Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Luke 6:27-28 Jesus said, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”

Ephesians 5:8-11 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light 9 (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) 10 and find out what pleases the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

Matthew 25:45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?

Joshua 24:15 Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve … as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord

May you not be zealous in purging sin from others which you allow in yourself, lest you receive the same judgment you mete out, but humble yourself before God in repentance, allowing Him to cleanse you by His Word and His Spirit that you may walk in the righteousness of Christ, purchased by His blood, and show His mercy to others. 1 Kings 16

May you be willing to move in the times and seasons of the Lord’s work, for when He says to go and speak, it is time for obedient action, but when He says stay and rest, it is time to wait on the Lord and possess your soul in patience. 1 Kings 17

May you have eyes to see in truth God’s provision through His ministering spirits, though they come in the fashion that men’s tradition and custom declares is unclean and undesirable. 1 Kings 17

May you realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear Him and do what is right. Acts 10

My child, the law of Moses and the words of the prophets spoke of Me to the Israelites. It showed My love and mercy which leads you in the way of escape from the judgment which was inevitable once the Fall occurred in the Garden of Eden.
“Only be very careful to observe the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, to love the LORD your God and walk in all His ways and keep His commandments and hold fast to Him and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul.” Because of the hardness of many hearts, restrictions were specified and the “do nots” were detailed.
The Israelites were not a unified people, of one mind and one accord, My child. Many came out of Egypt reluctantly, looking back over their shoulders, taking the idols and appetites of their slave-masters with them. “He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”
To keep the Law is to love Me with your entire being, heart and mind, soul and spirit, and your neighbor as yourself. Those who did so when I walked the earth, could recognize the Father’s voice when I spoke and received the Father’s words when I taught.
My way is not one of lists and processes and traditions; rather, My way is out among the highways and byways, in the market place and work place, the homes and the schools, wherever there are those who still need to know that My hand is stretched out, open, willing, inviting, accepting.
My congregation, My assembly, is not a building, but wherever two or more come together, in My name, to honor Me and encourage one another to good works by the word of their testimony, for there, I will be, also. “Can two walk together unless they have agreed to?” No longer be childish, My dear one, but be childlike. Abide in Me by My Spirit, as I abide in you.

May you bless the Lord, praising Him as you serve Him, even as you minister in the house of the Lord during the night of the world’s darkness with your hands lifted, for the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth will bless your from Zion. Psalm 134

May you not keep track of wrongs or feel resentful, for love covers a multitude of sins. Proverbs 17:9, 1 Corinthians 13, 1 Peter 4

May you be receptive to rebuke and reproof from God through His people as a wise and discerning person is, allowing the work of righteousness to bring peace, for the heavenly wisdom is peace-loving and pure. Proverbs 17:10, Isaiah 32, James 3

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

Matthew 6:15 But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful; He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.

James 1:21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.

May you not seek to know your fortune, but desire that God reveal your fault, that by turning from it in repentance to God you may fulfill your duty as you receive the whole counsel of God. 1 Kings 14

May you keep an account of God’s mercies before you, always offering praise to the King Who cares so abundantly for you, that you may walk in thanksgiving toward the Lord and live in the blessings He bestows on those who acknowledge Him as their Source and obey Him as their Master. 1 Kings 14

May you ever exercise care and practice caution regarding your heart, realizing that simply being present when others seek God, and walking in traditions that once held meaning, will not keep you close to God, yet a single, honest, sincere cry to the Savior will never be drowned out or lost, for the King of kings is always alert to your needs and has prepared a way out when you turn to Him in repentance, desiring to know and obey His will. 1 Kings 14

May you do what is right in the eyes of the Lord, cleansing the temple of your heart and rooting out those things which are contrary to the worship of God, that you may trust Him in times of testing and peril, having learned of Him and drawn close by obedience. 1 Kings 15

My child, I have given you gifts, precious gifts, of great value and rare beauty. They are a part of your life, and, in so many cases, you have grown accustomed to them, thinking nothing of them, treating them as common-place, ordinary, and of no account. You ask yourself, “They have always been here, what benefit can they have?” You use your gifts, your talents, your innate skills for amusement to entertain or in a trade to earn a living, but you do not look to Me in acknowledgment as the Giver and in thanksgiving for receiving your gifts. This is a part of your redemption, My valued one, that the functionality which the potter shapes the vessel to have may be realized as it is placed in the part of the house it was made for and used as it was designed.
That which is done through your talents is blessed, for I am the Source of what you have, but so often it is squandered on your lusts and given away to satisfy your appetites, bringing no lasting results or eternal changes. Do you think that those who rise to the top of their field do so on their own, My curious one? No, they have turned that which I gave them to the obedience of their own will and gone their own way. The people of the world recognize it as greater than their own ability, and honor it in their own way, but they are not pointed to Me for it was done in the flesh.
Quiet yourself, calm yourself, draw near to Me and receive the peace that comes from submission to My Spirit and cease from your efforts. Learn of Me, and know My voice, that you may follow in humility. A pitcher does not pour itself lest the contents go all over the floor and be wasted, My dear one. Instead, it waits until the host pours to offer refreshment to a guest. Let Me fill you, and let Me pour you out, that others may know the true living water that brings cleansing and comfort to their troubled souls, and joy to your heart.

May you be willing to follow the leading of God outside of the boundaries of tradition so that you may discover pure and undefiled devotion where you would least expect it and be enriched by the unity of the Spirit as the prayers and mediation of Jesus brings the Body of Christ together. Acts 10

May your heart be always toward the Father, attentive and listening, always thankful, that you would not miss what He has to say by His Spirit and His Word, giving no room to doubts or prejudices, but in humility, as a servant, accepting His directions and learning His ways that His kingdom may be established and increased. Acts 10

May you dwell together in unity with God’s family in the anointing of the Spirit for that is where the Lord bestows His blessing of life forevermore. Psalm 133

May lying lips and false utterances be as inconsistent and unbecoming to you as refined speech and eloquent words are to a godless fool. Proverbs 17:7

June 14

Deuteronomy 8:17-18 then you say in your heart, ‘My power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth.’ 18 And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Romans 8:31 If God is for us, who can be against us?

Psalm 118:24 This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Galatians 6:2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

Ephesians 6:12 We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

May you not turn from God’s provision when you receive God’s promise, for the power of man’s arm or the wisdom of man’s mind cannot safeguard God’s blessing. 2 Kings 12

May you seek God for His answer to the problem of the heart, not just a cure to the symptom, that you may be set at liberty to continually follow His will and persistently obey His commands in the fear of the Lord. 2 Kings 13

May you learn self-denial in obedience to the discipline of the Lord that you may live and prosper, even as your soul prospers. 2 Kings 13, 3 John 1

May you discern the heart behind the words, as God gives you grace to know His truth and His ways. 2 Kings 13

My child, will you choose to know Me by the Spirit in My truth and My fullness? To see Me is to be renewed in your mind and refreshed in your spirit. To walk with Me is to turn your world upside down and to upend all your values. To draw near to Me is to have old things made new, broken things made functional, worn things made fresh, useless things become useful, that which held no beauty is filled with beauty. It means that those things which once were gain in your life become loss, the things you treasured turn into rubbish to be cleared away, that which you thought solid enough to build on turns out to be shifting sand.
To know Me in the power of My resurrection requires that you walk in My sufferings and death to self. To put on the mind of Christ is to empty yourself of all rights and privileges, making no demands or claims, striving for nothing but to speak as you hear the Father speak and to do as you see the Father do, being obedient through the rejection and slander, despising the shame and being conformed to My death. For what hold has sin over one who has suffered the death of his carnal mind, and what power has evil over one who has crucified his fleshly nature that once was his sole and only concern in life?
My grace is poured into your life, My willing one, as the budding of a new life in the service of your King and will flower into the glory of one doing the mature work of My kingdom. When I ask, “Who will go?” your heart will hear and be free to leap at the words. When I say, “Follow Me,” you will step forth, under no compulsion but willingly and joyfully, into all that My Father has prepared for you to do.

Though you are wise to be cautious, may fear never choke off charity, as you obey God’s command to extend His love to all He brings to you. Acts 9

May you know that your acts and your works will speak of you and for you when you are unable to, so let God’s love be your motivation and His grace give you skill as His mercy guides your steps in all that you do. Acts 9

May you desire nothing more than to make your heart a dwelling place for the Lord, the Mighty One of Jacob, allowing no sleep to your spirit and giving no rest to your soul as you press in with worship and thanksgiving, being clothed with righteousness and singing for joy in His presence. Psalm 132

May you rejoice in the name and presence of God the Father, seeking His face, learning His ways, and obeying His commands, so that you may be a source of joy and honor to Him. Proverbs 17:6

May your confidence never rest in what the strength of man can complete, or in what the wisdom of man can conceive, or even in what the gifts of God can accomplish, but may you only and ever rest your confidence and security, your trust and your faith, in God alone, acknowledging that you cannot stand in your own sufficiency, always soberly dependent on God’s grace, ever watchful for the traitor in your own heart. 1 Kings 11

May you be a servant to the people and serve them as the Lord directs, walking in His ways and sharing His wisdom in compassion. 1 Kings 12

May you use the times of inactivity that come your way as preparation for the next season, for after Saul was three days without sight, and fasting, he immediately began to preach after he regained his sight and strength. Acts 9

My child, I am a God of relationships. I do not desire your offerings; I long for you.
Your money is no substitute for your time, My busy one. By your efforts, you can make more money, but time is My gift to you.
Slow down, breathe the breath of life that I give you, and take time to turn and align yourself to Me. Just as a compass seeks the north, so you will find that you know the way. Let My Spirit bring you in tune with My heart.
Time is an irreplaceable treasure, My special one. Where you spend your treasure, there your heart will be. Let your heart come unto Me, My seeking one; know that there is no better place or way to invest that which you cannot make or keep than in My presence, knowing My heart, touching My face.
I will be your shelter, My fragile one, during the time of the storm. I will be your defender, My bold one, when I send you out to do My work. Know Me, so that you will be able to recognize Me when you look in the eyes and listen to the heart of others I bring you to. You cannot trust the arm of man, My confident one, but you can rely upon My Spirit in those who are Mine.

May your heart be humble before the Lord, and your eyes not be haughty, lest you concern yourself with great matters or things too wonderful for you. Psalm 131

May your heart be pure and washed clean by the Lord so that you will heed and obey the truth in righteousness. Proverbs 17:4

May you know the compassion of Christ toward the poor, sharing the sorrow of those who weep, that you may be the hands of His love extended. Proverbs 17:5

2 Timothy 1:7 God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

May the Lord hear the prayer and plea you make before Him as you seek to make your heart and mind a suitable dwelling place for His Name so that His eyes and His heart will always be there. 1 Kings 9

May you walk before the Lord in integrity of heart and uprightness, doing all that He commands and observing His decrees and laws, for then He will establish you firmly, forever in His presence and fellowship. 1 Kings 9

When others hear of God’s work in your life and come to ask hard questions of you, may you answer in God’s Spirit with words of truth and life rather than your own reasoning and understanding, that they may give praise to the Lord, Who has delighted in you and placed His grace and authority on you. 1 Kings 10

May your heart be right before God, without bitterness and free from sin, that you may do your part in His work of the ministry. Acts 8

May the Spirit of God lead you into divine appointments, such as Philip had with the Ethiopian eunuch, that His kingdom may grow and His Name be praised. Acts 8

My child, just as gold and silver are found in the earth, so do I seek in the world for the precious hearts that value Me. Even as the treasure which man seeks for is locked in the rock and must be separated and purified, so the treasure of your soul is combined with the carnality of your flesh.
The ore is broken and ground small so that the fire does not have to burn so hot; the breaking I bring into your life is a mercy to bring you through the fiery trials quicker. So often lead is found combined with the silver that is sought; they are similar in appearance, but one is so dangerous and the other is so valuable.
It is only the fiery furnace that can separate them, My child, and they go in together, but the lead melts first and runs out to be removed. Then the furnace is heated hotter and the silver is gathered to be kept. It is so precious because it is so useful in the hands of the Master.
Think it not strange, My dear one, when the fiery trial comes upon you, for the poisonous elements are being burned away, leaving the purity that the Lord can use. Fret not about all that is lost, for it is not needed; what is left in your life will be more precious than before, for it will be free of the death that it carried, and will bring life and joy to others.
As your circumstances shift, you will be able to understand more, for you will see what you could not before. So much of your heart and mind is not known by you until events bring it to the surface. Never feel despair over what is revealed in your thoughts and feelings, for you have the full assurance from My Spirit of the promises in My Word that I know you completely and accept you fully.
Allow My work in your life and rejoice as I lead you in the work you are able to do, deeper and richer each time you are refined by My fire and My Word is made life to you, and through you.

May you cry to the Lord when you find yourself in deep, for He will hear your voice and be attentive to your cry for mercy. Psalm 130

May you reverently honor the Lord, for with Him there is forgiveness in which we can stand since He does not keep a record of sins. Psalm 130

May your soul put your hope in His Word, more than watchmen long for the morning, as you wait on the Lord. Psalm 130

May you put your hope in the Lord for with Him is unfailing love and full redemption because He Himself will redeem us from all our sins. Psalm 130

May you serve the Lord in humility and wisdom, dealing prudently in the Father’s affairs that you may be honored with authority over a son who behaves disgracefully, bringing shame to the Father and to his brethren. Proverbs 17:2

May you accept, willingly, with understanding of the joy to come, the discipline and testing of your heart, which though it shows weaknesses and demonstrates shortcomings, allows you to separate yourself from them, and being filled with God’s Spirit, be transformed more and more into the image of His Son, Jesus Christ, just as gold and silver is fired and melted in the crucible to remove dross and slag, becoming purer and more valuable, and able to be shaped by the skillful hand of the Master Artisan. Proverbs 17:3

June 11

Acts 4:11-12 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Romans 6:11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Jeremiah 31:3 Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, My people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to Myself.

Psalm 138:2-3 I will worship toward Your holy temple, and praise Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; for You have magnified Your word above all Your name. 3 In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.

John 8:31b-32 If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

May you praise the Lord, the God of Israel, Who with His own hand will fulfill what He has promised with His own mouth to you. 1 Kings 8

May you honor and worship the Lord, the God of Israel, Who keeps His covenant of love with His servants who continue wholeheartedly in His way, for there is no God like Him in heaven above or on earth below Who keeps His promises, for with His mouth He has promised it and with His hand He has fulfilled it. 1 Kings 8

May you have faith that the Lord forgives and acts, dealing with each of us according to all that we do, since He alone knows the hearts of all men, so that we will reverentially obey Him all the time. 1 Kings 8

May you be assured that the Lord hears your prayer from heaven, His dwelling place, and does whatever you ask of Him so that all the peoples of the earth may know His name and fear Him. 1 Kings 8

May you understand that the Lord hears your prayer from heaven when you are in battle against your enemy, wherever God has sent you, and upholds your cause. 1 Kings 8

May you realize that the Lord’s eyes are open to His servant’s plea, and the plea of His people, to listen to them whenever they cry to Him for He singled them out from all the nations of the world to be His own inheritance. 1 Kings 8

May you know that the Lord forgives His people who have sinned against Him, forgiving all the offenses we have committed against Him and causes our conquerors to show us mercy, for we are His people and His inheritance, whom He brought out of the iron-smelting furnace. 1 Kings 8

My child, I am not lacking in compassion, grace or mercy. I am slow to anger and I abound in lovingkindness. You see this is true for you have not been dealt with as your sins deserve, nor rewarded according to what your iniquities have earned. Just as a father has compassion on his children, so I have compassion on all who fear Me with respectful obedience and reverential honor.
If you approach Me, your Creator and the possessor of all power and authority, with the reverence of a young child toward its father, in an attitude of love, respect, and adoration for the One in your life Who is ever strong, Who can be stern, and Who is always available and caring, you will find that I have much to reveal and teach to you, for then you will be able to humbly receive and gratefully accept what I offer.
However, if you individuate yourself from your Creator, proclaiming yourself wise enough to make your own choices, strong enough to deal with the circumstances you encounter, and resourceful enough to meet your own needs, I will allow you to make your own way, on your own terms, as you feel proud of your achievements and arrogant toward those younger, weaker, and less capable than you see yourself, as though you had reached the pinnacle of your success through your own ability and understanding, until you come to the inescapable truth of just how dependent you actually are on Me for all your needs.
But know that once you have turned to Me and begun to learn of Me and follow My leading, you will bring much cost to those who do not love Me. Your obedience will upset their plans and obstruct their purposes. They will resent the effect your witness has upon them, and will attack your character, attempting to bring shame and humiliation on you for not standing on your own and for using religion as a crutch.
If you empty yourself, you will not be angered or ashamed, and if you keep your eyes on Me, you will understand that more important than calming their anger is the greater good I bring as I follow up with My Spirit in the lives unsettled by the touch of your obedient pursuit of Me, your Lord and your Master.

May you give praise to the Lord, Who has given rest to you just as He has promised, for not one word has failed of all the good promises He has given. 1 Kings 8

May the Lord your God be with you in power and in presence, never leaving nor forsaking you, but turning your heart to Him to walk in all His ways and to keep the commands, decrees and regulations He has given. 1 Kings 8

May the word you pray before the Lord be near to Him day and night that He may uphold the cause of His servant and of His people according to each day’s need, so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the Lord is God and that there is no other, so long as your heart is fully committed to the Lord your God to live by His decrees and obey His commands. 1 Kings 8

May you be emboldened to proclaim Christ and His salvation as opposition and persecution is mounted against you, for when you are driven from one place, you will find yourself in a new place, and God Himself will watch over His words that you speak to perform them and confirm them in the power of His Spirit. Acts 8

May the Lord cut you free from the cords of the wicked, for in His righteousness those who have oppressed you greatly, even from your youth, will not be allowed to gain the victory over you. Psalm 129

May you be blessed of the Lord, in the name of the Lord, and be as a fruitful harvest and a ripened field of grain which is gathered into the storehouse, for you have loved Zion and sought for the good of the city and the people beloved of God. Psalm 129

May you be more satisfied with a dry morsel if it is available in a peaceable and quiet environment than a full meal in a full house where constant strife is present. Proverbs 17:1

May you obey the Father, clinging to Him alone, and in your heart, turn away from Egypt and seek the city whose foundations were not made by hands, but whose architect and builder is God. Acts 7

May you fear the Lord and walk in His ways for then you will enjoy the fruit of your labor and blessings of prosperity will be yours. Psalm 128

My child, is your heart’s desire to help others find Me?
Do not seek to do the work of My Spirit, but only the work of My witness. Make much of Me, rather than making much of what you have received of Me. Your testimony can bring conversion to a person, but only My Spirit can bring them to salvation.
So many have heard of Me, but so few have gone on to know Me. They have seen the light in their darkness, and may have moved into the light, but have not allowed the light in them.
What they learn of Me may change their behavior, but only what they receive from Me makes them a new creation.
Do not draw their eyes or heart from Me, My hard worker, but simply point the way to Me with assurance, and pray for the intervention of the Spirit to bring the power of the resurrection into their lives.

May the Lord bless you from Zion all the days of your life, that you may see the prosperity of the city of God and live to see your children’s children living in the peace of God. Psalm 128

May your desire to walk in yielded obedience to God’s will and seek His ways lead you in a life of honor and righteousness, justice and godliness, which will bring you to an old age with your crown of glory shining with the beauty of silver hair. Proverbs 16:31

May you accept from God the faith that brings patience needed to be slow to anger, which is better than power and strength in a fight, and the knowledge that brings self-control over your temper, which is more significant than capturing and ruling a city. Proverbs 16:32

May you recognize the hand of God in the events which are out of your control, and the power of the Spirit responding as you submit to His will. Proverbs 16:33

As God gives you rest from your spiritual enemies and you walk out the victory of God in the land of your soul, conquering and controlling your self and your nature through His Spirit, may your heart become a temple for the Name of the Lord your God. 1 Kings 5

May you be content in the events and circumstances that you find yourself in, knowing that God is shaping and dressing you, strengthening your faith and aligning your will, renewing your thoughts and cleansing your heart, so that you may be able to take your place in His temple, fitly assembled into His heavenly mosaic, demonstrating His wisdom and illustrating His grace. 1 Kings 6

May you be aware of the changes taking place as the time draws near for God to fulfill His promise, and may you not be surprised by the turmoil that accompanies His changes, but be prepared. Acts 7

My child, make certain to lay a strong, firm, solid foundation out of sight of others. Your relationship with Me is of paramount importance. I am the Cornerstone that is tried and found true; you must build in alignment with Me to be squared and straight, to be found in My righteousness, to be aligned with My will. Nothing that is built apart from Me will stand. A brick wall that is not square will have no internal strength to withstand the storms, although each individual brick be solid and true.
In your private time, My near one, labor persistently in prayer out of sight and study My Word with determination for yourself. Wait before Me patiently, allowing the Spirit to open your eyes to My commands of love to obey them, My regulations of mercy to carry them out, and My decrees of righteousness to follow them, that I may fulfill through you My promises.
Turn your eyes and your heart from what it has taken to accomplish the work in your life, and look instead at what I am forming within you. Speak not of the toils and conflicts, losses and deprivations as you set aside the old ways of life. Instead, counting the afflictions as not being worthy of mention in comparison to the glory of the new creation being shaped, speak to the honor of the Father. He is the One Who is gracious to accept you in Me and bestow upon you all spiritual blessings and riches through eternity. This comes as a result of the deep and skillful work of My Spirit within you, as you submit to Him and obey all He commands in My name, following in all that He leads you through, according to My Word.

May you give the Lord the authority to build the house you are laboring on, else all your work will be for nought. Psalm 127

May you trust the Lord to show you the enemies to watch for, otherwise your watching and guarding will be useless. Psalm 127

May you rest in, and rely on, the promises of God to provide what you need as you obey His commands, for your long hours and hard work, without Him, will not supply what you need. Psalm 127

Acts 1:8 Jesus said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses… to the ends of the earth.”

James 5:17-18 Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. 18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

Revelation 16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but in sanctification.

Romans 13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh…

Galatians 6:8 For the one who sows to his own flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit shall from the Spirit reap eternal life.

May you be faithful to the Lord, and righteous and upright in heart, for then God can show you great kindness and give you the desires of your heart. 1 Kings 3

May you desire a listening and hearing heart, able to understand and discern God’s ways, so that you may serve His people with compassion and minister His judgments with mercy and grace. 1 Kings 3

As you go about the work which God leads you through and directs you in, may you find that those who oppose you are unable to stand up against the wisdom and the Spirit within you. Acts 6

Your life is to be in balance, My child, though the world will see it as contradictory. The greatest among My people shall be the servant of all; you are not to receive a title and lord it over others, for all who do will pay a penalty and be humbled.
My people are called to be warriors, but you are not to deal death and destruction to people and property, rather, to defend those who cannot defend themselves.
You do not struggle against flesh and blood, but against the unseen principalities and powers of wickedness in the spiritual realm with weapons that are not material, yet mighty to the pulling down of strongholds. When in battle, you are diligent in the care and use of the weapons and the armor, yet you do not depend on them or the will of man, placing your confidence, instead, in Me, the Captain of the host of heaven.
You are to walk in the fear of the Lord, yet that fear inspires faith, brings blessing, and causes joy to spring up in your heart. You are not to simply talk the talk of your faith, but walk it out, doing what is right; even more, you find it is not enough to simply do great things in My name – you must do whatever is done for the right reason, motivated by love for Me, being humbly obedient to My Word and My Spirit, seeking to keep no glory for yourself, pointing all eyes to My empty cross, open tomb, and occupied throne.
You find that as you seek and strive first for My kingdom and My righteousness rather than for your own status and prosperity, that all your needs, as well as the needs of others, are met by My provision. You are blessed with all spiritual blessings, and the riches of heaven are poured out on you, but only as you use them for the sake of others will it continue; the outpouring dries up whenever it is hoarded or accumulated.
It is through dying to self, that which matters most in the world, that you start to live by the Spirit, which is not known or understood by those who know only death. The path to My glory leads through the realm of sorrow and suffering, just as the rock containing gold must be broken, pulverized, and put in the furnace before the gold can be gathered and shaped into beauty that will adorn the King. Be renewed in your mind, My confused one, and let My Spirit reveal the truth of My ways to you.

May you know the assurance of a joyful harvest after a season of effort-filled, sorrowful, rejection-laden planting, for when the Lord restores the well-being of His people and delivers those in captivity, your heart will be comforted and filled with songs of joy. Psalm 126

May your heart’s hunger and soul’s desire to see God’s kingdom increase and flourish give you motivation to continue seeking and pursuing the hidden things of the Lord, yielding your will to His and casting down your pride for His humility. Proverbs 16:26

Galatians 6:2 Carry each other’s burdens and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.

Romans 8:26 The Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with sighs too deep for words.

James 2:1 My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don’t show favoritism.

Luke 10:25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

Leviticus 19:17-18 Do not hate your brother in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in their guilt. 18 Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself.

Luke 10:37 Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

May you be strong, take courage, and demonstrate the maturity God has developed in you, that others may see and understand how to walk in His ways and be pleasing to the Lord, for then you will prosper in all you do and wherever you go, according to all that the Lord has promised. 1 Kings 2

May you obey God rather than men as you go and tell the people in the temple courts the full message of this new life. Acts 5

May you be able to rejoice and be happy when God counts you worthy to suffer shame and dishonor for the sake of the Name of Jesus. Acts 5

Have I been so long with you, My child, without you knowing Me? Have you been surprised by what I have done in your life recently?
Do not become complacent in your knowledge or rest on your experience, My dear one, lest you miss out on the lesson which the Holy Spirit is teaching you.
The anointing is given for you to learn from, and to learn of, and to walk in, My studious one, so do not despise the day of small beginnings. I have much to open up to you, both of My word and My kingdom, as well as your heart and your nature.
Do not shrink back, My tender one, for I have appointed My angels, My ministering spirits, My care-givers, to watch over you and keep you in all of your ways. Wait in obedience and walk in humility before the Spirit Who, in wisdom and power, speaks of Me and instructs you in My truth.
Do you not see that the very understanding which increases your faith and brings you authority will also constrain you and limit your choices? When I walked the earth, I could do nothing out from Myself – only what I saw the Father do; nor could I express My opinion or loosely speak careless words – I spoke only what I heard the Father say.
Draw near to Me in prayer, persistently, repeatedly, without losing heart, in confidence, with alertness, that I may bless you with the wisdom of a changed nature and the understanding of an open and renewed heart, devoted and filled with thanksgiving in all circumstances, as your relationship with Me supersedes your concerns for tomorrow.
Release the legalism that your own nature embraces, and learn of the grace that I am pouring out on the earth right now. Soon, the end will come and judgment will be expressed, but do not hurry it, My chosen one. I will return soon enough as the conquering and victorious King, but I remain, up to the last possible minute, the gentle Shepherd gathering the last of the flock in, whosoever will.
Do not scatter My sheep, My eager one, but gently, in the fearful awe of what is to come, draw them in My loving compassion, for so many have been beaten by hirelings with the rod reserved for My enemies rather than comforted by My staff with rescue.
Receive My strength so that you can bring My blessing of peace to those who have known no quiet in their spirit.

May you trust in, lean on and confidently hope in the Lord, for those who persistently and continually do so cannot be shaken or moved but will stand firm and abide forever, for as the mountains surround Jerusalem, so will the Lord surround you, both now and forevermore. Psalm 125

May you be joyfully good and lovingly upright in heart, for the Lord will abundantly bless you, but those who turn to crooked ways will be banished by the Lord with the evildoers, for the scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the uncompromisingly righteous lest the godly be tempted to do wrong. Psalm 125

May you walk in God’s wisdom deeply enough to know that the way which appears to be right in your own judgment will, in the end, lead to death. Proverbs 16:25

Luke 19:10 the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.

Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

1 Corinthians 1:27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;

Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing.

Hebrews 12:28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.

May you be certain that the Word of God will come to pass and His promises to you will be realized, regardless of circumstances or the actions of others, just as David promised that Solomon would reign even though his brother, Adonijah, crowned himself with the backing of the army and the priesthood. 1 Kings 1

May the Lord hear your prayer as you seek Him and, considering the threats you face, enable you to speak the Word of God boldly by filling you with the Holy Spirit and confirming His Word as you speak it with healings and miraculous signs and wonders through the name of Jesus Christ. Acts 4

May you be one in heart and mind with other believers and lay no claim to the riches you have received from God, but share all He has given you with others, that there be no needy among you. Acts 4

May you trust and have faith in the Lord when it seems that the worldly and the religious have the upper hand, succeeding in their plans and achieving their goals against you, for they will be allowed, through the power and the will of God, to do all that the Lord has decided beforehand should happen and what He spoke through His prophets describing will take place, until it is time for His deliverance, and through the power and strength of the Lord, all will bend their knee and acknowledge Him King of kings and Lord of lords. Acts 4

Do you see the raging flood in front you, My child, and wonder how you will be able to cross it safely? Are you facing a fiery trial that you see no way out of, bound and constrained by others with no avenue of escape? Do you find yourself in the midst of a whirling wind storm that threatens to bowl you over and batter you with flying debris, destroying all around you? These struggles that you are facing in your life and these dangers you encounter from the world are serious, My threatened one, but they are still obedient to My word of power spoken in your life.
Know, My precious one, that the raging flood which topples trees, erodes land and tumbles boulders by its power comes into submission to the flowing of the living water which issues forth from your innermost being by My Holy Spirit, for what the raging power of the uncontrolled water’s turbulence tears down will be restored and renewed by the life-giving waters which nourish the trees of life on its river banks.
The fiery furnace which contains such a fiercely turbulent vortex of consuming flame is subject to the living fire that I place within your heart; the outward devouring fire is unable to touch those who dwell in the light of the Lord which is unendurable and unapproachable by flesh but is the life of all who are Mine.
The fierce wind which flattens forests and destroys the works of men, sweeping all before it, is calmed by the mere word spoken by the breath of God from Whom all receive the breath of life, and through which any may receive the life-giving Holy Spirit to indwell.
Rejoice, My beset one, that though you are in the midst of trials and sorrows on earth, I have overcome the world and given you peace in the midst of the storm!

May it be the Lord Jehovah Who stands for you when people rise up against you, influenced by the powers that would devour you alive in their burning anger and engulf your soul in the raging fury of flood waters, for God has set the limit and established the boundaries, saying, “This far, and no further,” delivering you from certain defeat into total victory. Psalm 124

May you give sincere praise to the deserving God Who is worthy of all worship, for He has not let you be torn apart by the teeth of your adversary, but has broken the fowler’s snare and enabled you to escape like a bird, through the power in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 124

May your words be kind and pleasant ones, well-ordered, filled with grace and wisdom from the Father above, sweet to the soul and healing to the body. Proverbs 16:24

2 Corinthians 5:17-18 If anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away…! 18 All this is from God, Who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

1 Peter 2:24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.

Ephesians 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

Isaiah 54:10 “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shaken,” says the LORD Who has compassion on you.

May you see with the eyes of God to understand the purposes behind actions and discern the motivations of choices, lest what seems a simple option to the natural mind bring the chastisement of God against a prideful and arrogant heart. 2 Samuel 24

May the offerings you give to the Lord come from deep in your heart and carry meaning and value, rather than being casual and uncaring in your thoughts and words, for what God has given you is His dearest and best-loved. 2 Samuel 24

May you be willing to give that which you have received from the Lord to those He brings you to, who hunger for and desire after the deep and eternal things of God, the healing of the soul and the confirming of His word by the healing of the body, that all may see and know the truth of the glory of God. Acts 3

May you humbly acknowledge the Source of the blessings which are poured out by the Spirit, reverently pointing others to Jesus, keeping none of the glory and desiring none of the praise, but joining with all to honor the Father for His love toward us. Acts 3

May you daily live in the joy of forgiveness and times of refreshing which come from repentance and the wiping away of your sins, knowing you are in right standing and full fellowship with the Father, communing with the Son, as you are led by the Spirit in the work of the kingdom. Acts 3

My child, will you follow Me?
You joyfully answered this question before when I asked it of you, and you left the place you were and the things you were doing when I first approached you. The road we have walked has taken you to unexpected places holding unsuspected surprises, bringing, in their turn, unanticipated sorrows and unimaginable joys. You have grown fit and strong in faith, and you have gained new perspective and greater wisdom in My Word and Spirit.
The road turns upward here, My dear one, and the path grows more rugged. More will be required of you. Much of what you have been allowed to carry along the way this far will have to be left by the wayside. Your heart will know greater gain, but your flesh will know greater loss. I extend the same invitation now, offering a higher plane, if you are willing.
Will you follow Me?

May you lift up your eyes to the One Whose throne is in heaven as the eyes of a slave looks to the hand of his master till He shows you His mercy for you have endured much contempt and ridicule from the proud and arrogant. Psalm 123

May you be known for the intelligent understanding and prudent discernment which the Lord gives you with pleasant and gracious words that promote instruction and increase learning, as the wise-hearted are known for. Proverbs 16:21

May the Lord give you good sense, prudent insight, knowledgeable discretion and wise understanding which will be a wellspring of life to you and a life-giving fountain to those God wants to bless. Proverbs 16:22

May the Spirit of God renew your mind and the Word of God regenerate your heart to give you wise and prudent speech, filled with grace, which is persuasive and instructive to those who will hear what God has given you. Proverbs 16:23

Philippians 4:19 God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

Deuteronomy 15:7-8 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: 8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

2 Timothy 2:11-12 This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, we shall also live with Him. 12 If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.

Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

Jeremiah 15:16 Your words were found, and I ate them, and Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart; for I am called by Your name, O Lord God of hosts.

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 So choose life in order that you may live… 20 by loving the Lord your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding fast to Him.

May you keep the ways of the Lord and not turn away from His laws or decrees that God may reward you according to the righteousness of Christ which He sees in you. 2 Samuel 22

May the Lord be your lamp and turn your darkness into light, for the way of God is perfect, the word of the Lord is flawless, and He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him. 2 Samuel 22

May you receive God’s shield of victory as He stoops down to make you great and broaden the path beneath you so that your ankles do not turn, for it is God who arms you with strength and makes your way perfect, enabling you to stand on the heights and training your hands for battle. 2 Samuel 22

When God directs you against a spiritual power which exalts itself against the authority of God and the beloved of the Lord, may you pursue them and crush them, not turning back till they are destroyed completely and they cannot rise, but fall beneath your feet, beating them fine as dust, then pounding and trampling them like mud in the streets. 2 Samuel 22

May you rule by God’s Spirit over your own heart, and reign in Christ’s name over your own spirit, always walking in the fear of God, for then you will be like the light of the morning at sunrise on a cloudless day, and like the brightness after rain that brings life springing up for others and shows the beauty and glory of the Lord, to His praise. 2 Samuel 23

May you be as ready to please the Lord, and willing to obey your King’s least command, as the mighty men of David’s army when they broke through the enemy’s lines, fending off the attacks as they drew water and brought it back to their lord and king when he mentioned the delight a drink from the well at Bethlehem would bring him. 2 Samuel 23

Do you rejoice in tales of great valor, My child, and enjoy stories of mighty deeds? Do you imagine yourself accomplishing great acts of courage and winning the acclaim of your captain and troops?
You have read of King David’s mighty men, and how the greatest of them killed 800 of the enemy in one battle as he was strengthened and protected by Me. Do you recall that Peter stood up on the Day of Pentecost and spoke My word boldly before the many scoffers and questioners, and, by the anointing of My Spirit on the hearts of the hearers, 3,000 were liberated from the enemy to believe and be saved?
My promise to My warriors is that one shall put to flight 1,000 and two shall cause 10,000 to flee. Remember that the enemy comes in as a flood, and the battle can be prolonged and exhausting, but the end is already settled.
My reminder to My warriors is to trust not in the speed of horses nor in the strength of men nor in the size of armies. Instead, continually fear Me in My awesome majesty, and perpetually hope in My unending loving-kindness, for I am your ever-present help and your strong shield and mighty buckler; My eye is always on those who persistently wait on Me.
My word to My warriors is, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,” for I have sold the wicked and given up the spiritual principalities to their own lusts and evil desires since their destiny is destruction and their goal is death.
Therefore, rejoice in Me greatly, My brave one, and exult in Me, for I have clothed you in garments of salvation and wrapped you in a robe of righteousness, as a bride is adorned with her jewels; for though you were formerly darkness, now you are light in Me.
Walk as a child of the Light, not participating in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead, expose them with My light that shines from you and with My wisdom that dwells within you, that you may do My mighty deeds without keeping the honor to yourself, but make much of Me before men, for My glory shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.

May you find that petty differences and opposing opinions disappear in the light of His presence like moths consumed in a flame when brethren come together in prayer in one place and one accord, for He will shake each “house” that will receive His Spirit. Acts 2

May you see the Lord always before you and ever beside you, causing your heart to be glad and your tongue to rejoice as your body lives in hope, for you will not be shaken while He makes known to you the paths of life and fills you with joy in His presence. Acts 2

May you be filled with the Holy Spirit and speak the truth of Christ from the heart of the Father as the Spirit enables you. Acts 2

May others around you feel perplexed and be amazed at what they see and hear in your company and ask, “What does this mean?” Acts 2

May you rejoice with those who go to the house of the Lord. Psalm 122

May you pray for the peace of the city of God for those who love it will be secure, finding peace within its walls and security within its citadels. Psalm 122

May you find that to live with an humble spirit and humble eyes with lowly people in the presence and blessing of God is better than to share what is stolen among the proud of self and mighty of earth, whom God resists and casts down. Proverbs 16:19

May you give heed to instruction from God for you will prosper and may you trust in the Lord for you will be blessed. Proverbs 16:20

Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Matthew 3:17 A voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Matthew 2:1-2 Magi from the east came to Jerusalem 2 and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him.”

John 18:36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.”

Deuteronomy 6:18 And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the LORD, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which the LORD swore to your fathers,

Micah 6:8 What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

May you have the wisdom to be willing to part with, and separate yourself from, the sin or disobedience that draws God’s anger, for as you reject that rebellion against God’s chosen King, you prove your loyalty and align yourself with His blessings. 2 Samuel 20

May you understand that times of leanness come, even after seasons of plenty, not because of current problems or present issues, but to bring balance to past unrighteousness, for though the sin is forgiven when it is repented of, yet justice will need to be walked out, for righteousness’ sake. 2 Samuel 21

May you take refuge in the Lord, Who is your rock, your fortress, and your deliverer, and in God, Who is your shield, the strength and power of your salvation, saving you from violent men by being your shelter, defense, and rescuer. 2 Samuel 22

May you call to the Lord, Who is worthy of praise, for He will save you from your enemies. 2 Samuel 22

May you cry to the Lord when you are in distress from the waves of death which swirl around you and the torrents of destruction which overwhelm you, for when the cords of the grave coil around you and the snares of death confront you, He will hear your voice from His Temple and your cry will come to His ears. 2 Samuel 22

May the Lord be your support and bring you out to a spacious place, reaching down from on high and taking hold of you, drawing you out of deep waters and rescuing you from powerful enemies and foes who are too strong for you, for when you are confronted by them in the day of your disaster, God will rescue you because He delights in you. 2 Samuel 22

Always remember, My child, that I remain your Shepherd. I watch over you, I care for you, I tend your wounds, and I defend you, setting boundaries for you, and when needed, isolating you for times of protection and healing, learning and growing stronger.
Though I may lead you through the woods and wilderness, I am vigilant and keep the bears and wolves, lions and thieves from you, for where I am, where I lead you, is safety and security that cannot be found anywhere else; you may see their shapes and hear their steps and their threatening sounds, but they will not come near you, for My rod and staff against them are well able to comfort you.
To long for and return to the sheep-fold that I took you from is to place yourself outside of My presence and covering. Dwell, rather, with Me and hear My voice, receiving life and comfort from the words I speak to you.
In the days soon to arrive, many things will come upon the world and all who dwell therein. But you have been given light so you can be alert and sober, and not be unprepared, weighted down with worries and anxieties of life, knowing My provision, and pointing others to Me in their need.
The shepherd always knows where his sheep are; be aware, My protected one, and always know where your Shepherd may be found.

May you be willing to put questions on the shelf that distract from the work God has given, knowing that all answers will be given when it is time, but that all things needed for the work ahead of you are already available, ready for you to step forward and start working in the harvest. Acts 1

May you be as the disciples were in the upper room, united in love, exemplary in conduct, fervent in prayer, and wisely zealous for the cause of Christ, for then God will pour out His Spirit without measure. Acts 1

May you acknowledge God’s hand in determining everything that befalls you, for He knows the hearts of men, and He chooses His servants, gifting each as He determines, training each as He knows best. Acts 1

May you lift your eyes up to the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, from Whom your help comes, for He Who watches over you will neither slumber nor sleep; your Protector and Guardian will not allow your foot to slip or stumble. Psalm 121

May the Lord, Who is your protector and keeper, be a shelter right at your side, watching over your life and keeping you from all harm, both day and night, in your coming and going, both now and forevermore. Psalm 121

May you stand in humility before the Lord as He builds in you His nature, and may you lift Him up before others, which is His worthy and just due. Proverbs 16:18
