1 Timothy 6:17 As for those who in the present age are rich, command them not to be haughty, or to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but rather on God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

Ecclesiastes 11:1 Send out your bread upon the waters, for after many days you will get it back.

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Luke 14:13-14 When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you.

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to the which also ye were called in one body; and be ye thankful.

May you be available to the Lord, your Strength and your Fortress in time of distress, when people seek Him and confess the worthlessness of their own gods, so that God Himself may send you to teach them His power and might, for then they will know that His Name is the Lord. Jeremiah 16

May you trust in the Lord and place your confidence in Him, that you may be like a tree planted by the water, sending out roots by the stream with no fear when heat comes and never failing to bear fruit even in a year of drought. Jeremiah 17

May you live in the knowledge that the Lord searches your heart and examines your mind to reward you according to your conduct and according to what your deeds deserve; therefore hide your life in Christ Jesus through the cleansing of His blood and the washing of the Spirit that He may see the acceptable sacrifice of His Son. Jeremiah 17

May you find sanctuary before the glorious throne of the Lord, the Hope of Israel, exalted from the beginning, for though all who forsake Him will be shamed and all who turn away will be written in the dust because they forsake Him, the spring of living water, yet the Lord will heal you and save you, for He is the One that you praise. Jeremiah 17

May you be willing clay in the hands of the Potter, following the leading of His Spirit in humility and acceptance, yielded to His will, obedient to His word, doing only what He does, speaking only what He says, not stealing His glory nor holding His praise as your own. Jeremiah 18

May you never forget the Lord, giving your richest praise and choicest worship to your Creator and Redeemer, the One Who gave His all for you, for He guides you in the way you should go and strengthens you in the journey, making a way in which the blind can follow and the lame will not stumble, leading you by cool waters and through refreshing paths, sheltering you from the storms of the wicked and the derision of evil-doers as His faces shines upon you, dispelling the darkness and bringing encouragement and hope to your heart. Jeremiah 18

Pray, My child, without ceasing. You ask, “How can I always pray? I have work I need to do, things I need to take care of. I cannot kneel by my bed and close my eyes all day!” But I ask, “Why would you choose to face the challenges and choices of the day alone? Why go into battle alone? Why abandon your most stalwart Companion and forsake your most sincere Advocate?”
Let your prayer be a continual conversation with Me in all you do, wherever you go. Walk in acknowledgment of My presence constantly; yes, I am always with you, but unless you remain constantly with Me, your mind and heart lose focus. When a need arises, you must struggle to get back to the nearness which allows you to hear Me.
You are like a bird, My dear one, beautiful on your feet, but majestic on your wings. You are making a pilgrimage through this world, My love, but you do not belong here and do not fit in the world system, experiencing awkwardness and discomfort in its midst.
You have been reborn for the heavenlies, My cherished one; when in prayer to Me, you soar in My Spirit and span the world with intercession. My glory works through you as we join in prayer, as you pray My Word back to Me, as you speak My Word into the lives of those I bring to your mind, far and near.
As a newly hatched fledgling, My love, you bore special feathers to warm you for you were not ready to fly. But as you have grown in maturity through reading My Word, praying in My Spirit, and fellowshipping in My Body, the downy feathers are gone and your prayers carry the authority of My Name and the power of My Truth, lifting you high above the darkness of the world and carrying you swiftly through the attacks of the foe.
When the storms rage, My precious one, draw safely under My wings and feel My heartbeat as you stay close. When the sun shines, My love, rise on the wings of prayer throughout your day, even as you have seen birds fly for the sheer joy of the flight, and remain in My presence.
A bird whose feathers have been plucked is a shameful, miserable creature indeed, awkward on the ground, and without access to the air. Why would you ever want to avoid a time of prayer, and end up giving the enemy such satisfaction?
Though you go through the same issues, problems, concerns, anxieties, illnesses, and trials as those who know Me not, when you give them to Me in prayer, other people see how you soar through the rain while they plod through the mud.
Understand, My little one, you are not better than them, but through prayer, I have made you better off than them, for I have given you the privilege, the grace, the inestimable gift of spiritual prayer to bring you into My Holy of Holies.
Use it, My child, without ceasing, and rejoice in Me always.

May you avoid sexual immorality, learning to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in the way of the heathen who do not know God, for the Lord did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life and be sanctified. Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, Who gives you His Holy Spirit. 1 Thessalonians 4

May it be your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. 1 Thessalonians 4

May you be encouraged by the hope from God’s promise that those who have fallen asleep in Christ will return with Him, and we who are still alive and left till the coming of the Lord, which will be as a thief in the night, will not leave them behind, but we will all be changed and be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4-5, 1 Corinthians 15

May you sing for joy to God your strength, shout aloud to the God of Jacob, for He has removed the burden from your shoulder and your hands are set free from the basket when you called in your distress and He rescued you, answering you from His awesome glory. Psalm 81

May you but listen to Him and follow His ways, for then He will quickly subdue your enemies and turn His hand against your foes, causing those who hate the Lord to cringe before Him, but feeding you with the finest of wheat and satisfying you with honey from the rock. Psalm 81

May you be willing to take the position of a server, that you may be honored when He calls you to join Him. Proverbs 25:6,7
