1 Chronicles 28:20 David said further to his son Solomon, “Be strong and of good courage, and act. Do not be afraid or dismayed; for the Lord God, my God, is with you.”

John 14:14 Jesus said, “You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it.”

Romans 8:15 For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”

Luke 10:41-42 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42 but only one thing is needed.”

Jeremiah 31:9 They will come with weeping; they will pray as I bring them back. I will lead them beside streams of water on a level path where they will not stumble, because I am Israel’s father, and Ephraim is my firstborn son.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

May you revel in the great goodness of the Lord your God as you eat at His table to the full and are well-nourished with the diversity He provides, for He has given you possession of your soul, redeeming it from the power of death, filling your heart and mind with the good things of His Spirit, wells of living water springing up and overflowing, and the many fruits of His Spirit to bless others and show that the Lord, He is God. Nehemiah 9

May you not neglect the house of God, or the service of God. Nehemiah 10

Because of the compassion of God, may you use the freedom you are given in Christ to make yourself a slave to everyone in order to bring as many as possible to a saving knowledge of Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 9

May you become all things to all people so that by all possible means some may be saved, doing this for the sake of the gospel, that you may share in its blessings. 1 Corinthians 9

May you run in the race set before you in such a way as to get the prize, a crown that will last forever, well worth making your body your slave so that after you have spoken the truth to others, you yourself will not be disqualified for the prize. 1 Corinthians 9

As you partake in the spiritual bounty of Christ, eating and drinking the blessings of the Word and the Spirit, may you keep your heart focused on the Lord and the things of God, worshiping Him only, not distracted by the pleasures of the world; purifying your heart and mind, for to the pure, all things are pure; obeying the Lord in faith and trusting His Word, accepting His provision; exalting and worshiping the Lord with thanksgiving and praise, that you may walk in the newness of life that He brings. 1 Corinthians 10

May you be careful if you think you are standing firm, lest you fall, for when you are tempted, as is common to all people, God, in His faithfulness, will provide a way out, in due time, so that you can stand up under it, without which it would be more than you can bear. 1 Corinthians 10

Trust Me, My child, to bring victory out of defeat, and to bring joy out of sorrow. In faith, My love, day by day, moment by moment, submit in humility to Me as Lord, giving Me the reins of your life, trusting Me to steer and guide you safely through the obstacles you face and past the roadblocks that have hindered you.
Take joy in My presence, and give praise for My leading, even before you see the results, simply for My grace in your life. As you worship, you will see results as relationships change and circumstances shift, for when your ways are pleasing to Me, I make even your enemies to be at peace with you. I will bring you out into a spacious place, rescuing you because I delight in you.

May you extol the Lord at all time with praise that is continually on your lips while your soul makes her boast in the Lord, for then the afflicted will hear and be glad, glorifying the Lord with you as you exalt His name together. Psalms 34

May you seek the Lord, for He will answer you and deliver you by His love from all your fears, causing those who look to Him to be radiant since their faces are never covered with shame. Psalms 34

May you call out to the Lord, for He will hear you and save you out of all your troubles, for the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them. Psalms 34

May you taste and see that the Lord is good, for the man who takes refuge in Him is blessed. Psalms 34

May you fear the Lord with reverential awe and respectful obedience, for those who do lack nothing, and though even lions may grow weak and hungry, those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Psalms 34

May you heed the counsel of God which the poor cry out to you, and adjust your ways, for if you ignore them you, too, will cry out to God and be ignored by Him. Proverbs 21:13

Psalm 139:7 The psalmist wrote, “Where can I go from Your spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?”

Galatians 5:25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.

Romans 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform.

Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

2 Samuel 22:31 As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

Psalm 31:19 Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!

May you not grieve or weep when you hear the Word of the Lord and understand the meaning of it, but let the joy of the Lord be your strength. Nehemiah 8

May the Lord find your heart faithful to Him Who keeps His promises to you because He is righteous. Nehemiah 9

May you know that all who sow spiritual seed have a right to receive a material harvest, for if even the ox who treads the grain is not to be muzzled, how much more the servant of God should have the hope of receiving liberally from all who hear and benefit from their ministry? 1 Corinthians 9

Be glad in Me, My child, and rejoice in My work today. Acknowledge Me in all your ways, My love, and let My Word be in your mouth, and My praise upon your lips, wherever you go.
What greater testimony can you carry with you to others than that of a present and visible joyous hope in Me, for which you can give an account at any time when someone I bring to you questions you on it?
Do you recall when I comforted you in your sorrow and affliction, bearing the weight and lightening the load, speaking words of love and encouragement to your heart? Walk in that joy, My loving one, remaining ready and willing to share the reality of it with one who needs to hear what I can bring to their life, sharing My truth in gentleness and respect.
Do you remember how you have been reconciled in your relationships, first with the Father above, through My love and sacrifice and then, as you walked with Me, with one after another of the people from your past? Exult in the knowledge that you have been given right-standing with God above, the faithful Judge, and rejoice in His acceptance of you in Me, for you no longer walk in the fear of retribution and punishment, and are free of the burden of guilt. Your face will be radiant and your step will be light as you dwell on this fact; others, still bound, will notice, and some will ask. Do not be reticent, My filled one, but let My love overflow and spill out, in meekness and tenderness.
Rejoice in Me, My special one, as I enwrap you in the garments of salvation that I have prepared for you. Do not be bashful, My darling, but boast in what I have done for you, and proclaim My love with trust in your heart and a song in your mouth. There is no witness more effective than this.

May you put your hope in the Lord even as His unfailing love rests upon you. Psalm 33

May you wait in hope for the Lord, Who is your help and your shield, for you trust in His holy name as your heart rejoices in Him. Psalm 33

May you fear the Lord and hope in His unfailing love, for the eyes of the Lord are on you to deliver you from death and keep you alive in famine. Psalm 33

August 13

Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the defense of my life; whom shall I dread?

1 Peter 3:12 AM For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

Philippians 2:5 Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:13-14 For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, 14 because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

Ephesians 5:17 Therefore do not be vague {and} thoughtless {and} foolish, but understanding {and} firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is.

Philippians 1:6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

May you walk in the reverent awe and constant awareness of the presence and majesty of God, clothed in humility, and departing from pride and arrogance toward others, seeking to serve those around you with encouragement and strength in the compassion of the Father, for then the Lord will remember you with favor. Nehemiah 5

When the enemy tries to weaken your resolve through lies and slander, may you pray to God for strength to continue. Nehemiah 6

May you seek God for wisdom and discernment to see through the tricks of the enemy. Nehemiah 6

May your enemies lose confidence and live in fear because of the work God is doing in your life through the Word and the Spirit. Nehemiah 6

May you recognize the toxic relationships and connections by which the enemy seeks to poison your mind and weaken your heart from the steadfast faith and trust which God has placed in your life. Nehemiah 6

Who were you, My child, before you accepted My offer of redemption and gift of salvation? What label did the world apply to you before you encountered the grace of My love and were changed by the truth of My Word as you encountered the conviction of My Holy Spirit? Where in My Scriptures were you described before you identified with My death on the cross and were received into the freedom of My rebirth, releasing you from the power, control, and authority of your former “husband” and “master?”
There are none in the world righteous in accordance with My Word, My commandments, or My law, My lovely one. All have sinned, all have rejected My authority, for all have followed their father, the devil; each one has been guided and influenced by his spirit of rebellion and lawlessness. The form it has taken has varied depending on the individual preferences and fleshly appetites – some went to thievery, some to lies, some to adultery, some to murder, some to gluttony, some to abusers. Do you think it matters to Me what form that rebellion took, My rescued one? It is all idolatry, and it causes all to become sons of disobedience and children of wrath.
As I have sought you, My precious one, drawing you with My love, convicting you with My Spirit, accepting you with My grace, cleansing you with My blood, gifting you with My faith, know that it was not because you were highly favored among men for ability or beauty, because of riches or strength, but because of the divine dissatisfaction with the ways of the world that I found in your heart. I sent My love out into the world through the preaching of the gospel and the witness of those I gathered and taught, and wherever I found a response to My love in someone’s heart, a desire for My truth, I sent My Spirit to woo and to draw until you awoke to your need and sought Me.
Just as you were, so also many others are. Though they are labeled by the world and categorized by My people who are young and immature, still growing in My Word and My Spirit, I would not have you to do so. No matter the label, no matter the lifestyle expression, I search the hearts and send you to the ones who, though they wear chains, yet hunger for My light and thirst for My freedom. It is for them that I pour out My anointing upon you to preach the gospel, to proclaim freedom and the acceptable year of the Lord, to pronounce life and liberty in My name by the witness of your lifestyle, by your choices, by your testimony of My hand in your life, by My promises as they find expression in your circumstances.
Love the ones I send you to, My humble one, seeking Me always, not looking at the world’s label, but knowing that they are treasured in My heart, just as you.

May you be built up with love rather than puffed up with knowledge, for if you think you really know something, you still have a lot to learn, but if you love God, you are known by God. 1 Corinthians 8

May you make your choices in love, and let compassion for your brother guide your decisions, for knowledge will prompt you to exercise your freedom but love will constrain you to obey God’s Word. 1 Corinthians 8

May you sing joyfully to the Lord in righteousness, for it is fitting to praise Him in uprightness, making music on the harp and the lyre as you sing to Him a new song, play skillfully, and shout for joy. Psalm 33

May you be a witness to His unfailing love which fills the earth, for the Word of the Lord is right and true, and He is faithful in all He does because the Lord loves righteousness and justice. Psalm 33

May you fear the Lord and revere Him with all the people of the world, for by the Word of the Lord were the heavens made, and their starry host by the breath of His mouth, even as He gathers the waters of the sea into jars and puts the deep into storehouses, for He spoke and it came to be, and He commanded, and it stood firm, thwarting the purposes of the people and foiling the plans of the nations while the plans of the Lord stand firm forever and the purposes of His heart to all generations. Psalm 33

Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Mark 10:45 The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Psalm 67:1-2 May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, 2 that your way may be known upon earth, your saving power among all nations.

Psalm 68:19 Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

1 Corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Romans 12:11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.

May you repair the wall and fix the damage where you live. Nehemiah 3

May God hear your prayers when others despise you, and turn their insults back on their own heads, giving them over as plunder in a land of captivity and refusing to cover their guilt or blot out their sins from His sight. Nehemiah 4

May you do the work of the Lord with all your heart. Nehemiah 4

May you pray to God when others threaten you, and maintain your watchfulness to meet the threats of those influenced by spiritual wickedness. Nehemiah 4

May you not fear those who threaten you, but remember the Lord, Who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and those whom you hold dear, for God will fight for you. Nehemiah 4

My child, I love you unconditionally, unreservedly. I draw you and accept you without reservation, without prerequisites. You are on My heart, in My thoughts, and indelibly imprinted on My hands. I have gladly given Myself for you, having agreed from the foundations of the earth to redeem you from the hand of My enemy. I knew in advance the price that would be demanded, and the method by which it would be extracted. Nevertheless, I scorned the shame and endured the cross, submitting to the Father because of the joy that was set before Me of bringing many brethren into glory and making you co-heirs with Me of all that the Father has given Me.
It is My privilege and My pleasure to see you grow and change through the leading of My Spirit and the action of My Word in your heart. Even as I, the pioneer, the champion, the founder, the completer of your faith, was found to be a perfect leader, completely fit to bring you into legally consummated salvation, and was brought to the end of My work through suffering, so also will you, as you endure the fiery trials with patience, reach the end of your race, through suffering and tears, to receive the reward that is laid up for you.
Set your eyes upon Me, My dear one, keeping your knowledge and understanding of My love foremost in your heart as you walk the path I lay before you. Trust Me with your life, for I have laid Mine down for you. When you feel I have left you, know that I will never abandon you, even if I withdraw the awareness of My presence for a time. You cannot depend on feelings, and must learn to walk by faith, depending on My Word.
You will be great in My kingdom, if you serve the needs of My people, ministering to them in humble servitude. Though it comes through tears and strong crying, receive My discipline and chastening, for your sacrifices of a broken spirit and repentant heart will not be rejected or despised; I am closest to the brokenhearted and I save those crushed in spirit. My salvation is near to those who fear Me in respectful awe, and I answer those who humble themselves to call upon me in truth. Though I am the Creator of all, and there is none besides Me, yet I look to the one who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My Word.
Be certain of My holiness, My trembling one, but be confident of My love. Receive My righteousness, My called one, but walk in humility before Me. Grow in Me, seek after Me, make much of Me, for you are an heir of My salvation and bear My image upon your life. I am watching over you, and nothing shall come between us or separate you from My love, but you must cling to Me; you must abide in the True Vine. I will shelter you from all others as you choose to draw nearer to Me.

May you always remember that the present form and current fashion of the world, as we know it, are passing away; though you are in it, you are not of it, and can treat the things of the world system, its sorrows, enjoyments, riches, and concerns as merely show, for they are not reliably solid, and only the things of the Lord, from the Lord, and for the Lord will endure. 1 Corinthians 7

May you rejoice in the Lord and be glad, singing in the uprightness of your heart. Psalm 32

May you trust in the Lord, for His unfailing love surrounds you. Psalm 32

May you have understanding to obey the Lord without needing circumstances to restrict your actions, for the Lord will instruct and teach you the way you should go, counseling and watching over you. Psalm 32

May you make the Lord your hiding place, for He will protect you from trouble and surround you with songs of deliverance. Psalm 32

May you pray to God while He may be found, for surely when the mighty waters rise, they will not reach you. Psalm 32

August 11

Romans 8:15 You did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption.

Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.

Matthew 7:12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Romans 9:25 As he says in Hosea: “I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people; and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,”

Psalm 119:165-166 Great peace have those who love Your law, and nothing causes them to stumble. 166 Lord, I hope for Your salvation, and I do Your commandments.

May you mourn and feel sorrow for the things that burden God’s heart, seeking in prayer and through the scriptures for the part He has for you to do. Nehemiah 1

May your prayer before God day and night be for His servants, with confession and repentance, that His ear be attentive and His eyes open to the plight of His people, for He Who is the great and awesome God of heaven keeps His covenant of love with those who love Him and obey His commands. Nehemiah 1

May you delight in reverencing God’s name as you lift your prayer for success today in the work of the Lord to the One Who has redeemed His people by His great strength and preserved His servants by His mighty hand. Nehemiah 1

May you keep God’s counsel in your heart for motivation, and wait on Him for the right time, and the right people, before sharing your vision. Nehemiah 2

May you willingly do the work at hand, gladly using the resources God has given you, whether great or small, adding your part to the overall effort as God’s vision is revealed to His Body. Nehemiah 2

Walk with Me this day, My child, in the full knowledge of My grace which grants to you My righteousness. Yield your will to Mine, My true one, and let the Spirit of God align you with the Word of God. Let your desire be conformed to what I desire, and your purpose be set to My purpose. How can we walk together unless we agree on the goal, the destination, the route, even on the pace at which we travel?
I could bring you immediately to the destination, My special one, but you would be so very unprepared for it. The journey we take day to day through this life is simply one of convenience to grant you the time for the inward journey you need to take.
The daily discipline of spiritual exercise and obedience that builds your strength also develops your character, shaping My image upon your heart as you obey Me, and showing your citizenship in My kingdom.
Do not resist the work of My Spirit in your heart, your mind, your every aspect of life, My love, but enjoy the beauty around you as we journey, and let Me pour Myself into you.
Consider how a landowner will dress a choice piece of land according to the vision he can see for it, choosing a hillside to plant a vineyard, removing the rocks from the rows, building a wall about it, digging a pit for harvest that will release the enjoyment of the fruit, laboring long before receiving the actual benefit. Just so do I with you, My precious one, for I see the beauty that can be brought out in your life.
Open your life to Me and allow My Word and My Spirit to saturate your every daypart.

May you retain the place in life that the Lord has assigned you and to which God has called you, for in God, obedience is what counts, not status, and He places you as He wills, so that you may be responsible to Him. 1 Corinthians 7

May you fear the Lord and take refuge in the shelter of His presence, for He hides you from the intrigues of men, keeping you safe from accusing tongues, because of the greatness of His goodness which He has stored up for you. Psalm 31

May you cry for mercy and call for help to the Lord, to Whom be praise, for He shows His wonderful love to you, even when you feel that the enemy has cut you off from God’s sight. Psalm 31

May you be strong and take heart as you hope in the Lord and love Him for He preserves the faithful, but pays back the proud in full. Psalm 31

May you flee from and reject anything which encourages haughty eyes and develops a proud heart, which is the lamp of the wicked, for it is sin; may you seek for and embrace the wisdom and understanding from God, through His Spirit and His Bride, which promotes humble eyes and grows a meek heart, allowing the light of God to shine forth, for it is of faith. Proverbs 21:4

August 10

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Joshua 1:8 You shall meditate on [the book of the law] day and night, so that you may be careful to act in accordance with all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall be successful.

Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then My faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the LORD, who has mercy on you.

1 Peter 2:9 you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.

Romans 12:1 I appeal to you therefore, brethren, {and} beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service {and} spiritual worship.

1 Thessalonians 5:19 Do not quench the Spirit.

May you put away those ideas and principles, ways of thinking and planning, methods of working and perspectives of both the world and events around that you have accepted and joined yourself to, giving up the half-finished projects and separating yourself from those incomplete accomplishments that have come from those influences so that you may be renewed in your mind and aligned with the Spirit of God to walk before Him in purity of heart and mind, soul and spirit, intent and deed. Ezra 10

May you sorrow before God for the sin of the people, praying and confessing in repentance, weeping prostrate in humility, gathering with others in fellowship of sincerity to seek God and find hope for His people, then rise with courage to do His work with the support of others in agreement with you and the direction of the Spirit of God. Ezra 10

May you seek counsel of others in whom the Spirit of God is cherished and the Word of God is obeyed, taking time to talk and to listen, humbling your heart to receive from God and trusting the Lord to reveal His will, that the methods and actions, being carefully agreed to, will prove to be lasting and bring enduring results. Ezra 10

May you recognize the power and ability of God, giving Him praise for His excellency of Spirit, as you come to understand the extent of the work He has promised to do within us to prepare us and make us ready, when the Word of God says the saints will judge the world, and angels, for who among us is currently fit for that destiny? And yet we know that God makes no casual promises. 1 Corinthians 6

May you be willing to be wronged by a brother, and cheated, rather than allow division and dispute to completely defeat you, though it is caused by the flesh and aggravated by the enemy, lest it steals the unity of the Spirit and disrupts the functioning of Christ’s body. 1 Corinthians 6

May you be washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God so that you will no longer be separated from the kingdom of God, but made rightful inheritors, through Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 6

Cling to Me, My child, as to a lifeline. Let go of all weights and attachments, allowing every one of them to drop off as you latch on to Me with all your might. Let nothing drag you down or tear you away; My strength is sufficient to carry you, My love, but how much extra can you hold on to while trying to hold on to Me? What more do you need, as long as you have Me?
Release the burdens, the worries, the cares into the darkness of the storm. Allow the wind to carry away the “just in case” provisions and “what if I need” options. I will never let go of you, My precious one, but, unless you trust utterly and completely in Me, you will try to hold onto the world’s options while reaching for Me. You cannot be rescued by two sources. You must let go of one, when it is time, and cling to the other. Lighten your load when it is no longer of use to you, My love, lest concern for what you carry cause you to release your hold on Me.
Nothing can separate you, My dear one, from My love, but you must choose Me over all others, following My directions which tell you when to move and where to step; other voices have other agendas.
Consider the motives, My anxious one. Who lived as you live, and understands what you are facing, having dealt with it personally and walked through it successfully, and thus can guide you correctly? Who gave Himself for you, even to death, after living sinlessly, dying for you so that you may live for Him? Whose sacrifice was accepted, My child, by the Father above, the God of all creation, and Who did the Lord seat at the right side of His throne?
Trust Me in full confidence of faith, showing others around you in the storms of doubt and uncertainty how I keep and protect My own. Release what does not come from Me, and depend on that which you receive from Me. Seek to abide in Me, sheltering deeper into the cleft of the Rock. Look for Me as you spend time in My Word, and learn My voice as you spend time in prayer in the Spirit. Do you have any better, or more richly rewarding way to spend your time preparing, once your responsibilities of the day are met? Seek Me, My lovely one, and I will be found by you.

May you not be mastered by anything, save Christ, for though all things are permissible, yet not all are beneficial, to you through the Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6

May you know that the physical body is meant for the Lord, and the Lord for the body, just as the power of God raised the Lord from the dead, and will raise us up also, for the one who unites with the Lord is one with Him in spirit. 1 Corinthians 6

May you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom you have received from God; you are not your own, but were bought at a price – therefore honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6

When you are in distress and your eyes grow weak with sorrow, and your body and soul with grief, your life consumed by anguish and your years by groaning, and your affliction making your strength fail and your bones grow weak, may the Lord be merciful to you. Psalm 31

May you trust in the Lord and acknowledge that He is God, knowing that your times are in His hands, and that He will deliver you from your enemies and from those who pursue you. Psalm 31

May the Lord let His face shine on you as you serve Him, and save you from shame in His unfailing love, as you honor Him by turning to Him and crying to God in your need. Psalm 31

May you give to the Lord obedience and reverence, doing what is right and just, for that is more acceptable than sacrifice. Proverbs 21:3

August 09

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭ Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Romans 12:19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is Mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.

Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity {and} of moral rectitude {and} right standing with God,

1 Peter 2:13-14 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake; whether it be the king, as supreme, 14 or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.

John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,

May you humble yourself before God before setting out on the spiritual journey God has for you, asking for His help in getting you safely to His destination. Ezra 8

May those who tremble at the Word of God gather round you in self-abasement, repentance and sorrow at the sin of the leaders, and of the people. Ezra 9

May you trust God to judge those outside the church, even as He gives you wisdom to rightly judge those within the church. 1 Corinthians 5

My child, be not prideful of the work I accomplish in you. It is by My grace that My image is formed within you; the Word that is made life within your heart and mind is given by My Spirit; the anointing that brings authoritative answers to your prayers is poured out upon you from above. What do you have that has not been given by My hand?
The refiner’s fire, fierce enough to melt the precious portion, does not destroy but causes separation, division between the soul and the spirit, the valued and the worthless, lest the “good,” the tin, the copper, the lead, become alloyed with the “best” and diminish the value of the purity of the holiness I am bringing you into.
Do not be like Esau, who gave up the covenant blessing for a mess of pottage, despising My promise and not trusting My provision. I provide a way of escape for you, My precious one, from the temptation to step aside from the hard path I offer, as did Esau, whom I rejected. I am the One who leads you into the fiery trial that refines and purifies you, as I did Jacob whom I loved and blessed, renaming him ‘Israel.’
Pray not to escape from the furnace, My sweltering one, but seek My face that My presence may comfort you and walk with you in the flame. Then you will be able to endure to the end, and you can release that of the soul and the flesh which must go, the pride and the desire, and be sanctified wholly unto Me.

May you take refuge in the Lord, for He will never put you to shame, but deliver you in His righteousness. Psalm 31

May you commit your spirit into the hands of the Lord, the God of truth, who redeems you and frees you from the trap set for you since He is your rock and fortress, for He will lead and guide you for the sake of His Name. Psalm 31

May you be glad and rejoice in the love of the One you trust, having no intimate fellowship with those who cling to worthless idols, for He saw your affliction and knew the anguish of your soul and, rather than hand you over to the enemy, has set your feet in a spacious place. Psalm 31

James 1:12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

John 6:27 Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. On Him God the Father has placed His seal of approval.

Psalm 16:11 You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

1 John 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

May you take courage in performing the task God has given you, knowing the hand of the Lord is upon you to accomplish what He has put within your heart, extending His good favor to you before the authorities you face, that He would receive honor in His house. Ezra 7

May you be regarded as a servant of Christ and as one entrusted with the secret things of God as you prove yourself faithful of the trust He has shown you. 1 Corinthians 4

May you judge nothing before the appointed time, waiting until the Lord comes, bringing light to what is hidden in darkness and exposing the motives of men’s hearts, for at that time each will receive his praise from God. 1 Corinthians 4

May you know not to go beyond what is written, lest you take pride in one man over another, since the Lord is Who makes one different from the other, and none can boast as though they possessed something which they did not receive from God. 1 Corinthians 4

May you walk in the spirit of Christ, blessing when cursed, enduring when persecuted, answering kindly when slandered, showing God’s heart of compassion toward people, but through the power of the Spirit resisting the evil powers that seek to influence others. 1 Corinthians 4

May you know that the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. 1 Corinthians 4

My child, I am the Lord thy God who turns all things around. I am the Lord of reversals, changing that which no man wants to change, and keeping straight that which all men try to alter.
Give Me that which you have failed at, My weary one, and in My strength find success. Bring to Me that which has overcome you, My defeated one, and by resting in Me as you rely on My promises, find yourself to be an overcomer.
I resist the proud, My shaken one, bringing down their plans and re-routing their paths, but I lift up the humble, placing the down-trodden in the seat of honor.
I break the strength of the strong and cause the wisdom of the wise to fail; I make the full to hunger and My breath scatters the treasure of the rich beyond retrieval. Yet I meet the needs of the poor, and the seed of those to whom I ascribe righteousness will never beg for bread.
I am not arbitrary, My worrying one, as men understand it; I am spirit, I am everywhere, I know the hearts, and I see the blockages that hold each person back. My desire is not for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance. So many are caught in dead-ends, in snares and traps that hold them without alarming them. Their circumstances must change before they can see the chains and captivity that hold them, and cause them to turn to Me.
My work in the lives and hearts of men is redemptive, My precious one, though it turns your world upside down; through loss, I bring you to gain what you never dreamed you could have, and through illness, I bring you to a healthy and vibrantly alive relationship with Me in divine love. Through grief, I open the door to greater joy than you realize could be possible.
Turn to Me, My dear one, in all things, trusting Me to do you good, for all things work together for your good when you live in My love, walk in My will, and align your heart with Mine.

May you exalt the Lord for He has lifted you out of the depths and did not let your enemies gloat over you. Psalm 30

May you call upon the Lord for help, for He will heal you and bring you up from the grave, sparing you from going down to the pit. Psalm 30

May you sing to the Lord with His saints and praise His holy name, for His anger lasts only a moment, but His favor lasts a lifetime; though weeping may remain for a night, rejoicing comes in the morning. Psalm 30

May you call to the Lord and cry for mercy, knowing He has no gain in your destruction, for the dead cannot praise Him nor proclaim His faithfulness; therefore the Lord will hear and be merciful to you since He is your help. Psalm 30

May you give thanks to the Lord your God forever with singing in your heart, never being silent, for He has turned your wailing into dancing, removed your sackcloth and clothed you with joy. Psalm 30

May you glory in the Lord for your strength when you are young and rejoice in the Lord when you are mature for the wisdom represented by your grey hair. Proverbs 20:29

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all consolation, 4 who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction…

Isaiah 49:13 Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the LORD has comforted His people, and will have compassion on His suffering ones.

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Romans 15:4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.

1 Peter 2:21 For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in His steps.

May you view yourself as a servant of the Most High God and seek to be obedient to His directions, so when others question your actions, you have no defense of your own, but stand on the Word of God, relying on the Lord for your justification. Ezra 5

May you be filled with joy because of God’s assistance in the work He has assigned you, when you see the hand of God at work in the attitudes and responses of authorities, giving you favor and opening doors. Ezra 6

May you understand that you are a worker in God’s field, one of many, and the work each one does is of no use without God giving life to the seed that is planted and watered. 1 Corinthians 3

May you build on the foundation of Jesus Christ, using fire-tested materials, suitable for the task, worthy of eternity, appropriate to give honor, for then you will receive your reward without suffering loss. 1 Corinthians 3

May you realize that you are a part of God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you, sanctifying you, cleansing and setting you apart for His use, and anyone who defies Him and pollutes what He has made sacred, will be punished most severely. 1 Corinthians 3

Will you cling to Me, My child, in the worst of times, and in the best of times?
When the dark clouds rise and the high winds blow, will you make Me your refuge in the storm?
When the rumors speak of war and the battle lines start to form, will you make Me your high tower in the battle?
When your friends are not to be found and those dear to you are gone, will you accept Me as your comforting solace in sorrow and loss?
Once the storm winds have moved the clouds from the sky and the sun’s warmth is cooled by gentle breezes, will you still recall that I am your Source, as you relax in the newly cleansed air and freshened greenness of the view around you?
Once the clash of weapons and the cries of battle have died, will you still remember that I brought you the victory, as you celebrate the end of the battle?
Once the grieving is past and life continues on, as it does, with new relationships springing fresh and green from the barren wasteland that once was a lush garden, will you still feel the need to hold My hand and seek My face first, as you explore the newness of joy and the gladness of heart that I have brought you?
It is My pleasure, My dear one, to shelter you from the dangers that come your way, and to protect you from the enemies that seek you out. I rejoice to give you the gifts and pleasures of life and see your heart filled with gladness at the beauty that is visible where once there was only darkness.
Remember Me, My precious one, that your joy may be full.

May you not deceive yourself by thinking that you are wise by the standards of this age, for the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight; therefore, become foolish in the sight of this culture by seeking and following God’s wisdom, which brings life and health and peace. 1 Corinthians 3

May you rejoice, not in men you know and people you are connected to, but that all things are yours in Christ, and Christ has been given all things from God, both the heavens and the earth, life and death, the present and the future. 1 Corinthians 3

May you ascribe to the Lord all glory and strength, for that is due His name, and worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness. Psalm 29

May you cry “Glory!” in His temple where the Lord is enthroned as King forever, for He controls even the raging floods and mighty waters, His voice thunders over the mountains, breaking even the strong cedars and mighty oaks, striking like lightning and shaking the desert, yet giving strength to His people and blessing them with peace. Psalm 29

May you welcome the light of God which searches the inner depths of the heart. Proverbs 20:27

Luke 6:28 Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you.

James 2:26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

Ephesians 4:26-27 Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, 27 and give no opportunity to the devil.

Deuteronomy 10:18 [God] defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing.

James 3:17 the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

Song of Solomon 8:7 Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it.

May you give honor to God, and reverence to the King of kings, regardless of the surroundings, not waiting for traditional circumstances, but obeying the Spirit, giving what He directs, when He directs, for obedience is better than sacrifice. Ezra 3

May you not seek for, or accept, help from the arm of flesh or advice and counsel from the wisdom of man in doing the work of God, but search for the leading of the Spirit, Who knows the mind of God, and follow Him. Ezra 4

May you speak the words of God’s revealed wisdom among those who are maturing into their full growth of love in Christ’s Body, not bothering with the kind of wisdom the spiritual rulers of this age offer, for they are coming to nothing and are doomed to pass away. 1 Corinthians 2

May you receive and accept the workings of the Spirit of God Who knows the heart of man and searches the deep things of God, that you may understand what God has freely given you and express to each one around you those spiritual truths with spiritual words taught by the Spirit from the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2

May you share the simplicity of Christ’s good news with all who hunger for God, avoiding strife which comes from jealousy and quarreling, but walk in peace, accepting all who receive the Lord with gladness. 1 Corinthians 3

My child, will you submit to Me?
You have submitted to other, lesser authorities through your life, for purposes and benefits as varied as those to whom you submitted. I have shown you a glimpse, a vision of what submission to Me will bring you and the path that it will take you. You have responded in agreement when you saw the delight and reward at the culmination, My lovely one, but do not forget what I told you about the path required to get there.
Do not plan to remove your hand from the plow once the furrow is started. Even though the way is hard, the work is honorable, and My provision is available. Know that you are not forsaken or abandoned in the field you are working for you are one of many whose hearts have leapt for joy to hear My call.
When you submit to My will and walk wholehearted in My Spirit, depending completely upon the truth and authority of My Word, one can put to flight a thousand and two will cause ten thousand to flee. With willing vessels that are submitted to Me there is no need for a battalion; I lead you against an enemy that is already defeated and needs only to be routed. My work is often solitary, but it need never be lonely, for I am with you always.
It is not by the power of your arm nor is it by the might of your weapons but it is by My Spirit, moving in My authority which has been given by the Father, that the work is done and the battle is won. When you are living in My Spirit, you must also walk in step with the Spirit, aligned in will and matured by practice.
As you walk through your day on the earth, praying, conversing, sharing continually in your heart with Me in the Spirit, you are learning to walk in agreement with Me in the heavenlies. As you persist and endure, you will find that you are not only walking, but running and leaping with Me, My joyous one, for I long to lead you in the dance.
Submit to Me, My precious one, letting your pride and self-awareness melt away, and enter into My joy.

May you call to the Lord your Rock, Who will not turn a deaf ear to you, for if He remained silent, you would be like those who give up and die. Psalm 28

May you call to God for help as you lift up your hands toward His Most Holy Place, for He will hear your cry for mercy. Psalm 28

May your heart trust in Him, and leap for joy as you give thanks to Him in song, for He has heard your cry for mercy and is become your strength and your shield. Psalm 28

May the Lord be the strength of His people, a fortress of salvation for His beloved, saving His people and blessing His inheritance, for He is your shepherd and will carry you forever. Psalm 28

May you acknowledge the Lord, Who directs your steps, and not seek your own understanding. Proverbs 20:24

Psalm 56:4 In God, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere man do to me?

Romans 5:5 Hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.

Romans 8:15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by Him we cry, “Abba, Father.”

Romans 8:17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory.

Colossians 3:5 So kill (deaden, deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members [those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you that is employed in sin]: sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed {and} covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).

Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

May you be confident and reassured that the word which God has spoken will come to pass. It will occur in His time, to establish His will, for He watches over His word to perform it, even if mountains must be moved and hearts of leaders must be changed. Ezra 1

May your heart be moved by God to obey the call for the rebuilding and restoration of His temple, His body, His bride. Ezra 1

May you turn from the philosophy of this age and the common “wisdom” that is understood by the cultures of the world lest the idea of Christ, crucified, seem to be foolishness to you, as it is to them, but may you seek after and desire the wisdom of God by which you will find the power of God, which is Christ, crucified and risen. 1 Corinthians 1

May you rejoice in the foolishness of God, which is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God, which is stronger than man’s strength, for in God is found life through death, and strength in mercy, and forgiveness for sin. 1 Corinthians 1

May you rejoice in your lack of things of this world, and in your lack of respect from the wise of this world, and in your lack of position among the strong of this world, for in your lowly, foolish, weak condition, because you have nothing of yourself about which to boast, Christ Jesus can become your wisdom from God – your righteousness, holiness and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1

May your testimony to others not be filled with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that their faith might not rest on men’s wisdom but on God’s power. 1 Corinthians 2

Do not deceive yourself, My child, or be deceived by those who would steal your reward by speaking words in My name that I have not given them.
My love is toward all men, for they are My creative handiwork and My breath has placed life within them. But I desire willing obedience, not forced slavery; that is why I have given free will to each soul and released them. If your heart within you responds to My love which is shed abroad through creation, I receive you as you turn and draw toward Me.
If your heart does not heed My call, loving your self and your own will more than Me, you are of your father the devil and will choose to be influenced by and follow after his will, thinking it is your own.
My sheep know My voice, and another’s they will not follow. As you draw ever nearer to Me, I reveal more of My majesty to you as you grow and mature in My Spirit and Word, letting your pride and self-importance melt away.
You come to understand that you are part of My family; you step up to your obligations to love and serve your brethren in My name and by My Spirit. You mature to where you can see that by serving My people, you are serving Me; by ministering to My lambs, you are ministering to Me.
As you empty yourself and are poured out on the altar of sacrifice for others, you come to know the fellowship of My suffering and attain to the power of My resurrection. Those who suffer in the body according to My will, yielding their members to Me as Lord, are done with sin; it is no longer their master. To whom you yield your body in service, to that power do you become a slave. You have died to your previous life and are no longer subject to your former master.
Just as My sacrificial obedience to the will of the Father opened the door for any who will receive My gift, destroying the power of the enemy who for so long had used fear to bar the way, so let your living sacrifice guide others to Me; I am the Door that leads to the Father. Let your love be without hypocrisy, not giving a false impression, but let the real motivation and intent of your heart be the pure and sincere love of God.
Abhor evil, even as the Father detests evil, for it is based in rebellion to His will and rejects His love and His life. Though the world says evil is good, and good is evil, to live sacrificially in Me is to have the courage of conviction to conform yourself to My word and My mind.
By clinging to Me, not halfheartedly but resolutely, the intents of your will, the thoughts of your mind, the meditations of your heart, the words of your mouth, the deeds of your hands, and the steps of your feet will be guided by My Spirit and form a living sacrifice, acceptable to Me.

May you call on the Lord when your heart says to you, “Seek His face!” for He will hear your voice and answer you with mercy. Psalm 27

May you serve the Lord and seek to obey Him that He will not turn you from Him in anger or hide His face from you, but help you and accept you without rejection, for He is your Savior. Psalm 27

May you desire to learn the way of the Lord, for He will lead you in a straight path because of your oppressors. Psalm 27

May the Lord not turn you over to the desire of your foes though false witnesses rise up against you, breathing out violence. Psalm 27

May you be confident of this: You will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living; therefore, be strong and take heart as you wait for the Lord, Psalm 27

May you wait for the Lord to deliver you, choosing not to pay another back for any wrong. Proverbs 20:22

May you stand strong in the Lord’s righteousness and compassion, not being hypocritical or changing to meet others’ expectations, for the Lord detests double standards and dishonest scales do not please Him. Proverbs 20:23

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Matthew 11:28 Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Hebrews 13:5 [God] has said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”

Isaiah 55:11 The LORD said, “My word . . . that goeth forth out of my mouth . . . shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please.”

Colossians 1:11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy,

Psalm 42:5 Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him for the help of His presence.

May you willingly give of the abundance God has blessed you with, whether skill in music, or truth from the Word, or understanding in prayer, or encouragement in fellowship, or ability in organization, for all you have has been given to you by God, that others around may know the joy of worship in the fullness of what the Body of Christ can bring to Him. 2 Chronicles 35

May you gladly support your fellow-workers as they go about their duties, and bring to them the enjoyment and refreshing of the fellowship of the Spirit, strengthening the bonds of the love of God, even as the Levites did, during Josiah’s Passover, to all who ministered, from the priests to the gatekeepers. 2 Chronicles 35

May you understand that God will use those who do not confess or proclaim Him in order to establish His will, for when Nebuchadnezzar took the sacred articles from the temple in Jerusalem and carried them to Babylon, God was preserving them in safety until the time when His people would return to rebuild the place of His worship. 2 Chronicles 36

May you always thank God because of His grace given you in Christ Jesus, for in Him you have been enriched in every way – in all your speaking and in all your knowledge – because the testimony of Christ is confirmed in you. 1 Corinthians 1

May you eagerly wait for the Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed for He will keep you strong to the end and make sure you do not lack any spiritual gift, so that you will be blameless on the day of the Lord Jesus Christ. For God, Who has call you into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ the Lord, is faithful. 1 Corinthians 1

May you walk in agreement with each other, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought. 1 Corinthians 1

May you always preach the gospel, but not with words of human wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power. 1 Corinthians 1

Give heed to My Spirit, My child, for He is your appointed teacher. Any who disregard His promptings, any who dismiss His help, any who disobey His directions, will not prosper but will fall, losing even what they thought they had. To ignore the Spirit of God is to ignore God; to reject the Spirit of Truth is to reject the power and authority of My Word. To refuse the discipline and chastening of the Holy Spirit is to refuse the love of the Father and His comfort in times of distress, as well.
Do not fear the work of the Spirit in your heart and your life, My dear one, for He is the envoy the Father has sent you at My request. There is no greater gift that I could give you than that of the Holy Spirit once the first part of My work on earth was done. He searches all things, even the deep things of God, knowing the mind of God and revealing to you that which will strengthen, correct, encourage, and lead you in the paths you should follow.
The work of the Spirit is to prepare a Bride for Me, My dear one. He searches the hearts of men, going to and fro throughout the world making much of Me, knowing each one whose heart quickens at His description of the Groom. He draws each one whose desire is to know more; He pours out the love from God into those hearts. To each one who echoes it back, stirring to life, responding with love in return, He speaks more about Me, revealing My truth to you, and transforming you into My image.
Open your heart to My Spirit, My yearning one. Know that I give only good gifts from My love for you, and the gift of the Holy Spirit is the way I have chosen to show you how earnest and serious I am about the promises I have made to you. If you hear Him and obey, you will receive from Him that which you are seeking from Me. Walk in the Spirit, My doting one, and you will not walk in the flesh but be victorious as one of My over-comers, and will be transformed in ways you have no words for nor have the concepts even entered into your imagination.
Let Him lead you into praise for He knows Me fully, even as you shall before long. Your yearning heart for Me is only a reflection of My yearning heart for you which He has revealed to you. Follow the leading of My Spirit, and we shall be together in eternity.

May you have no fear of the enemies who advance against you – for who is worthy of such fearful regard when you have the Lord as your light and salvation? Psalm 27

May you not be afraid though an army besieges you, for the Lord is the stronghold of your life. Psalm 27

May you be confident in the Lord even though a host of the enemy deploys against you. Psalm 27

May you ask of the Lord that you may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of your life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple. Psalm 27

May the Lord keep you safe in His dwelling in that day of your trouble, and hide you in the shelter of His tabernacle, setting you high upon a rock. Psalm 27

May you sing and make music to the Lord at His tabernacle where you will sacrifice with shouts of joy, for the Lord will exalt your head above the enemies who surround you. Psalm 27

John 15:4 Jesus said, “Abide in Me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me.”

John 7:37-38 On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”

Jeremiah 25:6 Do not go after other gods to serve and worship them, and do not provoke Me to anger with the works of your hands. Then I will do you no harm.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

Luke 12:32 It is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom

Ephesians 1:5-6 Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

May you remove the foreign influences and get rid of images in your heart that exalt themselves against the Lord, and cast out anything that distracts from true worship of the one and only God. 2 Chronicles 33

May you do what is right in the eyes of the Lord and walk in the ways of God, not turning aside to the right or to the left. 2 Chronicles 34

May you seek God when the day is young, and walk with Him in all you do. 2 Chronicles 34

May your heart be responsive and humble before God when you hear what He speaks in your life, for He will hear you when you come in repentance, sorrowing because of sin, seeking to walk in His righteousness. 2 Chronicles 34

May you watch out for those who would cause divisions and put obstacles in your way which are contrary to the teaching you have learned; keep away from them for such people are not serving our Lord Christ but their own appetites, deceiving the minds of naive people with smooth talk and flattery. Romans 16

May you be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil, for the God of peace will soon crush Satan under you feet. Romans 16

My child, you have been entrusted with much. That is why much is being asked of you.
My mercy is upon you and yours because you fear Me, giving reverential awe and respectful honor to My Name. As you walk in that mercy, should you not also show mercy to others, so that they, too, may learn to reverence Me?
My goodness is great towards you, My dear one. As you take refuge in Me, I bring you to the secret place I have prepared for you, and give you access to the Father, sheltering you from the strife of men’s tongues. Rest here and gain strength from Me before I send you forth again to rescue the perishing and care for the dying. As I have comforted you, even so comfort others with My compassion and My goodness.
My relationship gives you access as a child, a close family member, to the One who impartially judges all people of the earth. I, Whom the Father loves and accepts fully, plead your case before Him and advocate for you that you may be forgiven and receive another chance.
So, also, shall you consider My blood sufficient to repay the injury caused and the debt incurred by those who reject, revile, and abuse your name and character in the world. Do not usurp the role of the One who is the true and righteous Judge, and bring the same decision on yourself.
My Presence abides with you, My close one, and My Spirit dwells within you. As you reverentially honor Me and offer respectful awe toward Me, I fulfill your desires, saving you as you cry out to Me. When I do, you are to testify of My goodness to those who have not learned of My majesty and saving grace. By bearing witness of My hand in your life, My strength in your weakness, My mercy in your failures, you will bring hope to others; when in the faith which comes by hearing they turn to Me, they will be healed from the inside out.
My compassion and tender care is near when you are broken-hearted; I save you from total desolation when you feel crushed in your spirit. I look upon your distress with love and pour out My balm to salve your bruises and bind up your wounds. As you have been ministered to, My lovely one, so minister to the broken-hearted, the hopeless, the outcast, the rejected, bearing My comforting Spirit as you speak My words of love.
Just as you have spoken words of anguish, loss, hurt, and anger to Me in your pain and despondency, do not be surprised if those to whom I send you lash out in their loss. Let them feel your uncritical, non-judging acceptance in the fellowship of your suffering that they may realize they are not alone.
These, and so many more blessings have you been the recipient of from My heavenly throne, My child. They have healed you, strengthened you, and stabilized you in My kingdom, and now they are yours to give, gifts for those I am drawing, the fingerprints of My hand in your clay to show as evidence of My existence to those whose eyes have been blinded to other evidences. Be generous, My sweet one, giving even as you have been given to.

May you give glory forever through Jesus Christ to the only wise God, the One Who is able to establish you by the gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God so that all nations might believe and obey Him. Romans 16

May you trust in the Lord without wavering, for then the Lord will vindicate you. Psalm 26

May you walk continually in the truth of the Lord and keep His love ever before you, for then the Lord can test and try you, examining your heart and mind, and settle you in the truth of His Word. Psalm 26

May you not sit in agreement with deceitful men or consort in approval with hypocrites but abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit in acceptance with the wicked, but rather wash your hands in innocence and go about the altar of the Lord proclaiming aloud God’s praise and telling of all His wonderful deeds. Psalm 26

May you love the house where the Lord lives and the place where His glory dwells. Psalm 26

May your feet stand on level ground and in the great assembly may you give praise to the Lord, for as you walk in the righteousness of Christ, clinging to Him and showing His compassion to others, He will redeem you and be merciful to you. Psalm 26

Hebrews 12:14 Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.

Psalm 91:15 When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.

Ephesians 1:4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,

Isaiah 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure,’

When you see the enemy advancing and recognize the times and seasons, may you take counsel in the Spirit with trusted brethren in whom you see the Word of God lived out. 2 Chronicles 32

May you strengthen your spiritual defenses, clearing rubbish from your life and walking constantly with God. You will be strengthened in the Spirit by His Word in order to serve those in need around you. 2 Chronicles 32

May you be strong and courageous in the face of the enemy’s attack, no matter how overwhelming the odds appear to be. Remember that the enemy is already defeated since you have the Lord your God to help you and to fight your battles. 2 Chronicles 32

May you bring your fears and discouragements, anxieties and questions, doubt and worries to the Lord in prayer. Cry out for help and confess your need with those whom you trust. The Lord will hear your sincere heart and respond, sending His saving grace. Those around you will know that the Lord, He is God. 2 Chronicles 32

May you always keep your heart tender toward the Lord, praising Him in humility for the kindnesses and mercies you receive. Do not grow proud, lest you experience God’s judgment of grace. 2 Chronicles 32

My child, forget not to praise Me. In all of your circumstances, give thanks to Me. As you offer praise, the heavens shift and the balances swing. The Father is agreeable with those whose hearts are in agreement with His in love toward the Son.
Do not seek to find reason to praise in your circumstances, for though it is there, you are often too close to see it at first. Rather, remember My sacrifice, and how it has freed you from your life-long dread of punishment and fear of death. Recall the burden of guilt and shame that was released from your life when you accepted My redeeming sacrifice and were cleansed of your inherited sin-debt by My blood which paid in full that which was demanded for your soul. Re-live the joy that rose up in your heart at the light which entered your life when My Spirit touched your soul. Think on how He has continued to show you the way to walk and given you the strength from My Word to make the right choices.
As you continue to meditate on the realities of My work in your life for which there is no argument, and no substitute, worship will spring from your heart and flow from your lips. It is in this moment that the enemy is defeated and the snare which he has set for you through circumstances is broken. The forces he had arrayed against you lose their cohesiveness and turn against each other as you offer thanks to the Father. Be strong, and of good courage; fear not, for I am with you.

May your first desire and primary focus be to discern, and to do, the will of God, step by step, day by day, as He reveals it to you in your walk with the Lord. Romans 15

Even as you have freely received from others the spiritual ministry through which God has blessed you, refreshed and encouraged you, strengthened, guided and stabilized you, settled and renewed you, and equipped you with all spiritual gifts, may you willingly and cheerfully return to them what God has given to you. This will be to them proof of His abundance, and evidence of His love, working in your life to meet their needs. Romans 15

May your prayer always include those doing God’s work of laboring in the harvest. Through the love of the Spirit, may you join in the spiritual struggle, as you recognize the resistance from unbelievers, and become aware of the antagonism from the powers of spiritual wickedness. This is your acceptable service to the saints, that through the power of the Spirit their hearts will be refreshed with joy and peace, and they would be rescued from harm by His grace. Romans 15

When you are lonely and afflicted and the troubles of your heart have multiplied, may the Lord turn to you and be gracious, looking upon your affliction and taking away all your sins, freeing you from your anguish. Psalm 25

May you take refuge in the Lord and put your hope in Him. His integrity and uprightness will protect you and you will not be put to shame. He will guard your life and rescue you from the enemies who hate you fiercely. Psalm 25

May the Spirit of God give you wisdom to discern those who are foolish in their allegiances and thoughtless in their loyalties, entangling themselves in rash relationships and incautious partnerships. May you prudently place no trust in their promises and sagely secure any pledge they proffer. Proverbs 20:16

May you always turn to the Word of God for wisdom and seek the Spirit of God for good sense, whether you plan a business venture or a war campaign. May you be stably grounded and securely advised in all you do, to the glory of God and the growth of His kingdom. Proverbs 20:18
