1 Peter 3:16-17 Keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. 17 For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

May you become a new person when the Spirit of God touches your heart, for you will be speaking His words of encouragement and doing His deeds of love, pointing others to the glory and majesty that is the Father’s through the praise and worship you offer up to Him. 1 Samuel 10

May you be as willing to allow God to separate you from those people and things in your life, those desires and thoughts in your soul, that He wants to take from you for your benefit, as the people of Jabesh Gilead were to give up their right eyes in order to live, though it be as slaves to the Ammonites. 1 Samuel 11

May you listen to the Father and learn from Him so that you may come to the Son of God, Jesus. John 6

May you believe and know that Jesus is the Holy One of God, Who has the words of eternal life. John 6

My child, do not fear being overcome by sin, nor be concerned about what the future holds. I have given you My Holy Spirit and anointed you with the strength to stand; I have equipped you to resist the enemy in every battle that is mounted against you today.
Simply seek Me early, My sleepy one, for I am waiting for you in our secret place. I have strength with confidence to give you through My Spirit, and truth with authority from My Word.
Be certain, My cautious one, that sin shall not have dominion over you, for though you are attacked, and though it wounds the flesh, it shall never be sovereign over you, for only I, your Creator, your Redeemer, your Savior, have earned that right. I am the One Who has vanquished all other names and authorities who would seek to own and devour you.
Take courage, My love, and resist without yielding, stand without submitting, to the temptations and corruptions that assail you. Be strengthened with My assurance that evil shall never hold sway over you again because of the victory given you by the Father through My work of obedience.
Through the blood of My sacrifice on the cross, I bought salvation, kinship, and kingdom inheritance for you.

John 10:27 My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me.

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 So choose life in order that you may live… 20 by loving the Lord your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding fast to Him.

May you know that the rejection you encounter in God’s work is not about you, but about the Lord Who sent you and Whose work you are doing; He has known rejection before, is able to handle it, and is willing to experience it, even again, for the sake of those to whom He sends you. He is willing to be vulnerable to those He loves; His armor is against His enemy, never His people, even though the enemy attacks through the ones He seeks. 1 Samuel 8

May you hear God’s Word and follow His ways, yielding your will to His, lest He oppose you in His loving-kindness, and may you not insist on your own desires, lest He gratify you in His displeasure. 1 Samuel 8

May you follow the law of God’s love in your relationship to others, giving without restraint and accepting without judgment, and obey the rule of man in your expectation from others. 1 Samuel 8

May you be willing to wait on God for the gratification of your desires for worldly things, trusting His providence for the time and manner of their granting, knowing that He will not treat you so ill as to give you what you are not yet ready for. 1 Samuel 8

May you give preference to knowing your duty over learning your fortune, and rather seek God for meeting the needs of others over gaining a blessing for yourself. 1 Samuel 9

My child, release your will to Me that I may bring you into My work as you have said you wanted.
Release your preconceived notions and imaginings of how I will use you, for the carnal mind does not know how to be abased. My kingdom’s work is a work of servitude, not of titles and offices.
As long as you have a position you are striving for, you are walking in the fleshly appetites and pride of life. As long as you strive to defend your reputation or have a personal interest in your own character, you have no part you can play in building My kingdom, for you are building your own.
In My loving care, I will strip you of those things through which you identify yourself in the world, those things that you look with pride upon as your achievements, those names that you name with pride to others to show the road you have traveled and the distance you have come, and I will leave you bare before Me.
I will give you your identity, My beloved one, and you will be known as one of Mine, for My honor and My power are known and recognized and obeyed among the powers and principalities of eternity. Of what benefit is man’s honor in doing My work? Whose knee will quake and bend before any man’s glory?
Shed those trappings, My seeking one, and be known as one who follows the risen Christ and trusts in the providence of the glorious Father Who is able to bring all opposition to an end and reverse all injustice. His judgments are true and righteous, and His will shall be established in earth as it is in heaven, and shall stand for eternity.
Stand in My name, My love, not your own.

May the focus and purpose of your daily work and service be to gain the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for God the Father has placed His seal of approval upon this very One. John 6

May your constant work and service to God be this: that you continually believe and persistently trust, through thought, intent, word, and deed, in the One Whom God has sent, for He is the bread of life. John 6

May the Lord save you and gather you from afar that you may give thanks to His holy name and boast in the triumph of His praiseworthy deeds for He is the Lord our God from everlasting to everlasting. Psalm 106

Just as righteousness, godliness, and justice will lift up and exalt a nation which walks in those paths, and sin will condemn, diminish, disgracefully reproach and make miserable any society which allows, practices, and embraces it, so will it be in the life of an individual; may you choose well. Proverbs 14:34

May you be as a servant who acts and deals wisely so that you gain the delight, approval, and favor of the king, for by the wisdom of his soul evil is overthrown. Proverbs 14:35

Ephesians 4:16 From [Christ] the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 NIVFor God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 10 He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him.

James 1:12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him

Romans 5:5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

1 John 5:4-5 For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith. 5 Who is it that is victorious over [that conquers] the world but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on that fact]?

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

May you rejoice at the fall of the old rulers and the breaking of the previous powers in your life when Christ comes into your heart, and be reassured that any attempt on their part to rise again will fail, but be vigilant, prayerful, and constant in devotion to God, lest the stumps of the sinful carnal nature which remain attempt to sprout again. 1 Samuel 5

May you pray for, and intercede on behalf of, those upon whom the hand of the Lord is heavy, that they may seek God’s mercy and renounce their old allegiances when they experience the judgments of God, and seek the shelter and protection of God through repentance, leaving behind the old practices and lifestyle upon which His chastisement is directed. 1 Samuel 5

May you value the ministry of God, His Word and His Spirit, above the choicest treasure, and dread the loss of the blessing of His presence more than the loss of this life and all earthly possessions, seeking His return and how you can expedite it, unlike the Israelites who made no effort to recover the ark from the Philistines. 1 Samuel 6

May you seek to have peace with God and restore favorable standing with Him when He brings conviction, accepting the blame in humility, having no quarrel with His Word, embracing His truth rather than seeking to put it at a distance, laying down your pride of life lest you lose the Spirit of life. 1 Samuel 6

May you labor in patience, obeying the Lord each day and trusting His timing, for though Samuel sought to return Israel to the Lord for twenty years, when it was time, revival swept through the land. 1 Samuel 7

May you commit yourself wholeheartedly to the Lord, ridding yourself of the customs and traditions that slip in and accumulate slowly, serving only Him, with all of your heart, and He will deliver you into the freedom of His service from the encumbrance of your enemies. 1 Samuel 7

May your vision not be limited to the disaster that sin draws from God, lest by identifying with wickedness you believe the lie that God is angry with you, but may you see beyond the circumstances and find the redemptive love by which the Lord desires to draw you forth from the darkness into the light wherein you find life, and life more abundantly. 1 Samuel 7

My child, do not fear when the rains fall and waters rise. Though this is a trouble in the natural world which causes people to flee the floods that bring losses to many, it is not so in the spirit for those who love Me.
The rains are the abundance of My blessing, My loved one, more, far more than you would ever require, yet it is all available to meet your need, and a plentiful supply remaining for you to show and express to others in their need.
The abundance of rain collects in the streams and rivers that are My channels, causing the levels to rise. These outpourings come in their appointed seasons, My watchful one, for after the winter storms the waterways can be filled with debris and choked so that the water is still and not flowing.
The abundant rains which tell of the change of the seasons will lift the debris and clear a path through the dead litter. When necessary, the timely floods will cut a new channel, if the old one is too choked and wedged with the weight of dead wood. The outpouring of My blessings which bring new life in the springtime of the soul will not be denied.
Though many fear the unchained power and unrestrained surging of the Spirit’s outpouring because it does not follow, nor is it subject to, the comfortable and confining traditions of man, it is not a fearful thing for My people who desire My will.
What is seen by some as wanton destruction by the risen water is My mercy at work, moving people from places and congregations where they have become lodged but don’t fit to new locations where they can make fresh connections which feed their hunger and allow them to flourish and be fruitful.
When you feel the current tugging, My thirsty one, do not resist but go with the flow of My rising tide and trust Me, knowing that I am Lord of the raging water and the divided sea. I will bring the flood-tide of My love to wash you beyond the mire of doubt and fear, setting your vessel on its way to the place I have chosen, and clearing your path before you.

May God’s questions hold your attention, for they are intended to test you, try you, and show you what is in your heart, so that you will know how to pray, and recognize the answer when it comes. John 6

May you not forget what the Lord has done, and wait patiently for His counsel, not challenging God’s timing. Psalm 106

May you remember the God Who has saved you and has done great miracles and awesome deeds on your behalf in the face of the enemy, so that He will take pleasure in your worship as He brings you into His promises. Psalm 106

May you believe His promise and obey His word, worshiping Him in your heart and praising Him with others because of His blessing, that He may give you long life and preserve your children in all they do. Psalm 106

May you be willing to stand in the face of wickedness and have the courage to intervene in unrighteousness, so that God’s anger may be pacified and the execution of God’s judgment may be stayed. Psalm 106

May your trust and hope in the Lord as a refuge of safety extending even unto death, as it does for the righteous and the just. Proverbs 14:30

May wisdom repose in your heart and reside in your mind, as it does for the righteous and the understanding, so that the ignorant shall be taught and the simple shall learn. Proverbs 14:31

2 Timothy 2:13 NRSV If we are faithless, [Christ] remains faithful — for he cannot deny himself.

Romans 5:8 NIV But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Hebrews 12:10-11 NIV Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness. 11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Psalm 40:8 NKJV I delight to do Your will, O my God.

Proverbs 12:28 NKJV In the way of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death.

Isaiah 48:17 CSB This is what the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says: I am the Lord your God, who teaches you for your benefit, who leads you in the way you should go.

May you show God’s love to the next generation with admonition, rebuke, and encouragement, so that they will not fail to know the mercies of the Father. 1 Samuel 2

May you grow in favor with God and men, learning His voice, and answering when He calls, for then He will let none of your words fall to the ground, for He will honor those who honor Him. 1 Samuel 3

May you not rely on relics or trust in traditions to obtain the presence and blessings of God, but know that real repentance in the heart, where you sorrow because of sins rather than the judgment which sins bring, will draw you near to God and release His mercy into your life. 1 Samuel 4

May you make every effort to obtain the praise that come from the only God. John 5

May your diligent study of the Scriptures lead you directly to the Son and draw you inevitably to Jesus. John 5

May you seek not to please yourself but the Father, Who desires your obedience. John 5

May you hear Jesus, the Son of God, and believe God, Who sent His Son, for then you will have eternal life and will not be condemned, but will have crossed over from death to life. John 5

For this purpose is My Spirit given to you, My child. He will enable you to understand the hidden things of the Father, to know the comfort of the eternal hope of salvation, and to receive the gift of faith that opens your mind, allowing you to know and stand on the truth of God’s Word.
The rulers of this world possess the wisdom of this time, for who can understand the times and the seasons except the spirit of the world be in them? But I have not given you this wisdom, My studious one. Rather My Spirit is revealing to you Who the Son is, for that is where the Father will meet you.
It is useless to object, “I am weak,” when you are directed to obey, for is not My grace sufficient for you? Have I not created the vastness of the sky to be sufficient for the bird and the incomprehensible volume of the ocean to be enough for the fish?
Do not turn to the visible power of numbers and the recognized authority of riches in the world to accomplish My work. Rather, in your weakness, let My Spirit reveal the truth of My Word which declares that you can do all things through My strength.
It is better for you to have My strength than your own, for if you were a thousand times as strong as you are, the enemy would still overcome you. But if you could be weaker than you are, you can still do all things through Me.
As you let My Spirit dwell in your heart and in your nature, He will pray through you, expressing the unutterable, which the Father receives with joy as His will is prayed through your vessel of flesh.
But just as I cleansed the temple and would not suffer any vessel to be carried through it, so the temple of the Holy Spirit is not a shortcut of convenience for your flesh. He will not allow you to defile it – you must guard the gates of your eyes and your ears to allow no defilement to enter.
Learn of Me through My Spirit, and teach others to know Me in Spirit and in Truth.

May you maintain justice and constantly do what is right, for you will receive God’s blessing. Psalm 106

May you give thanks to the Lord, for He is good and His love endures forever. Psalm 106

May you show merciful kindness to the poor and needy and give generous help to the afflicted and oppressed, for this is how you honor God, their Maker. Proverbs 14:31

Colossians 4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on Him [God] because He cares for you.

Ephesians 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner for the Lord, appeal to {and} beg you to walk (lead a life) worthy of the [divine] calling to which you have been called [with behavior that is a credit to the summons to God’s service,

Titus 3:4-6 But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, 5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior.

Hosea 6:3 So let us know, let us press on to know the Lord. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth.

As you turn to the Lord in your deep trouble, anguish and grief, may you find favor with God, and peace, as He grants you what you ask of Him. 1 Samuel 1

May you graciously and gladly give to God that which He asks, and that which you have promised, for what you have was given by God to begin with. 1 Samuel 1

May your heart rejoice in the Lord as He increases your strength and delivers you from your enemies, for there is no one holy like the Lord, nor is there any Rock like our God, Who is a God Who knows and by Him deeds are weighed. 1 Samuel 2

May you know and understand that it is not by your own strength that you prevail, for even strong ones who oppose the Lord will be shattered when He thunders against them from heaven, but He will guard the feet of His saints as He gives strength to His king and exalts the power of His anointed. 1 Samuel 2

May you acknowledge through obedience the authority of the One Who has healed, delivered, and raised you up, even when it goes against the traditions and restrictions of the system you are accustomed to. John 5

May you find yourself unable to do anything by yourself, so that by turning to the Son He can, through you, do what the Father is doing, and by honoring the Son, you may honor the Father. John 5

My child, do you long for freedom in your heart and spirit to worship Me unhindered? Do you pray for the power of My anointing to see miracles occur in people’s lives? These are good things to desire, and I have placed the hunger in your heart; therefore I am teaching you what you must know and how you must walk so that I can answer your prayer and satisfy your hunger.
I want you to understand that where My Spirit is, you will find freedom from doing works to be saved, liberty from following traditions to gain favor, independence from obeying customs which dictate how to praise and serve Me.
My burden is light and My yoke is easy – Love Me first and most, then your neighbor as yourself, doing justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly. Give up the dishonest weights, the double standard, and be sensible and honest with yourself, realizing there is no prayer you can pray other than “Lord, be merciful to me, a sinner!”
I will exalt those who humble themselves and enrich those who know they are poor in spirit, but all who are sufficient in themselves will find nothing they desire from Me. When you humbly follow My commands rather than proudly obey man’s customs, I can give you My anointing.
You will find that you are restricted by My anointing in what you can do, and there is no freedom through My anointing for what you can choose. You are empowered only to do My Father’s works and speak His words of life, esteeming others above yourself, serving them in ways that bring you no glory and earn you no praise.
When the anointing of My Spirit rests upon you, you truly are a servant, owned by your Master and given a job to do. He must become absolute Lord over your life, your mind, your will, your desires, over every interest and every influence. I emptied Myself before the Father of every privilege, every honor, every entitlement, even the right to have My own opinion, and became obedient, as a servant, to the work He sent Me to do.
Do you see the joy set before you, as I did, to know that the Father is just and righteous, honoring and rewarding those who faithfully follow Him and obey His leading? Rejoice, for after the sorrows of the sowing and the weeping in the night comes the joys of the in-gathering and the wedding feast of the Lamb.

May you rejoice in the great spiritual wealth of redemption in Christ and the divine presence of God which you have received as the Lord has brought you out of captivity, giving you boldness, confidence, and strength so that your former masters were glad to have you gone because of the dread which had fallen upon them. Psalm 105

May the Lord cover you, protect you, lead you, and provide your needs and desires as you walk with Him and learn His ways by seeing His acts while He prepares you to receive His holy promise. Psalm 105

May you rejoice among God’s people and shout with joy among His chosen ones as the Lord brings you out of captivity and gives you the land He has promised, making you heir to what others toiled for, so that you may keep His precepts and observe His laws. Psalm 105

May the increase of the kingdom of our God be without end, to the glory, honor, praise, splendor, and dignity of our king; but may the enemy of our Lord be found without subjects to his ruin, destruction, devastation, and dishonor. Proverbs 14:28

May you be slow to anger and your patience increase so that you may gain great understanding and show much wisdom and intelligence, leaving behind a short temper and a hasty spirit of impatience which displays stupidity, promotes foolishness, and exalts folly. Proverbs 14:29

Romans 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Proverbs 3:7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.

1 Chronicles 28:9 …for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will let you find Him…

May you walk in humble acceptance of the circumstances God places you in, trusting His plan and provision, knowing His care and concern for others is leading you to where He wants you, whether in plenty or in need, for He has entrusted the treasure of His glory to you, and He will always be your single Source for all the resources you require. Ruth 2

May you ever ask when in need, and gratefully receive as a favor whatever you are given, however small, making no demand as though entitled, and remaining actively occupied in whatever labor your hands find to do. Ruth 2

May you trust God to order your circumstances, even in small events that seem unimportant, but from which you find that He has ordered His blessings, rich and beyond counting, to His glory and to your good. Ruth 2

May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge. Ruth 2

May you continue to find favor in the eyes of the Lord, Who has given you comfort and spoken kindly to you, drawing you by His love, even while you were separated from Him by sin. Ruth 2

May you understand, in ever greater depth, the love God has for you and the value He places in you, regarding you as His treasure. Know that He holds you as a precious, unique individual for whom He places the resources of heaven to care for you and watch over you. Then you will be able to know His love for others around you, and respond to them from His heart, even as He has to you. Ruth 2

May you feast to your fill at the Lord’s table, and share with those close to you from the abundance that is served. Ruth 2

May you take care to secure that which you have gained through your labor in the field of the Lord, not losing those things in which He has blessed you by being found in another’s field. Remain dutiful in the assignments He has entrusted to you, that your humility and industry may end in preferment. Ruth 3

May you have the strength to wait, in trust, having done all that is given you to do, for the Lord your God to accomplish perfectly that which is His right, His duty, and His joy to complete. Ruth 3

May you have the eyes to see, and the wisdom to understand, the value and honor of that which the Lord offers. Those whose desire is on their treasure and reputation in the world, and the eyes of men, will not value or pursue the gift of God which brings salvation. Ruth 4

My child, have faith.
Not just in the future, believing that I will, someday, do what I have promised, but have “now” faith, faith in Me today, right now, for the things I am doing at the moment. In this way you may participate and be involved in My work and My blessings and My fellowship.
Let Me be your present delight and your current desire so that I can transform you into one whose heart wishes I can grant, since they are from Me.
Look for My purpose in the disappointments you find and seek My presence in the trials you encounter for that which draws you nearer to Me and lifts you closer to Me is a cherished treasure and a priceless gift. This is how you can love your enemies and rejoice in persecution, for without them you would not secure the fulfillment of your desire to know Me deeper and truer.
Though I will, indeed, be there with you and for you in the future, do not close yourself off and wait for that time to arrive – open your heart to what I am doing now. Let My love overcome your fear, and My acceptance outweigh the rejection of others.
Do not judge the worthiness of those I use or the methods I express Myself through, for am I not using you? It is not enough to do work for Me, My willing laborer, for the disciples went out as I sent them and saw miracles happen at their say-so. Their faith was still shattered after the Cross.
You must dwell in Me, so that I can abide in you. Then you will do My works, the works of the Lord rather than for the Lord, and you will find that faith is as natural as breathing.

May you not let pride of position prevent your petition to Jesus, and may you accept His word in faith and act in belief so that many may see and know the power and truth of God’s Word. John 4

May you walk in faith, trusting God’s Word, for though you feel the weakness and insufficiency of your belief, your actions show your sincerity, and good news will meet your hope when it is resting in the truth of Christ Jesus. John 4

May you count your afflictions as mercies from the Lord, as they confirm your love, strengthen your faith, destroy your pride, enliven your prayers and draw you from the world, even as Joseph was prepared for the palace by his detention in the dungeon. Psalm 105

May the Lord make you very fruitful, too numerous for your foes, though their hearts turn to hate and conspire against you as you serve Him. Psalm 105

May you walk in reverential awe and respectful obedience before the Lord, for in Him you have a secure fortress and the confidence of strength, because His children all have a refuge of rock-solid security wherein He is their protector and their hope. Proverbs 14:26

May you fear the Lord, for it brings a fountain of life that offers you escape from the snares of death. Proverbs 14:27

James 1:2-4 Consider it wholly joyful, my brethren, whenever you are enveloped in {or} encounter trials of any sort {or} fall into various temptations. 3 Be assured {and} understand that the trial {and} proving of your faith bring out endurance {and} steadfastness {and} patience. 4 But let endurance {and} steadfastness {and} patience have full play {and} do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing.

1 Peter 1:13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

It is My joy to be called your God, and it is to My honor that you are called My people, for as you obey Me and show the world a changed and transformed way of thinking and living, they know that you could not make this change in yourself.
Though the whole world is Mine and all the people therein, you are My called-out ones, whom I have set apart and in whom I have shown a difference.
You are indeed Mine if you endure the chastening of the Father. Chastening and discipline are needed to drive out the folly that is bound up in your heart, just as the impurities found in silver and gold are purged in the furnace.
Do not fret, My precious one, but be patient and know that fire is not the destination of gold and silver which have great value in use and vast enjoyment in beauty.
I have made you delicately, My choice one, and I will handle you tenderly. Look to Me in all you face, and follow My guidance in all you do, for I will lead you in ways you have never gone before.
Though others choose to stay in their known and comfortable places, I will lead each who are Mine, each who have a heart to follow Me, into the uncharted wilderness of new places and new ways and new blessings. There, you will receive the promises which have not yet been entered into, though I gave them in My Word from the beginning.
Just as Peter learned not to call “unclean” that which God has made clean, make room in your heart and mind for Me to do new things, peculiar things, that you have not known before.

May you look to the Lord and His strength, and seek His face always so that your heart will rejoice and glory in His holy name. Psalm 105

May you give thanks to the Lord and call on His name, making known among the nations what He has done, singing to Him, praising Him, and telling of all His wonderful acts. Psalm 105

May you remember all the Lord has done, His wonders, His miracles, and His judgments, for He is the Lord our God, ruler over all the earth. Psalm 105

May you be an honest and faithful witness who delivers souls and saves lives, unlike the deceitful witness who is a treacherous traitor. Proverbs 14:25

1 John 3:18 Little children, let’s not love with words or speech but with action and truth.

1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

1 John 4:20-21 If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 21 And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.

Psalm 138:8 The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

Psalm 119:37 Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, and revive me in Your way.

Jeremiah 9:23-24 Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, 24 but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the LORD

May you be content with what you receive from heaven, and not strive to gain what is available from the world. John 3

May you rejoice when Christ becomes greater at the cost of you becoming less. John 3

May you believe in the Son, Whom the Father loves and has given all things into His hands, for then you shall have eternal life. John 3

Come unto Me, My child, come unto Me in faith.
Come unto Me according to My Word, drawing nigh to Me as I draw nigh to you. Follow the way that I have set out for you, the way that I have shown you in our times of communion together, the way that you have rejoiced over when I put it in your heart.
Stand up, My chosen one, and walk; do not be paralyzed any longer – take up your mat, bear your cross, and follow My leading as I draw you to Me in the way you should go.
Come forth, My trusting one, from out of the burial cave that you were imprisoned in, removing the binding, restricting, burial wrappings, and walk in the newness of life according to My Word through the power of My resurrection that you may be a testimony and witness of that which you have experienced to those who placed you in the grave, giving you up for dead.
Be healed, My suffering one, of the leprosy of your soul which has eaten away at you unhindered for so long; be healed and made whole, as you go to show yourself to the priest, the authority, who presides over these matters and sent you out to live in solitary isolation, so that My power may be known by those who should have known it, and called upon it for you, and lived it in front of you.
Come unto Me, My precious one, in whatever way you have need of, receive of Me the saving, healing grace you require, and act on My Word, putting that which you have experienced in My Spirit into practice among those that you have contact with, for they, too, are waiting, anxiously, in the dark, for the evidence of the Light that they have heard rumors of.
Carry My glory in your earthen vessel, My love, even as I carry you before My Father in My heart.

May your meditation be pleasing to God as you rejoice in the Lord, singing praise to your God as long as you live. Psalm 104

May the glory of the Lord endure forever and may the Lord rejoice in His works, which are many, and all made in wisdom. Psalm 104

Psalm 5:3 In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.

Isaiah 60:20 Your sun shall no more go down, or your moon withdraw itself; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of mourning shall be ended.

Romans 12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Romans 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

James 3:17-18 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. 18 And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

May you seek after and cling to the truth of the Word of God, giving no place to old traditions of the world nor trusting in new ideas which give no honor to God, but hunger ever after the righteousness of the Lord that you may be refreshed by the living water of the Spirit. Judges 17

May you not be swayed in your choices by the riches of numbers, nor influenced in your decisions by strength of force, but walk in the ways of the Lord as you have learned of Him, in the freshness of His mercies which are renewed daily. Judges 18

May you love the Light that has come into the world and believe in Him Whom God has sent into the world that you may not be condemned. John 3

May you live by the truth and come into the light so that it may be seen plainly that what you have done has been done through God. John 3

Do not let your knowledge interfere with knowing Me, My child.
Make it your purpose to know Me at all costs. Just as sailors in a storm will toss overboard valuable cargo, expensive goods, priceless treasures for the sake of the single purpose of weathering the storm and emerging from it alive, even so, My brave one, understand that to know Me is to have life, and whatever will hold you down or pull you back from that single purpose is life-threatening and not worth holding on to, lest it cost you dearly.
Do you value your independence of choice and freedom of action? Lay it down lest it lead you to choose wrong paths; humble yourself to learn My ways and follow My leading. Learn what it means to do it “for My sake,” My longing one, that you may know the confident assurance that gives peace in the midst of turbulent times.
Do you seek to place conditions on your obedience, or bargain with Me over My blessings? You must surrender your all to Me, unconditionally, without reserve, just as I did to My Father, for He then gave, without reservation, all power and authority to Me to win the victory over My enemies. So will I give to you, as you learn to do the same.
Ask Me to let you see the knowledge of the world through My eyes in eternity, and realize how little benefit it can bring you. Let the discoveries of man serve to bring praise to Me, their Creator, but do not let them draw your gaze from My face, My love.
Be humble enough to learn of Me, My child, and be bold enough to believe.

May you praise the Lord your God with all you have, for He is very great, clothed with splendor and majesty, wrapped in light as with a garment, as He makes His messengers like the wind and His ministers a flaming fire. Psalm 104

May you honor the Lord for His gifts to man, and the blessings of wine that gladdens the heart, oil that makes his face shine, and bread that sustains the heart, that you may be equipped to do the work of God. Psalm 104

May you be kind to the needy and show mercy to the poor, for then you shall be blessed by the Lord. Proverbs 14:21

John 10:3-4 [The shepherd] calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 3 When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.

Acts 10:34-35 Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35 but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.”

Psalm 46:1-2 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize {and} comprehend {and} appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.

Ephesians 2:2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,

Ephesians 5:15–16 So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. 16 Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.

May you use whatever God gives you as you fight the spiritual battles which come your way, for it is not by your strength or your skill that you prevail, but by the Spirit of God that you are victorious. Judges 15

May God use you in great victories over His enemy as you surrender your will, take captive your thoughts, and bring your emotions into submission to the Lord, for when you die to your carnal self, God will get the glory and His people will be freed. Judges 16

May you remember those who exert themselves in spiritual warfare, and labor before the Lord on your behalf, that you may minister to them in return, giving of what God has blessed you with. Judges 16, Matthew 10

May you put your faith in God as He reveals His glory in the quiet things of your life. John 2

May you feel no need for man’s testimony, nor seek for men’s approval, but rather strive for God’s commendation. John 2

My child, I will be to you all that you will allow Me to be.
I have prepared spiritual riches for you from eternity. I have promised you the endless abundance of My Kingdom through My prophets and in My Word. I have witnessed to your heart of the deep joys of fellowship by My Spirit. I have given all that I have received from My Father, laying it down, coming in the flesh, living as you, enduring the struggles and temptations, accomplishing your salvation and purchasing your redemption through My suffering and death.
But I offer it to you, My love, I do not insist that you take it. I make it very clear what is needed, but I do not force you to receive it. My promises are conditional, My uncertain one, and you do not have to walk in them if you chose not to. You can only choose to obey Me out of love, and you must desire to follow Me out of devotion.
Remember back to where you came from and recall the chains and shackles forged from rules and laws and locked in place by fear of reprisal and intimidation of pain and loss. I broke the power of that fear, and I do not allow it among My children. My Spirit gives life, abundant, joyful life, and freedom to choose.
I will withhold no good thing from you, My precious one, simply walk uprightly before Me, leaning on Me for strength and following Me in humble devotion.

May you bless the Lord from your innermost being, and praise His holy name, remembering His many benefits, for He has forgiven all your sins, healed all your diseases, redeemed your life from the pit and crowned you with love and compassion, satisfying your desires with good things so your strength is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103

May the Lord work righteousness and justice for you, as He does for all who are oppressed. Psalm 103

May you learn the ways of God, as Moses did, when you see the deeds of God, as the Israelites did, for He is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love, and He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities since His love is great toward those who fear Him. Psalm 103

May you fear the Lord in reverential awe and respectful obedience for He has removed our transgressions, our rebellions, our insubordination, our truculence, delinquency, waywardness, defiance, disruptiveness, intractability, recalcitrance, unruliness, and troublesome behavior as far as the east is from the west because as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on us since He knows how we are formed, and remembers that we are dust. Psalm 103

May the Lord’s love be with you from everlasting to everlasting, as it is with those who fear Him, keeping His covenant and remembering to obey His precepts, for He has established His throne in heaven and His kingdom rules over all. Psalm 103

May you bless the Lord from the depths of your soul, joining in worship with all His other servants, His messengers and warriors, who are valiant in courage and mighty in power, excelling in strength to execute His bidding, as you obey His spoken decrees and fulfill His orders, hearkening to the voice of His Word. Psalm 103

May you act in wisdom and temperance as an even-tempered person does and not behave foolishly as hasty or quick-tempered people. Proverbs 14:17

May you be surrounded by and encompassed with understanding as you seek for wisdom and share knowledge, as the sensible and prudent, and not be clothed with foolishness as an inheritance of the inexperienced and childish. Proverbs 14:18

James 4:7 ESV Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

May you readily seek God and cheerfully trust Him for His answer to your prayer, and His mercy to meet your need, demonstrating your understanding that delay is not denial, but preparation of your heart and outside circumstances for the best answer and greatest joy. Judges 13

May you respond in faith and acceptance to the promise of God, seeking to learn your duty and trust God for the event, for He will guide by the counsel of His Spirit and lead by the truth of His Word, but He does not need your strength or resources to bring it to pass. Judges 13

May you reflect in faith and be encouraged in your consideration so that when you have communed with God and been accepted by His grace, the next gray and cloudy day will not give cause for concern or doubt, for the Lord would not give you promises of His favor if He planned to forsake you, or have given you the victories in your soul if He intended you to be consumed in His wrath. Judges 13

May you quickly realize that the temptations and stumbles we encounter would not be so effective if it were not for the ease with which the enemy of our souls can plow with the heifer of our carnal nature and correspond with our deceitful hearts. Judges 14

May you be graced by unkindness from, and disappointments in, the world when you seek fellowship and comfort therein, that you may turn to, and receive from, the Father’s house the answers to your prayers and the fellowship of the saints. Judges 14

My child, do not turn away from the bitter cup that is before you.
It is yours, and yours alone, to take and drain. No one can do it for you, and no one can change its contents. Each of My own have their own bitter cup; some delay and put it off, but others take it up and drain it immediately. This is the remedy, the prescription, given to you by Me as your Great Physician.
Who would willingly seek out bitterness for their food and drink? But who, once they understand their sickness, would delay the remedy which the doctor assigns? The cup contains the bitterness of loss and of conflict, for that is the nature of the illness.
For some, it will be the loss of loved ones or the separation of family and friends – anything that will hinder your full attention and willing service; but only what is required for you to move them from first place in your heart before Me to the place of obedient service to Me.
For others it is the loss of personal options – time, space, finances, choice; yielding up your “control” and laying down your “rights” in submission to My will.
For many, it will be conflict, for as I begin to give you light, you will find that battles ensue, before, during, and after, as you begin to walk it out before you can minister it.
The enemy does not willingly allow you to peacefully enter into the kingdom, and you frequently find you must take it by force. But I Who have called you am Faithful, and I will carry on the work of sanctification, preserving your whole spirit, and soul, and body, blameless unto My coming in My kingdom.
I bring you into My garden to enjoy My beds of spices and fragrances and know the joys and delights of My love.

May you recognize and honor the glory of God, as John did, which is to take away the sin of the world and to bear sin for us, and from us, pardoning all who turn to Christ, the Lamb of God, sparing the sinner at the cost of His Son rather than taking away the sinner as in the old way. John 1

May you hear the word of repentance spoken, and turning in faith to Christ, desire to know the heart of the Lord, and accept Him Who knows your heart, and loves you enough to accept you as you are, even as He loves you too much to allow you to stay as you are. John 1

May the Lord hear your cry for help, and not hide His face from you when you are in distress, but in compassion, turn His ear to you and answer you quickly, for He sees how your days pass away quickly like smoke and your heart is blighted and withered like grass so that you lose your appetite and are reduced to skin and bones, lying awake through the night groaning, and taunted all day by the enemies who rail against you. Psalm 102

May the Lord respond to the prayer of the destitute and honor their plea, arising in compassion to show them favor, for He sits enthroned forever and His renown endures through all generations, causing the nations to fear His name, and all the kings of the earth to revere His glory.Psalm 102

May you give sensible and prudent thought to your actions, as a wise and discreet person does, and not believe everything you hear as the naïve and inexperienced ones do. Proverbs 14:15

May you fear the Lord and turn from evil, as a wise man does, and not behave with a reckless, arrogant confidence or rage in an unrestrained, hotheaded way like a fool. Proverbs 14:16
