was to your profit to now be loss for the sake of Christ, considering everything worthless compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus your Lord, for whose sake all things are considered rubbish, that you may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of your own, but that which is through faith in Christ. Philippians 3

I have called you, My child, to give up that which would recommend you to the world, releasing your status and position, your desires and plans, emptying yourself of what you take pride in so that you may carry My glory rather than your own.
Just as I came to earth, lowly in form and unremarkable in circumstance so that I may draw those who are lowly of heart and humble of thought, so also you are to seek those whose lives have been limited by spiritual shackles and proclaim liberty to those whose way has been barred by fear.
Do not judge by the outward appearance, My dear one, for it has often been marred by the enemy of their soul, even as I was. Move among them in the meekness of My love, not casting stones or calling down condemnation, for that is the way of My adversary.
The same as I have loved you when you were against Me, so you are to love those who are still led by the enemy, and be kind to those who are willing to be influenced by the father of lies. Have you been harmed more than I was? Have I not been with you each step of the way, bringing the comfort and balm of My Spirit to your heart?
Release your pain to Me, My cherished one, for I can bear it. Relinquish your anger to Me, for it does not frighten Me. Open your heart to the Holy Spirit of truth and allow the root of bitterness to be removed, for the enemy rejoices when he can plant such a poisonous seed in fertile ground.
This is My work in your life, My child. Yield to it that you may be made ready for all that I have prepared for you. I have called you to be gentle shepherds to My lost sheep, gathering them back into the fold, mindful of their wounds and gentle in dressing their injuries.
Even so, as you yield to Me in this work, I will prepare you to be like Me when I return, victorious in battle and mighty in power, conquering evil and overcoming wickedness, effectual in righteousness and justice, yet tempered in mercy and compassion. You must know how to obey before you can command.

May your desire be to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead, pressing on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of you. Philippians 3

May you forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead as you press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called you heavenward in Christ Jesus, a point of view that all who are mature should take. Philippians 3

May you eagerly await your Savior, Jesus Christ, from heaven, where your citizenship is, Who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform your earthly body so that it will be like His glorious body. Philippians 3

May you gladly accept God to be your king, for He brings salvation upon the earth through many acts of power, splitting open the sea, crushing the head of Leviathan, opening springs and streams and drying up rivers, owning the day and the night, establishing the sun and moon, setting the boundaries of the earth and making both summer and winter. Psalm 74

May you praise the Lord with the poor and the needy, urging Him to rise up and defend His cause and not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace, lest fools mock His name, but to have regard for his covenant because haunts of violence fill the dark places of the land where the clamor of His adversaries and the uproar of His enemies rise continually, and though foolish people revile the name of the Lord, He will not forget the lives of His afflicted people. Psalm 74

May you be reassured that though a righteous person falls seven times, they will rise again, but the wicked are brought down with finality by calamity. Proverbs 24:16
